How Do I Use My Itunes Gift Card for My Purchase?
Choose your desired product to use your iTunes gift cards for purchases. Add it to your cart. On the payment page, select iTunes Gift Card. Type in the code you received with your card. Enter the code of your iTunes Gift Card, then click Next. If prompted, click Redeem. You will receive a confirmation email from us when we process your order.
You can use your iTunes gift card to buy anything from the iTunes store, App Store, iBooks or Apple Music. Also, you can use your iTunes gift card for the Mac App store. If you have an iTunes gift card and want to use it for your purchase, here are the steps to redeem the code.
1. Go to the iTunes Store
Tap Featured at the bottom of the screen, then tap Redeem in the right-hand corner. Tap Use Camera and scan your code with your device's camera. If you have not already signed in to an Apple ID, enter your Apple ID email address and password when iTunes asks.
2. Choose Your Desired Purchase
Select the music, movie or app you want to purchase at the Apple iTunes store. Select Use iTunes Gift Card as your payment option to apply the balance on the iTunes store.
3. Enter Your iTunes Gift Card Details
Instead of using a credit card, select Use Camera to scan in the code on your iTunes gift card. Enter the 16-digit code on the back of your iTunes card into the Gift Card Code box.
4. Proceed With Checkout
Click on Checkout at the bottom of the window and enter your details.
5. Click Place Your Order
Select Place Your Order, where you will receive a prompt to enter your Apple ID and password. Once you log in, you'll see a summary of your order with an option to Use Balance. To redeem the gift card and complete your purchase, click Use Balance.
6. Review and Confirm Your Order Information
Check the total of your order on the Review Order screen. You can make any needed changes to the items in your shopping cart by clicking Edit Cart at this time. Click the Confirm Order button.
7. Click Pay Now
When you're ready to make a purchase, click Pay Now. If you want to finish the purchase with your iTunes account, enter your Apple ID and password. Enter the 16-digit code from your iTunes gift card and click Redeem.
8. Get a Confirmation Email
iTunes will email you a confirmation email with your confirmation number and receipt for the purchase.
