Good evening, I no longer have access to my Big Fish Game account since I changed my credit card. I contacted you on 26.02.[redacted] and did not receive a response. Today, I sent another email, but still no reply. However, my account is now closed, which is inconvenient because I still had credit on it and wanted to continue using the account. Please let me know quickly how to retrieve my credit and provide you with the new details of my card. Thank you in advance.

I purchased many collector's edition games about 15 years ago. I used a different email address back then, which I changed along with my service provider. To access my games, I kept using my old email. Today, I can no longer access my games or enjoy them. When I open Big Fish, my games are gone; I am very upset. What should I do? I believe I have tried everything. I uninstalled and reinstalled, tried with both my old and new email addresses, but I can't find the history of my purchases anymore. Thank you for helping me.

Hello, I have attempted to email Jackpot Magic directly from my game to address an issue. Despite explaining my problem, I received a response assuming I was requesting chips, which is not the matter I am trying to discuss. My concern pertains to my participation in a VIP weekly exclusive rewards program where I typically receive rewards on Mondays. However, I did not receive my rewards on the most recent Monday, 5/29/23. Despite reaching out to Jackpot Magic about this, the responses I received did not address my actual issue. I am having trouble accessing my account. Neither my password nor the temporary passwords provided by Big Fish are working. I have followed all the instructions from customer support with no success. I am now unable to reach customer support for further assistance. I believe creating a new account may resolve the issue, but I am concerned about losing access to my [redacted] games on Big Fish. I played the online fish table game "Ultra Panda" with a player named Jesse Tables on Facebook. I have won a few times, but during my last game, they did not pay me the $[redacted] plus the $29 bonus winnings. I played fairly and honestly, even pointing out when they mistakenly gave me extra money. Now, they are refusing to pay me and have blocked me, preventing any communication. I have all the evidence, including screenshots, messages, and attempted cash app transfers. I just want what I rightfully won.

I encountered two issues with my recent purchases. 1) In the Vacation Paradise: Florida Collector's Edition game, the hint feature does not function properly. Clicking on the hint does nothing in many scenes. I kindly request a credit to my account. 2) The Vacation Paradise: California Collector's Edition is, without a doubt, one of the most disappointing games I've played on Big Fish, and I've played well over [redacted]. The scenes are repetitive, and the objects within them are duplicated incessantly. I request a credit to my account for this purchase. As a long-time Big Fish games player, I feel these two games should be discontinued. They are incredibly disappointing and certainly not worth the price I paid.

I have a Big Fish game account that I've been trying to access for months. Whenever I try to sign in with my email [redacted], it links to [redacted], which is my password. I recently got a new phone and can't access my old one due to water damage. I'm having trouble remembering my friend code, but I believe it starts with [redacted]. My profile picture features my Dalmatian, and my username is XXX. I am a Tier 13 VIP member in the club "Winners Never Quit." I attempted to link my account to Facebook, but it connected to a new account instead. Every Monday, I receive [redacted] million coins as part of the VIP weekly bonus. I have already sent an email yesterday but have not received a response yet. The same issue applies to the Jackpot Magic Slot, where I use the username Buckafufalo with a profile picture of a green lion face, but I am unsure of the email address associated with the account. I signed up for Big Fish 2 days ago, but I'm having trouble logging in. The system keeps saying my email or password is incorrect, even after using the code provided via email. I'm disappointed because I spent $50 on software that I can't use. When I try to change the password, it only leads me to setting up a new account. I am using Windows 11. If this software is not compatible, I would like a refund on my Visa card, please.

I have around 20 games that I bought in the past across two email accounts. When trying to log in today, I received an error message saying the email address and password combination is not recognized. I attempted to submit a ticket for help, but the page wasn't working. I'm worried about losing access to my purchased games and the money invested in them.

When I opened my game manager, everything was fine. However, when I tried to access my games, my email and password were not recognized. Recently, I got a new computer and was attempting to download one of the 21 games I own, specifically "Big City Adventure - Vancouver," when my account suddenly disappeared. My email is [redacted] and my username is MsGrammy. Although I haven't needed to access the game manager for years, my original sign-on was working fine until I tried to access the games. The "get help" section on the website didn't address my particular issue, making it impossible for me to submit a request or find the necessary assistance within the existing system. I am having trouble signing into my account on bigfishgames.com. When I try to log in, it tells me that my email address is not recognized. I have purchased many games from Big Fish in the past and now I can't access them to play. I find this situation unfair. I am unable to call the support phone number as it is long distance for me, and I do not own a cell phone. Additionally, I did not link my account to Facebook. I kindly request guidance on how to recover my account under these circumstances where I can't make a long-distance call and my account is not tied to Facebook. Thank you.

I have reached out to Big Fish multiple times regarding my issue with over 30 games not updating on both of my accounts. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the app, the games still won't update from the app store or the Big Fish site. I have been instructed to take photos and send them, but some games are not even available in the app store. Additionally, some games are missing entirely. I have confirmed that my two accounts are merged correctly. I am based in Australia and have contacted them three times via text without resolution. Please address this issue promptly. I have recently rejoined the Big Fish Games Club and added 8 games to my cart. I provided all the required information and updated my card details. However, the form kept prompting me to enter a code that I was not aware of. When I proceeded to check out, some games were missing from my cart. I attempted to use my reward points to cover the costs but was unsuccessful. Could you kindly assist me with this issue? I am having trouble accessing my account and the games I've installed. Even though my games are showing, the Game Manager says I'm not signed in. This issue arose after purchasing and downloading several games. Now, I am unable to sign in to install the games I just bought. When attempting to reset my password, the temporary password received via email is not being recognized. This process repeats until I encounter a P6 error code. I am frustrated as I am not the only one experiencing this problem, and it seems there is no immediate customer service available. I have attempted the snail-mail alternative with no success. It appears to be a glitch that needs to be addressed promptly.

I have contacted you several times about my BFG account not recognizing my email address and my games are inaccessible since I installed Windows 11. Before, BFG worked fine with Windows 10.
