Dear Sir, I recently purchased a Rem pressure pump from eBay member george_n.[redacted] for 75.8 pounds. After transferring the payment via PayPal, the seller informed me that only 62.65 pounds were received. Upon checking my account, I noticed a deduction of 13.22 pounds to a company named Pitney Bowes Limited. The seller also claimed there was an issue with my eBay delivery address, which I verified to be correct. Despite my attempts to address these concerns and prevent the cancellation of my order, the seller proceeded to cancel it, initiating a refund of 75.8 pounds. Despite my reassurances that I would resolve the discrepancies the next day, the seller was uncooperative. Now, I am concerned about receiving a lesser amount due to exchange rate fluctuations. I intend to re-purchase the item, but seek clarification on how I may be compensated for the inconvenience caused. Kind regards, N.N.

Hello, I bought a pair of Salomon shoes on September 21st (item [redacted]65) from the seller chunshinchen0. On the 28th, I received an email stating that the listing was no longer available as the seller had closed their eBay account. Shortly after, I found the same shoes at the same price from a different seller (hgdfdfha-6) with a similar list of shoes in various colors and feedback. Today, I came across a similar listing from seller lokyila_0, with the same model in different colors and feedback. I have screenshots to support my observations and suspect it may be fraudulent. I have already opened a dispute but do not anticipate a response from the seller. How can customers from Europe or Asia reach out to you, is phone the only option?

Hello, I recently purchased a lash extension kit and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. Several items were missing from the kit that I had paid for. I attempted to reach out to the seller by email about this issue but encountered a problem sending the message. I am disappointed that after spending over 55 euros, I did not receive all the items as listed, causing a delay in starting my lash extensions. I am hoping for a prompt resolution, either a refund or a replacement kit, as this situation is unfair and frustrating. I will also be contacting eBay and PayPal regarding this matter. The seller's name is beautybay1. Your prompt response in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I encountered issues with two items I sold, a damaged blender, and a missing Apple Watch. Refunds were provided to the buyers, resulting in a financial loss for me. I have received emails requesting payment of a $12.95 balance for the transaction fee from eBay. Despite the small amount, I am not willing to pay it due to the losses I suffered. I request the immediate removal of this charge. I am prepared for my account to be restricted, canceled, or blocked. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I am hesitant to use your service again in the future.

I've contacted eBay, PayPal, and Vodafone numerous times, seeking help with the payment process. Whenever I try to pay after making a purchase, an update message pops up. Despite my efforts, this issue remains unresolved, preventing me from completing payments. Without access to a bank account number, I'm unable to buy items on eBay, where I've spent a considerable amount. Recently, I encountered a recliner priced at $5, and due to the payment complications I faced, the seller generously donated it to a retired old war veteran. If my approach was incorrect, please advise me on how to rectify it. I have the $5 to remit at your convenience, but I urge you to reconsider penalizing individuals assisting elderly citizens.

I applied for a loan through Affirm to make a purchase on eBay. However, my loan application was declined due to a violation of Affirm's terms of service. Affirm suggests that I can cancel the loan by contacting eBay. Their FAQ mentions that cancellations adhere to the merchant's order cancellation policy. It is recommended to reach out to the merchant to cancel the transaction before the item is shipped. If the cancellation is approved while the loan is still processing, Affirm will automatically remove the loan from my account. In case the order is canceled after the loan has been processed, a refund matching the purchase amount will be issued once the cancellation is finalized. I need assistance with canceling this loan.

Hello, I was in touch with you for about 20 minutes regarding my account issue. It seems that my account has been compromised. My email address was [redacted], and my username was blonderman. However, when I tried to reset my password using my username, I was provided with a different email address and phone number. Also, when I entered my email address, the system indicated there was no match. I have already deleted my PayPal account. This problem arose after I placed orders for 10 pieces of 24-pin to 14-pin PSU from China and a Dell E6520 battery from Germany two days ago (October 8th, Monday), and I did not receive any order notifications in my email. Could you please assist me in understanding what has happened? Is it possible that my account was indeed compromised? Thank you, Peter (blonderman)

Dear reggarcha, I wanted to update you on case number [redacted] regarding the EPSON PRINT HEAD item ([redacted]10). The decision has been reversed in your favor. Therefore, you are not required to reimburse eBay for the refund given to the buyer, and no further action is needed from you in this regard. With this ruling in your favor, your seller performance and any feedback related to this case will not impact you. Any feedback left for this transaction will also be removed. For any further inquiries, please visit the eBay website, click on "Help & Contact" at the top right, and select "Contact eBay." Thank you, eBay

Dear, I purchased item #[redacted]03 on May 30, [redacted], for $39.86 using PayPal. Unfortunately, the item arrived broken due to insufficient packaging during shipping. I reached out to the seller, who initially offered a refund if I returned the item. However, the cost of returning the item from Croatia exceeded what I paid for it. The seller then offered me a partial refund of about 10%, but I stood firm in requesting a full refund. Despite the seller increasing their offers gradually, a full refund was not provided. The seller later promised to send a replacement item, which never materialized. Now, nearly 6 months later, I am unable to request a refund through the eBay Money Back Guarantee policy via the eBay app as the case is considered too old. I have saved all communication with the seller and have pictures of the damaged item for reference. My eBay username is mategavran.

Subject: Concern about Seller's Request in Email Hello, I wanted to seek some advice regarding the email I received from the seller. The seller, Adam Hupe of The Hupe Collection, mentioned the need to close all eight returns separately or wait until the 16th for them to close automatically. He also mentioned handling a $[redacted].00 credit for the trade-up directly and sending an invoice via PayPal for $[redacted].00 for the upgrade to a 2.[redacted] gram polished slice, which includes free shipping with insurance. I would appreciate thoughts on whether I should follow the seller's instructions or if there are any potential concerns to be aware of. Your insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Les H.

Hello eBay Support Team, I wish to address an error on my account regarding a car listing. Despite receiving notifications indicating a debt of $[redacted], I want to clarify that the vehicle, a Honda Civic, was not sold on eBay but through cars.com. It seems there may have been confusion indicating the car was sold on your platform, which is inaccurate. I am willing to settle any valid charges but this particular transaction did not occur on eBay. My eBay username is [redacted], and my profile name is hu_746. I kindly request a correction of this error and appreciate a confirmation email once resolved. Please investigate this matter promptly by contacting the eBay buyer to confirm the sale did not take place on your site. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Sincerely, Ed Huynh

I made a purchase on eBay, but after the expected delivery date passed without receiving the item, I contacted the seller. Despite the seller providing a tracking number showing delivery with a signed confirmation, the signature was not mine. I opened a case with eBay to request a refund, but they closed it based on the tracking information. Despite my attempts to explain that the signature was not mine, my case was dismissed. After reaching out to Royal Mail, their investigation concluded they couldn't assist me, especially since I don't have proof of postage as I'm the buyer. The seller has been unresponsive to my messages. Even when suggesting that they could claim from Royal Mail, there has been no communication. Both my sister and I ordered the same item - a Halloween costume for kids - from the same seller on eBay, and she experienced a similar situation. Our cases were closed without refunds, and we're left unsure if anything was sent to us. This has been ongoing since June 29th with no resolution. We're at a loss for what to do since we're out of pocket. It's frustrating that buyers are left without options when orders don't arrive. If anyone has advice on how to proceed, it would be much appreciated.

Hello, my name is Roohullah Omid. I recently opened an account on eBay, but I received an email today stating that my account has been suspended. I am a buyer and I was looking to purchase a watch on eBay. The email address associated with my eBay account is [redacted] When I saw a watch I wanted to bid on, eBay prompted me to sign up for a PayPal account. I didn't create a new PayPal account because I had one back in [redacted] but forgot the password. When I tried to reset the password, they needed to send a verification code to a phone number I no longer have access to as I was in India with an Indian number at that time. Now, my eBay account is suspended, and I can't access my PayPal account either. Please assist me in resolving this issue.

Dear Customer Service, I am an eBay UK user with the ID: uhskumum1819. I listed an Apple iMac 27" i7 - 3.4GHz - 16GB RAM - A1312 - [redacted] - FOR PARTS NOT WORKING with the ITEM ID: [redacted]03. The buyer with the ID: ojimgbuk_0 has requested a return. I clearly stated in the listing that there would be no return & refund and that it was for collection only. The buyer arranged UPS parcel to return it, claiming the screen glass was broken during transportation. I firmly believe the damage occurred during shipping as the screen was intact when I packed it. Although eBay shows that I accepted returns, I did not mislead in the listing, clearly stating it was for parts not working and no refunds. I request assistance with this matter as it is not my fault. Thank you.

I recently had a bad experience with a seller named GameCoveandCollectibles121204 on eBay. I was interested in buying an item from their listing, but the shipping cost was too high. After requesting the seller to use standard mail instead, they agreed and offered free shipping, but the listing still showed the same high shipping price. The seller assured me they would compensate later. Unfortunately, due to the seller inputting incomplete delivery details, the item got lost. When I tried to get help, the seller was unhelpful and claimed it wasn't their problem. After a long process of tracking down the item and finally receiving it, the seller did not refund the promised "free" shipping. I attempted to open a case, but it was closed, and now I can't open another one due to the time limit. The seller stopped communicating with me and had my negative feedback removed. I hope the seller faces consequences for their actions.

I bought the following items, but the pins did not fit the shims as described in my previous message to the seller. I returned the items and got a refund for the product cost, but not for the postage or my return expenses. I still want the items if they fit, although they are still being sold without any explanation for the fit issue. Items: 1. New Disc Front End Brake Caliper Brake Pad Pins for HD HR Holden Disc Brakes (Item number: [redacted]46) 2. Antirattle Disc Brake Caliper Shims for HD HR Holden, FX FJ FE FC FB EK EJ EH I have not received a response since October 3. If no reply, I will contact eBay. I see the items are still available for sale. In case of no response, I will return all items to Early Autos, 3 Wilby Crt, St. Albans, Vic, [redacted]. qld_holdenman: It seems the plates are correct (do other Holdens share the same type?). I tried an original pin on the new plate, and it fits. A vernier measurement showed the new pin has a slightly larger diameter, but still fits through the caliper holes. Do you want both pins and plates returned or just the plates? What is your address for return? earlybitz1: Apologies for the inconvenience. Please send them back, and I'll make it right. It's possible I sent the wrong plates. Cheers. qld_holdenman: I received the caliper pins and anti-rattle plates for my HR disc brakes. Unfortunately, the pins don't fit through the holes in the plates, unlike the old pins. The new pins fit in the caliper but are too big for the anti-rattle plates. Please check your stock to verify if they are the same as I can't use the plates as they are now.

Regarding Item ID: [redacted]14, I purchased the Ofra highlighter palette, and for Item ID: [redacted]67, I bought the Anastasia Beverly Hills eyeshadow palette. Despite contacting both sellers and providing pictures of the issues, I have not received any responses from them. eBay promised to step in by October 8th if the sellers didn't respond, but I haven't heard back. I was told to arrange return shipping at my own cost, which I find disappointing as sellers usually handled this. I received a returns label by email but don't have a printer. For the Anastasia Beverly Hills palette issue, I have tried to request assistance through phone and live chat without success. I've followed up multiple times and would appreciate some help with these matters. Thank you. Aminah.

Dear Sir, I purchased an item on eBay on May 24th, [redacted], but I have not yet received it. The seller, yuean2017, appears to be inactive as my eBay purchase history shows "this user no longer registered with us." I paid for the item through PayPal on the same date. I am seeking a refund for the Sonic LED Light Teeth Stain Eraser Oral Tooth Polisher Whitening Plaque Remover, which cost $9.36. Unfortunately, I have no means to communicate with the seller. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue. Please let me know if you require any additional information or evidence. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Rifkhan

I recently purchased items on eBay and returned them. The seller mentioned that the refund has been approved and is awaiting my response. I made the purchase as a guest without a PayPal account. After reaching out to PayPal, they confirmed that the issue is resolved and the refund will be credited to my credit card. Furthermore, the seller emailed me stating that the refund process has been initiated. However, I'm unsure how to proceed to receive my money back. The seller informed me to approve the refund from my end by logging into my eBay account, but I am unable to locate the approval section. I've been following up on this for over three weeks without success, and I would appreciate any guidance on how to complete the refund process.
