Report a problem using Minecraft's app
To reach the Minecraft Support Center, click on the "Contact Us" link found under the "Support" menu option.
Open Minecraft and scroll down to the bottom of the page, and under "Support" click "Contact us." Click the chat widget that pops up in the lower right hand corner. Enter the issue that you are having and someone will assist you.

Get back into your Minecraft account
You do not need to be logged into your account to access Minecraft support. If you've forgotten your Minecraft login, or if your account is locked or has been hacked, this video explains how to contact customer support.
Go to Minecraft.net and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Under "Support" click "Contact Us." Click "Who to contact with your Minecraft Support question." Click which device you are using to get further assistance. Click "Get help with your Microsoft account." Under "Can't sign in" click "Start." Click "With an email address" and enter your email address and press "Ok." Then click "Begin password reset" and select "No" when it asks if you were able to reset the password. Click "Continue" three times when allowed, then select "Recover your account" and follow the onscreen verification steps. They send you a code to enter, enter that then click "Verify." On the next screen fill in your information, then click "Next." On the following screen fill in all of the information, then click "Next."
As a last, sometimes only, resort- Minecraft customer service can be accessed through their website. This can entail digging through help articles before finding a form and "being allowed" to submit a problem to their team, and rarely leads to a real-time conversation, which is why GetHuman does not recommend this unless it's the only way.
