Animal Jam Customer FAQ

When you find your Animal Jam account is suspended, you can take steps to recover it and enjoy your games. If the suspension is temporary, you simply need to wait it out until the end of the suspension period. If you feel the suspension is in error, your parent or guardian can request a review with an Animal Jam moderator to reinstate your account.

We appreciate your heads up. The contact information that we have for Animal Jam is based on the most recent data provided to us. However, if Animal Jam has changed their contact information or their customer support process, it's important for visitors to be aware of this. If your username or password isn't working in Animal Jam, ensure that you're inputting them correctly as both are case-sensitive. Try resetting your password by clicking on the "Forgot your Password?" link on the login page. This will send a password reset email to the address linked to your account. If you've forgotten your username, ask your parent to log into their parent dashboard to see your username. If these methods still don't get you into your account, it's possible your account has been temporarily suspended or permanently banned due to a rules violation.

We're sorry to hear about this. If you suspect that your Animal Jam account was hacked, it's important to act quickly. First, try to log into your account and change your password to something unique and difficult for others to guess. If there are any purchases or activity on your account that you did not make, report this to Animal Jam's customer service immediately. It's also a good idea to ensure your email account associated with your Animal Jam account is secure. Finally, never share your account information with anyone, even friends, to reduce the risk of this happening in the future.
