It was overwhelming to see how consumers are being taken advantage of. I only caught these unauthorized transactions by reviewing my yearly statement.
I am requesting that you rectify these errors promptly. I expect immediate reimbursement of all the unauthorized charges, especially the 7.14 monthly transactions that were particularly concerning. Please remove my card information from your payment system and resolve these accounting errors within one year. I had to close my checking account last month due to numerous unprocessed charges, and it seems there are other unhappy customers facing similar issues.
I am eagerly awaiting your response on how you plan to address these concerns and restore accountability. Although I enjoy the game, it is disheartening to see people being exploited. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am having issues with my Big Fish account. Every time I try to download and install games, I receive error code [redacted]. Also, when I log into my account, the email and password boxes keep appearing empty. I have attempted to sign out and reinstall the Big Fish Game Manager, but the problem persists. I am reaching out regarding the game "Frozen Hearts" for my iPad. I want to address a concern I encountered while playing. A few years back, I purchased the full game under a different Apple ID. Recently, when I tried to return to the game, I encountered a black screen after an incident involving a reindeer crash. I attempted various solutions like unlocking and reinstalling the game, yet the issue persisted. I am experiencing difficulties running the Jigsaw [redacted] World Tour Puzzles game on my HP Pavilion laptop with Windows 7 64-bit. This is my backup computer, and while my other Big Fish games run smoothly, this particular game displays an error message stating "YOUR GAME CANNOT RUN AT THE CURRENT RESOLUTION." Even after trying different resolutions, the issue persists. On my main computer, the game runs flawlessly at [redacted] x [redacted] resolution. I have successfully played other Cruise Director games on this laptop without any problems. I've been a member of Big Fish Games for a long time. At first, I found it easy to receive game assistance. Lately, it has become impossible. Recently, I couldn't access my account despite trying to reset my password. I decided to create a new account but discovered that the games I purchased were not transferred. When I tried to log back into my original account, I faced the same error message again. It seems challenging to reach out to Big Fish Games to resolve this issue and simply delete the new account while resetting the password for my old account.

I have unsuccessfully tried to cancel my account with you multiple times. I did not sign up for a membership, only purchased or tried games from your site. I have been charged £5.39 every month for a long period without authorization. Despite my efforts to stop it by removing my email and payment method, the charges continue, even transferring to a different card without my consent. This seems like fraudulent activity. I have had a primary Big Fish account for years. My main account on Jackpot Magic Slots was under the name RandzeeSS, previously known as AliceOnAcid, with the user ID [redacted]6. Also, I created a second account named SpiritWolfSS with the friend code [redacted]71, and later another one called SpicyPizzaSS with the user ID [redacted]8. I appointed SpicyPizzaSS as a Co-Leader of my club, Spiritual Spinners. When I asked customer service to merge SpiritWolfSS with SpicyPizzaSS, they mistakenly changed my main account to SpicyPizzaSS instead. Now, both my devices are logged in as SpicyPizzaSS, and my main account has been lost. I have tried contacting customer service multiple times through messages and tickets, but no one has responded. I have even escalated the issue to the legal department, but to no avail. I am unable to play as SpicyPizzaSS until this issue is resolved. My club is also suffering as the leader is missing, and members are considering leaving. I never authorized the merge of my main account with the other one. I am frustrated with the lack of help and support from Big Fish in rectifying this mistake.

I recently purchased Luxor Amun Rising, and I am enjoying it. However, I am not interested in getting Luxor version 2 or Luxor version 3. Is there a way to obtain the Luxor version from the early 2000s for PC? The current version I have only goes up to the 15th level, and I prefer the earlier version from the 2000s. I have been playing Evermerge for a while now and encountered various issues. Pieces getting stuck on the game board prevent merges from completing properly, causing me to miss out on gems, coins, and magic wands. Recently, I had a problem where a thirty-minute energy reward only registered as fifteen minutes when activated. I also had trouble with my tickets being closed without addressing my additional concerns. I used a word that was considered "explicit" in one email, but it was not directed at the staff. Despite sending follow-up emails with pictures of the issues, I have not received any response. I love the game and play daily, but I feel frustrated and overlooked. I recently realized that I was charged $7.60 monthly for the past three months without my knowledge for a Big Fish Games Club membership I did not sign up for. I noticed the charges on 2/24/22 through Paypal and my checking account. Upon checking my Big Fish account, I found the membership fees but no new games. After further investigation on Paypal, I discovered the charges in Dec [redacted], Jan & Feb [redacted]. I have enjoyed using Big Fish for over 10 years and have purchased many games but never opted for the club membership. Since the French site was removed, there are very few recent games available in French. I am wondering if this situation is temporary or if it will continue like this. As I do not speak English, I am unable to play recent games as they are mostly in English, including the subtitles. Previously on the French site, the stories were in English but with French subtitles, allowing us to understand and enjoy the stories. Would it be possible to include a translator that could convert subtitles into French (or other languages) for elderly individuals who only speak their native language? Today, while playing one of the match 3 games, my computer screen suddenly turned black. When I reopened the game in the Big Fish app, it showed that I needed to buy the game again, even though I had already purchased it.
The match 3 games I bought were:
