Both the extension and directory options require you to know a specific person there. Choosing the directory, you're asked to spell the first and last name of the person you're trying to reach. You can also press zero if you need additional help. I tried that, but it took me to another recording that the operator was unavailable and to leave a message.

Pressing nine in the main menu takes you to the customer support menu. It gives you five options from there: billing and subscriptions, tech support for PC and Mac games, account, Big Fish Casino and Big Fish Bingo, and tech support for mobile app games. Each goes to a recording with detailed instructions on getting support via the Big Fish Games website. For example, the billing option has instructions on canceling recurring subscriptions.
