Report a problem using Shopify's app
To reach the Shopify Help Center, navigate to the Profile menu and select the "Help Center" link.
Open the Shopify app and tap on the profile on the top left corner. At the bottom, click on "Help Center." On the next screen, in the lower right corner, click on "Contact Support." This will open an AI chat. Chat with the bot and if it cannot resolve your issue, it will connect you to an agent.

Get back into your Shopify account
If you have forgotten your Shopify login credentials or are concerned about a potential compromised account, you can still contact customer support. Even if you don't have access to your original email address you used to sign up, you can still reach support. The following videos will show you how to contact support.
Go to the login screen and click "Forgot password." Shopify will email you a reset link to your email. If you don't receive an email or if you no longer have access to the email on file, click "Help" on that screen. You will be taken to the Help Center where you can type in "Recover Account." An article will pop up and at the bottom it will say "Chat with us." Click on that link and let them know you can't access your account and need to recover it and they will help verify your identity.
If phone-based customer service is not available, or the wait times are long, many people prefer chat as a next-best option. Some even prefer it to calling on the phone. Luckily, Shopify provides this option.
As a last, sometimes only, resort- Shopify customer service can be accessed through their website. This can entail digging through help articles before finding a form and "being allowed" to submit a problem to their team, and rarely leads to a real-time conversation, which is why GetHuman does not recommend this unless it's the only way.
