Today, I received an email informing me that my account has been permanently banned without a specific reason provided. I have attempted to reach out to eBay's customer service for assistance, but after waiting for half an hour (much longer than the stated two-minute wait time), I have not received a response. Despite receiving a reply from eBay stating that I could not cancel the order, I accepted it. As it was scheduled for delivery today or tomorrow, I assumed it was too late to cancel. I have been trying to return a product to Clara Fashions that I purchased on eBay. I ordered a vintage black jacket, but received a brown one that doesn't match the description or photos on their website. After contacting them and providing pictures of the packaging and jacket, they are now claiming it's not their product. I just want a refund as dealing with them has been frustrating. I encountered an individual who expressed interest in buying a coin from me on two occasions. Initially, they requested my contact information to complete the payment. Subsequently, they asked me to purchase an Apple gift card along with the coin, which I declined. Later, they approached me again for a different coin, and I agreed, but they never paid. Upon realizing this was a scam, I reported it to eBay. Surprisingly, my account is now under review, with payouts put on hold, despite recently making a legitimate purchase. Our telephone number on the eBay website is incorrect. We have never had this number and, as a result, we are unable to receive passcodes to access our account. We value our 20-year-old account with over [redacted] positive reviews and do not wish to lose them by creating a new account. We have contacted eBay multiple times over several hours and days, but have not been able to resolve the issue. Despite being promised a callback, the representatives do not have the authority to correct the phone number listed. The number they have is completely different from ours, so it's not a simple transposition error. This has been a frustrating situation ongoing for weeks now.

I sold two items (#[redacted]20, #[redacted]07) to the buyer with a clear "AS IS, NO RETURN" disclaimer in my description. The buyer has been persistently contacting me for two days, requesting a partial refund or to return the items. Despite my efforts to explain the condition in the description, the buyer first complained about the camera not working, although I had specified that one didn't work and the other worked after winding up the motor. The second complaint was about the lens, even though I clearly stated it had dust, haze, and fungus inside and was being sold "AS IS, NO RETURN."
