I have a question about a recent purchase I made on eBay. I paid for an item, and it has not been shipped yet. The seller has now changed the listed price of the item after I made the payment. There haven't been any problems from the seller's end. I haven't contacted the seller yet as they might be experiencing delays. I'm experiencing an issue with the seller globalstore_it on eBay. I had a Samsung Galaxy S10 locked to ATT and purchased an unlock service from them. After 8 days of no communication, I asked for an update and was told my phone was not supported without any proof. I found another service to unlock my phone successfully. UPS claims they delivered my package on the 25th. However, I have not received it, and it is not at the office. I have been attempting to address this for 6 days now. If the package was left at the door, it may have been stolen. This experience has been frustrating, and I am disappointed with eBay's lack of assistance in resolving this matter. I have contacted the seller, FedEx, and I have corresponded with eBay via email. However, I have yet to receive the package in question. Despite the tracking number indicating delivery, I am certain that FedEx typically provides photo evidence of packages delivered. I am requesting images to confirm if the package was indeed left at my doorstep. Without photographic evidence, I am requesting a refund of $11.77 for the undelivered package. The delivery window was set between 5:00 and 7 or 8, during office hours, which extend past 5:30. It is possible the driver left the package at the office or could have contacted me. As I have not received the package, it is likely it was either misplaced or taken.

When searching for items like autos that need to be picked up, such as a car, knowing the seller's location is crucial. However, currently, users need to click on each listing to find this information, leading to frustration and wasted time. It would be much more efficient if eBay included the seller's city and state in the listing title, like "[redacted] Lexus ES [redacted] in Phila, Pa."
I hope my feedback reaches upper management at eBay as this change would greatly improve the user experience. I've faced challenges finding a way to contact eBay about this issue, and I truly hope this message is heard without needing to escalate it further.
