I have an unusual situation with my eharmony accounts. I had a subscription under the email [redacted] but forgot the password. When trying a different email, [redacted], I found an old eharmony account prompting me to upgrade, which I don't want to do.
I need access to my active subscription with [redacted] but am having trouble with two-step verification. I also want the old subscription with [redacted] closed as it keeps appearing instead of the active account.
Can you help with the following:
1. Resetting the password for the [redacted] account
2. Closing the old subscription linked to [redacted]
3. Transferring the new subscription and profile information from [redacted] to [redacted]
I appreciate any prompt assistance with these requests. Thank you for your help. Millie P.

Dear eHarmony Support,
I am facing a peculiar situation. I have an eHarmony account under the username [redacted] with a paid yearly subscription initiated last week. Could you please assist me with the following:
1. Retrieve the password for [redacted]
2. Close the old subscription linked to [redacted]
3. Transfer the current subscription details, including profile pictures, from [redacted] to [redacted]
I appreciate your prompt attention to these matters. Your support in resolving this confusion would be greatly valued.
Thank you,

I am frustrated with eHarmony. I encountered an issue with my account three months ago, possibly due to hacking. After reaching out with a complaint, Peter responded and apologized for the trouble. He explained the restrictions on my account and offered a free month to compensate. Despite trying to communicate further, I only received automated replies. I felt pressured to pay for assistance, which was disappointing. I believe eHarmony should provide free support. I found the lack of variety in member profiles concerning and have decided to cancel my subscription after hoping to find a partner on the platform. Please cancel my subscription immediately. This experience has left me disheartened, especially after being single for 34 years without dating.

I signed up for free last Thursday with the intention of subscribing once I set up my account. I have a question I'd like answered before committing to payment. I want to initiate contact with men and keep my profile private unless I reach out to them. Can this be arranged? I prefer not to be visible in their search results but still see their profiles.
I noticed a significant increase in pricing today compared to last week. I was interested in joining at the previous rate and will wait if the new price is due to a temporary promotion.
Thank you, I anticipate your response.

To whom it may concern,
I appreciate your assistance in addressing my current issue. It appears that my account may have been mistakenly restricted, resulting in the inability for others to view, send, or receive messages on my profile. The sudden shift from regular interactions with members to complete silence has raised concerns. I value the platform and wish to continue using it.
If there are any mistakes on my part causing this restriction, kindly advise me. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time and understanding.
Sincerely,
Gary

Last November, I upgraded to a premium EHarmony account but decided to cancel after just 5 days. I thought I had canceled it, but now I realize I never got a confirmation email. I stopped automatic payments, assuming everything was fine. However, I recently received an email from Collections stating that I owe $81. I want to repay EHarmony using Paypal instead of directly through my card. I refuse to use a third-party debt collector. I'm looking for the correct email or phone number to make this payment. I want to ensure I won't be charged for another year, settle my debt, cancel my subscription, and cut ties with EHarmony for good. I've already sent two messages to different email addresses without success. It's only been 11 hours, but I'm feeling anxious about it!

I signed up for and then discontinued my eHarmony membership approximately eight years ago. I am interested in reactivating my account today to search for a compatible partner. Unfortunately, when I tried to log in, my password did not work. I went through the process to reset it, but despite waiting for 20 minutes, I did not receive the password reset email from eHarmony in my inbox or spam folder. I am eager to regain access to my old account and resume where I left off years ago.
Thank you,
Ian L.

I recently canceled my eharmony account within the 30-day free trial period. It was a challenge, but I managed to do it. Unfortunately, money was deducted from my bank account, causing it to overdraft. I was also charged a $27 overdraft fee. I am in a tight financial situation and cannot afford these unexpected charges. I tried the web chat, but the representative redirected me elsewhere. I hope to avoid speaking to multiple people about this issue and just want one person's assistance without any complications. Closing my eharmony account was already stressful. I am deeply distressed by these financial matters as every dollar counts for me. Please refund the deducted amount promptly. Additionally, the representative mentioned a $5 chat fee, which was surprising and burdensome for me as my account is already overdrawn. I urgently need the refund to cover essential expenses like gas for commuting. I appreciate your understanding and swift resolution.

I, George Denning, recently noticed an unauthorized charge on my checking account dated 9/8/21. I was not informed beforehand about any withdrawals. Over a year ago, I canceled my Eharmony membership after the 3-month period. If you tried to notify me via email at [redacted], please note that it is no longer valid, and I currently do not have an active email address. Instead, contact a family member at their email address [redacted] for any correspondence regarding this closed account. I am reachable at [redacted] between 8 am and 5 pm MST for discussions on arranging a refund for this charge.

I need assistance with my subscription. I believe I have been mistakenly charged $62.70 for the past 5 months, despite the subscription fee being $35/month. My intention was to cancel the subscription or at least have it extended to next year, but it seems there was an error. I am requesting a refund for the overcharged months and to ensure that my credit card is not charged further moving forward.

I signed up for e-harmony a month ago and was charged $[redacted].00 shortly after. When I called to cancel, I was informed that I couldn't get a refund. The person I spoke to was unpleasant and unhelpful, insisting that nothing could be done. Since then, I have only logged in to figure out how to suspend my account. Last week, I was charged another $[redacted].00, which I cannot afford. The website's interface was confusing, and the subscription details were not clear. I believed I was trying it for just a month or maybe two at most. I am requesting a refund and to have my subscription canceled. At 64 years old, I would not have willingly agreed to such a long contract. In the past, I used Silver Seniors while in Afghanistan, where I was charged on a monthly basis. This experience with e-harmony feels like a complete scam.

I recently unsubscribed from your site, but I noticed that my card was still charged, resulting in three items bouncing in my checking account and a total of $[redacted] in fees. This situation has caused a lot of stress for me in the last few weeks. I am requesting a refund and it would be greatly appreciated if you could also cover the bank fees incurred due to this error. Unfortunately, my experience with your app was disappointing, and I did not find it helpful. I urgently need the refund as I am a divorced parent with two children, and every penny counts for me. I hope to resolve this matter without any additional charges and receive better assistance. Your current customer service is unacceptable, and I hope to find a solution promptly.

I need assistance regarding my subscription cancellation. Despite multiple attempts over several days, I have not received a response. I kindly request the cancellation of my subscription and a refund. I contacted your customer service within one day of making the error regarding the unwanted subscription, but the phone line has been consistently busy. If my refund is not processed promptly, I will escalate the issue to Discover. I have documentation of my previous attempts to reach out and the lack of response. Please address this matter urgently.

I recently signed up for Eharmony as Neida Nicole Oliver using the email [redacted] I opted for the $12.95 for the first 3 months deal, but I was surprised to see a charge of over $[redacted] on my card. This unauthorized deduction was made without my knowledge or consent. I feel deceived and taken advantage of. I am requesting a refund for the unauthorized charge immediately. I also want to cancel my subscription as I did not agree to any amount other than the $13 for a 3-month period. I will be reaching out to customer service regarding this issue.

I was promised a free trial week to use the website and its features, but after filling out the application, I haven't received the benefits. Instead, I keep getting notifications prompting me to upgrade to a 12-month membership plan that costs more than what was initially stated. Additionally, the pictures on the website are not properly centered or visible. I am requesting to receive the original offer of a free week trial with full members services as promised and for the picture issues to be resolved. Thank you.

As an Eharmony subscriber, I've been trying to contact Eharmony by phone without success due to the line constantly being busy. I have encountered an issue with one of my photos that Eharmony has been holding since yesterday, showing a message stating "your caption is being checked." This message makes me believe that Eharmony may suspect alterations to the photo, possibly through Photoshop. To clarify, I am submitting an additional 13 photos to the photo department to reassure them that the photo in question is unaltered and truly me. I kindly request that the photo experts at Eharmony do not display or review the 13 additional photos, as they are solely for verification purposes. I would appreciate confirmation once the matter is resolved.

I was advised by Eharmony to update my profile for better matches. I made a few changes early this morning. However, I later received an email alleging a violation of rules, which I rectified by deleting the comment about having cafe au lait for breakfast. I'm perplexed as to how this innocuous statement was deemed a violation.
I value customer service in my own business and hope you can investigate this incident. This isn't my first experience with Eharmony.
I attempted to contact you via phone but was unable to get through.

I purchased an eHarmony subscription for my late sister, Jane Louise Anderson, who recently passed away from Ovarian Cancer. Her email associated with the account is [redacted] I attempted to cancel the subscription online but encountered issues with the long six-digit verification code provided. Unfortunately, I couldn't access her personal password to make changes.
Due to ongoing funeral arrangements, I'm unable to dedicate more time to resolving this matter. I urgently need to cancel the subscription to avoid future charges on my credit card linked to [redacted] Your prompt assistance in canceling this subscription is greatly appreciated. I am wondering about the reasons for rejection. These could include sharing private contact details like email or phone numbers, links to other websites, any commercial content, disrespectful or inappropriate comments, and reviewing eharmony or similar dating services. If you have any inquiries or need assistance, our customer service team is ready to assist you.
I have a question about the phrase: "Review of eharmony or other dating services."

For more than eight months, I've been in contact with someone about my account. I thought I had cancelled it a while back, but it turns out you've been charging me every month. I'm really frustrated because I've been paying for something I don't even utilize. I've found love elsewhere and am happily engaged. It's essential that someone addresses this promptly and refunds me the money. I didn't even use eharmony to meet my fiance; it was through a different dating platform. Despite your assurance to send me a link to resolve my account access issue, I never received it. I attempted to resolve this today, but encountered the same problem. It seems like there has been a lapse, and I insist on receiving my refund promptly.
