The label indicated it should offer [redacted] servings but, after nearly 7 weeks with 2 scoops per day, the actual servings fell short, at less than 75% of the stated amount. The seller, galaxy999, has been unresponsive despite my attempts to contact them. Since eBay restricts buyers from filing complaints after a certain time frame, it's concerning that this issue goes unnoticed by potential buyers. eBay's lack of assistance in resolving this matter is disappointing. This situation is deceitful and goes against fair practices.

I recently purchased a Heatsure Portable Gas Heater from eBay, delivered on 02/11/[redacted], and was charged on my bank statement. The heater is not functioning properly, with the issue likely being a faulty thermo coupling. However, I cannot find the item in my recent order list on eBay to start the returns process. Despite numerous attempts, I am unable to reach eBay due to not having the necessary information on the item. I've been a loyal eBay user for years, but after taking a break from selling, I've encountered an issue. When I resumed selling, all the funds from my sold items are being held, giving the impression that I'm a new user with no track record. This practice has unfortunately led to me being scammed multiple times. It's frustrating because I have valuable items I want to list, but I can't do so under these circumstances. Additionally, the high fees, like being charged $42 on a $[redacted] item, are unreasonable and discouraging.

I seem to be experiencing an issue with my customer feedback link. It has been stuck at [redacted] positive responses for over 2 weeks, which is unusual for me as I am an active seller. The seller has been delaying the refund by claiming there is an issue with the eBay refund process. The seller did not arrange for the item to be returned because they did not want to cover the return shipping cost and suggested I keep or dispose of it. The refund has been pending for 5 days. I suspect the seller has not informed eBay that I am keeping the defective coffee maker. If eBay is waiting for the return of the coffee maker, please note that it has not been shipped back. I recently tried to sell my scanner radio on Ebay after a period of inactivity on the platform. However, I was surprised to find my account suspended due to an alleged $26 debt after listing the item. Not only was the listing running for only three days, but I also suspect that the system may have manipulated my listing category to decrease its visibility. Ebay then suggested I pay a fee to switch to a more favorable category, a practice I find questionable. I am frustrated by this experience and demand that my account be reinstated without charges. I bought a violin on eBay and had issues with a discount code not being applied. After cancelling and reordering with the code, the initial order still shipped quickly. I was advised by the seller to reject the first delivery, which I did, but the package was returned to me by UPS after three days. Trying to return the item online, I was surprised that I had to pay for shipping return costs. Feeling eBay provided incorrect information, I hesitated and then accidentally canceled the return option altogether. Frustrated, I now intend to close my eBay account and modify my purchasing habits.

On November 5, [redacted], I bought a Brother sewing machine from an eBay seller named XYSH-LUCKY. Surprisingly, less than 10 hours later on November 6, [redacted], the sewing machine arrived via Walmart delivery, which seemed odd. Then, on November 8, I received a text notifying me of a refund on Walmart Order [redacted][redacted] for $82.27. I did not request this refund and would have gone through eBay if I had. After contacting Walmart, they confirmed the refund for the sewing machine went to a new account under my name, either JAkersYB or JohnAkersYB. This new account contained my address and potentially my phone number since I received a text. It seems someone bought the product, waited for delivery, and then requested a refund from Walmart, even though I made the purchase on eBay.
I would like an update on this situation.

I ordered two plates, but unfortunately, one arrived broken. I informed the seller about the issue on 11-3 at 8:21 am before leaving for a flight. The seller seemed unsympathetic, claiming the items were packed perfectly, and asked me for pictures and packaging details. After returning from my trip yesterday, I responded to the seller, proposing to send pictures via email due to my absence. However, the seller responded harshly, suggesting I wanted compensation for the broken plate after almost two weeks had passed. They accused me of being irresponsible. The seller insisted that since I had the package for almost three weeks and had opened it, I should not expect them to pay for the damaged item and asked me to drop the issue, dismissing my attempts to address the problem.

I believe there may be a fraudulent attempt involving the sale of my Mens STS Ranchwear Jacket on eBay. The email I received appears to be a notification from eBay regarding the payment for the item, but I am unable to find any record of the sale on eBay or PayPal. The email was sent to my current email address ([redacted]), while my eBay account is linked to my old email ([redacted]). The email instructs me to ship the item and mentions a payment confirmation from a buyer named ropingone307 for $[redacted].00 plus $20.00 for shipping, with a deadline to ship by November 23, [redacted]. However, the payment is said to be on hold until December 4, [redacted]. I find this suspicious and am concerned about the validity of this transaction.

I received a carburetor return that does not match the one I sent to the buyer. The returned carburetor is not only different but also broken, missing screws, and with loose internal springs. I have photo evidence comparing my original carburetor to the returned broken one. Specifically, I ask you to observe the rust patterns and markings on the silver caps, the absence of screws on the returned item, the additional fuel filter not part of the original shipment, the contrasting corrosion levels, and the discrepancy in serial numbers.
The buyer has mistakenly sent back the wrong and damaged carburetor, retaining the one I sold initially. I am seeking either the return of my original item or reimbursement of $50 that the item was sold for.

I recently contacted what I thought was an Ebay phone number and ended up being scammed of $[redacted].00 in Ebay gift cards. The person who answered claimed to be an Ebay customer service representative and promised to refund the remaining balance of $[redacted].00. Unfortunately, I fell for it and purchased 2 more Ebay cards for $[redacted].00 each, which added up to $[redacted].00. Both parties involved cannot afford this loss as we are on fixed incomes. The initial scam occurred on November 15th, followed by another $[redacted].00 loss today when the scammer requested 2 additional $[redacted].00 cards, which we declined to provide. I am now desperately hoping that Ebay can assist in recovering at least a portion of my lost funds.

I bought an eBay gift card for $[redacted] in July, and when I tried to activate it, I received an alert that it was already in use elsewhere.
