Regarding eBay Motors™ Payment Transaction ID #WMCB-[redacted]:
I am requesting a full refund of $2,[redacted] in cash promptly. We are opting out of the transaction due to suspicions of being scammed by the seller and eBay Motors. When I called the provided number to communicate our decision, the representative abruptly ended the call without requesting transaction details. This lack of customer service is unacceptable. We anticipate a swift refund of $2,[redacted] in cash to be delivered to my address at [redacted] 27th Road South, Arlington, Virginia [redacted]. Kindly provide a specific timeline for the refund process and notify me of the exact date, day, and time for the reimbursement. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

Subject: Urgent: eBay Account Suspension Notification
Hello,
I recently received an email notifying me of the suspension of my eBay account. The email states that my account has been suspended indefinitely due to security concerns and that my item listings have been removed. It also mentions that any outstanding selling fees must be settled immediately.
I am deeply concerned by these accusations as they are completely false. The email implies theft on my part, which is appalling and incorrect. I urge you to reevaluate this situation promptly and rectify this error.
Thank you.

My eBay account email is [redacted], but my username is hunterchahal. On October 27, [redacted], I purchased a Rado ceramic watch. I usually receive mail at PMBHC18683 Harjodh Chahal, [redacted] First St., Sumas, WA [redacted]. I paid for the item, but as my grandma fell ill, I had to go to India. Upon my return, I went to pick up the watch, but they couldn't locate it and asked for the tracking number. In my eBay account, the item shows as unavailable along with others bought at that time. I am unable to access the tracking number. Can you please assist in retrieving the tracking number for the Rado Ceramic watch purchased on October 27, [redacted], for $[redacted] USD? It seems to have been misplaced, and I need help to locate it or confirm if it was delivered to the specified address. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently purchased the MODERE COCONUT LIME TRIM NEW Flavor from eBay seller Bestdeal04. I received the product on 10/19, but unfortunately, it was not in the condition I expected. The item was damaged and dented, and the packaging was not brand new as described. I paid $[redacted] AUD for the product.
When I left negative feedback regarding my experience, the seller tried to offer me a $10 refund in exchange for changing my feedback. This felt manipulative, as I simply wanted to share my honest opinion about the transaction.
I feel like my ability to leave feedback has been restricted, and I am unable to open a dispute for a partial refund due to this limitation. I hope to receive a $50 refund ($35 for postage and $15 for the damaged item) to address the poor quality of the product and the seller's behavior. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

Hello,
I've been experiencing issues on eBay for the past 5 days where my credit card payment is not going through. Both my bank account and PayPal are functioning properly. eBay keeps rejecting my credit card, stating there is insufficient funds to complete the transaction. I've reached out for help multiple times in the last 5 days, but haven't received any assistance. This situation is frustrating as I cannot pay for my items. Could you please provide me with a phone number that I can call from Europe for support? I've searched online but couldn't find a suitable number. I really need to speak to someone as both PayPal and my bank have confirmed that everything is in order. Your prompt response would be highly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.
Best,
Kristina

I purchased an item of clothing on eBay, but it never arrived. After realizing the seller and item are now unavailable, I suspect they have closed their account. I opened a case against them and now, past the deadline, I am unsure how to proceed since I cannot contact eBay as instructed. The seller's username was niapumemet71, and the case number is [redacted]. The item is marked as 'unavailable,' so I cannot retrieve the item number.

I recently utilized eBay Authenticate to sell a Louis Vuitton handbag in excellent condition. The handbag had minimal use, stored carefully in its original dust bag. Initially, I photographed the bag for selling myself, later opting for eBay Authenticate. When taking the item to FedEx for authentication, I made sure to show the potential for movement inside the box during shipping. Despite this, upon the eBay listing going live, the bag was shown with scratches and damage not present when I handed it over. Following the instructions, I contacted eBay Authenticate customer service, explaining the discrepancy. A case manager named Teri stated eBay would investigate the packaging and damage. Teri promised steps to rectify the situation, including a $25 eBay certificate and cleaning the faceplate. Unfortunately, these actions were not executed as agreed. The bag sold for less due to the damage, contrary to similar items on eBay selling for a higher price. I am disappointed by the lack of follow-up and the unmet commitments.

Order [redacted] from Topshop. I received an email stating my item would arrive on Wednesday 17/10/18, then updated to Tuesday 16/10/18, and it arrived on Monday 15/10/18. Missed the delivery as I was in the shower, found a poorly written card by Fastway with no contact number. Called Fastway in Brisbane to arrange another delivery for Wednesday, was assured it would arrive. After waiting all day Wednesday, had to call Fastway at 4:45 pm to discover the parcel was at the pharmacy nearby. Frustrated with the poor communication and service, requested to speak to a manager but was informed there was no one available locally. Decided to return the parcel to Fastway to send back to the supplier. Requested Amex to cancel payment due to the unacceptable service. Considering ending my relationship with eBay due to this experience.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I submitted a case on eBay due to non-receipt of an item. Despite multiple attempts to contact the seller, I received no response. Seeking assistance, I reached out to eBay support. I recently received instructions on how to escalate my case but I am unable to locate the active links needed to do so. The deadline for case closure is October 21st. I kindly request eBay's intervention to facilitate the refund process.
Kind regards,
Irina

I placed two orders on eBay for the same item, one on September 20 and the other on October 7, but I encountered issues with the delivery cost. Initially, the store claimed the delivery fee was insufficient, requiring an additional $60. After refunding the first order and reordering with a more expensive delivery method, I am now facing challenges. Despite providing screenshots of both orders, detailing the difference in delivery costs and payment statuses, the store cannot see the new order I placed in October. When I try to request a refund, it redirects me to the first order that was refunded. I have attached screenshots of all transactions to support my case, but the store continues to deny the existence of my recent order. This ongoing problem is causing confusion and inconvenience.

To whom it may concern,
I am writing to address the suspension of my eBay account with the document eBay ID: [redacted]1. I am a new user of your platform and have only been searching for a PC and other small items for sale. As an Attorney at Law and a conservative internet user, I was surprised by the abrupt and unjust suspension of my account for vague security reasons without any explanation or opportunity to rectify any potential issues. If any illegal activity occurred on my account, it could only be due to hacking, and I seek eBay's assistance and protection to resolve this matter rather than being denied access to services. I kindly request your cooperation in resolving this issue and reactivating my account. Please reach out to me via email at [redacted] or phone at +[redacted]91.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
M.G.

I purchased an Innokin Proton from the seller on Oct 11. Unfortunately, I provided the wrong shipping address. After contacting the seller to change the address, I also updated it on my account. Despite the delay in shipping, I followed up with the seller to inquire about the status. However, due to a missed color selection and the urgency of needing the item soon, I requested a return without realizing the physical item was required for the process. The seller responded today with offensive language and threats to prolong the resolution. I seek assistance in obtaining a refund without escalating to a formal dispute given the sensitive nature of the situation.

I purchased the DEDC [redacted] Pieces 5A 7.5A 10A 15A 20A 25A 30A Essential Small Blade Fuse Set Car from eBay seller shopsy (Item ID: [redacted]68). However, the item arrived without the Fuse Puller as described in the listing. I asked for either the missing part or a partial refund, but shopsy insisted on a return for a full refund. This is not satisfactory to me as the return shipping cost is too high since I am in the Republic of Georgia. I requested the Fuse Puller to be sent or a $5 refund. In my opinion, shopsy is not being honest with their customers and is misleading buyers.

I would like to close my account as my experience attempting to sell 5 items has been disappointing. I was scammed through email fraud on my largest item, faced delays in payments due to my bank being flagged as a security risk, encountered hacked accounts and fake buyers, and struggled to receive support from customer service. The site's lack of action against scammers and fraudulent activities is concerning. I prefer not to engage with the FAQs or community forums and found it difficult to locate contact information. I have decided to close my account due to the loss of time, money, and trust in the platform. I will consider donating to charity instead of dealing with this frustration.

Rennes, October 18, [redacted]
I am sending you copies of my emails sent with earlier dates.
Username: farko28
France Phone: [redacted]
Email: [redacted]
My order reference was [redacted]40 from October 10, [redacted].
Regarding my concerns:
- I accidentally canceled the second order on October 10, [redacted], as I do not need two identical devices for my car.
- The item I received does not match my order from October 10, [redacted], as my car has a standard double DIN connection, but your device has an ISO connection.
- I have sent an email for this issue but did not receive a response. Please advise on how and where to return the Android 8.0 Mercedes DAB+ML.GL. Class W164 X164 radio for a refund.
October 18, [redacted]
Hello, the device does not fit in my car as it requires an ISO connection, whereas my car has a standard double DIN connection. Additionally, the front panel of your device is wider than my car's dimensions: width 18 cm, depth 17 cm, thickness 10 cm. Therefore, I cannot install the device I received. Also, you are asking for payment for a second device I canceled the same day, as I mistakenly confirmed my first order and did not place a second one.

Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention an eBay seller who continuously opens new accounts after being removed by eBay. The user previously traded under the username aabe_2631, which was suspended for abusing my online shop by imitating my adverts to harm my business. Despite being banned multiple times, the seller created a new account today under the name aasm-[redacted]. While he is currently not mentioning me directly, he typically alters his ads and scams customers before shutting down the account. Many individuals have contacted me, mistakenly associating me with his fraudulent activities. This individual has used various usernames like chunkyloraine, jois-16, chunkyisback, and more, all of which have been suspended. I'm alerting you to his return with similar ads and photos. Thank you.

I recently sold a fully working laptop and included pictures to show its condition. The buyer contacted me a month later reporting a screen issue I never encountered. Offered a refund upon the return of the item, but discovered the provided address was a forwarding one as the buyer is in Zambia. They claim returning the laptop would cost £[redacted] and are now requesting a partial refund instead. Without evidence of the issue, I find it unfair to send money without the item's return. I verified the laptop's working condition before the sale, reset it to factory settings, and have no proof of the reported problem. Initially, the buyer mentioned occasional screen blackouts, but later claimed the laptop wouldn't turn on. I am unsure how to proceed in this situation. Thank you. Lucy W.

I purchased a Michael Kors handbag from the US and had to pay £21.53 in taxes upon delivery. Upon opening the box, I realized it was the wrong item, so I returned it and got a refund for the handbag but not the tax. I believe it's unfair to pay for a tax I can't claim back, and the seller should refund it due to their mistake. Although the seller offered to send the correct bag as a gift to avoid additional taxes, I am dissatisfied with their service and don't wish to buy from them again. HMRC advised me that the seller is responsible for resolving the issue. I am seeking advice on how to recover the money I lost because of the seller's error in packaging.

I recently sold an Air Jordan Retro 11 ([redacted]04) on 10/13/18, and the buyer initially left positive feedback praising the fast shipping and item as exactly as expected. However, on 10/14/18, the buyer started a return process stating the shoes did not seem authentic and the size 10.5 was a bit tight. I explained to them that the shoes, box, and retro card are indeed authentic from [redacted], and I cannot control how the shoe fits. I reminded them about the age of the shoes and the no return policy. Despite the buyer's change of heart, I stand by the authenticity of the item and the accuracy of the listing. I have also contacted eBay regarding the situation and the buyer's sudden claim of inauthenticity. I believe their actions can harm both sellers and the eBay community, especially when the item was delivered as described with all original accessories.
