Brightwell Navigator Customer FAQ

To change the receiver's name on your money transaction with Brightwell Navigator, you will need to cancel the current transaction first. Log into your Brightwell Navigator account and find the specific transaction. Cancel it following the provided instructions. After cancelling, create a new transaction, inputting the correct receiver's name this time. Please note that transactions once completed can't be modified, and all changes must be made before the transaction is finalized. Be extra careful while entering information to avoid future inconveniences.
