I have been attempting to contact eBay through email, but have not received a response. I believe I have been treated unfairly. When I was posting an item for sale, I read that I could have [redacted] free listings per month without any insertion fees. Since I hadn't used eBay in years, this offer was appealing because I would only pay a fee when an item sold. However, after my item didn't sell and I chose to relist it, I was surprised to receive a bill of $22 with no prior mention of fees. Confused, I decided to cancel the renewed ad immediately upon seeing the invoice. I believe eBay should have clearly displayed the proposed fees for listing before posting. If they knew there would be charges for unsuccessful sales, they should have informed me upfront. I feel deceived by this experience. - T.

On November 21, [redacted], I used my Chase credit card to make purchases totaling $[redacted].00. Upon contacting my bank, I was advised to reach out to ebay regarding this matter. Despite numerous attempts to contact ebay, I have encountered difficulties and even faced being disconnected by customer service representatives three times while trying to explain my situation. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way I have been treated. Please contact me at [redacted]. Failure to address this issue promptly may result in my decision to avoid making future purchases on ebay.

I was expecting a package with a carburetor, but last night, a girl named Katelyn M. came to my house claiming a monitor was being delivered to me, which she said she would collect later. I received an email about the package, but it only mentioned the monitor. Katelyn took the monitor, but my package never arrived.

I require help with getting a refund. I opened two cases via PayPal due to not receiving tracking information or responses from the vendor. I managed to contact the vendor, and they agreed to refund me. However, they claim they can't process the refund until the cases are closed, which contradicts what PayPal informed me. I am missing $[redacted] and eagerly await the refund for items I never received.

We ordered a lift pump for our [redacted] Dodge 5.9L diesel truck, but unfortunately received the wrong one. It seems that there is a distinction between models depending on the production timeframe, and ours was built in February [redacted]. The pump we received was for a different part of the year. We were unaware of this issue when ordering. Now, eBay wants to charge us a $20 shipping fee to return it to the seller. We have discussed this with the seller, but we are reluctant to incur this additional cost.

I have an Above Standard Seller Rating on eBay currently. I dedicate a lot of effort to my listings and specialize in vintage and costume jewelry. Today, eBay removed one of my listings, stating it was due to "Listing Manipulation" for using the word 'Emerald' in the title. However, my listing clearly states "Vintage Large Pink Emerald-Cut Rhinestone Clip-on Earrings," where I used 'Emerald-Cut,' a common jewelry term. I feel frustrated by this accusation, as it seems to stem from a lack of understanding by the person who reported it. I am eager to contact eBay about this issue but am having trouble finding a way to reach out to them.

Recently, my account was permanently limited, barring me from selling. This situation arose during a challenging period of family crises and health issues that began in spring and worsened through June and July. Due to these difficulties, I was unable to access my PC to manage my account, resulting in some canceled transactions. Despite explaining my circumstances to eBay when contacting them, my account remains permanently restricted. I find this treatment unfair as my eBay history has been exemplary with consistently positive feedback, maintaining a [redacted]% rating for several years, although it dipped to about 98% due to recent challenges. I believe I was not given a fair opportunity to address the issues with my recent transactions and improve my performance on the platform.

Hello, I purchased Jowell scissors on 11/18 and received them on 12/1. Upon opening them on 12/5, I discovered that it was the wrong item. I need help disputing a return request for my item #[redacted]66. The buyer has had the briefcase for two months and suddenly claimed it was dirty, which is untrue. Hello, my name is Gloria W. I reside at [redacted] Bream Island Road, Homer, LA [redacted]. I placed an order on December 6, [redacted], for 2 cushion grips which amounted to $21.03. The delivery was expected between the 13th and 15th of December. Today, December 9th, a package arrived in my mailbox from Houston, Texas, labeled as Amazon. Surprisingly, inside the package was a free trial size tube of cushion grip along with 2 small notes mentioning a gift from seller kgbe-9, the same seller from my eBay order. I did not receive the 2 regular-size boxes of cushion grip I purchased. I am puzzled by the involvement of Amazon in my order since it was initially placed on eBay. I am uncertain why the same seller is operating under two different companies. It seems imperative to address this issue with seller kgbe-9 promptly. I kindly request assistance in resolving this mix-up. If the 2 regular-size cushion grips cannot be delivered, I would appreciate a refund of the $21.03 paid. Thank you for your cooperation.

The seller, American Auto Parts, agreed to exchange the item after contacting me to resolve the case. I am currently in the process of obtaining a shipping label for the return. I am curious to know why this is taking so long to resolve. I submitted a refund request because my order, number 26-09[redacted]0, has been stuck in Toronto since Dec 6. Historically, when this happens, the package does not arrive. The tracking number provided, UPBEE00175AF5184EB04, was not recognized by UPS when I contacted them. However, since Toronto acknowledged receiving the package, I believe there should be a tracking record. Unfortunately, eBay has informed me that they cannot address this issue until Dec 26, which is frustrating. If this matter is not resolved before then, I am contemplating never using eBay again. I am extremely unhappy with how this situation has been handled, especially since the resolution date was pushed back.

I agreed to a refund for the ugg boots once they were returned. I thought I had already sent a prepaid return slip, but the customer never received it. They will return the boots if I provide a return label. I mistakenly purchased a label addressed to the customer instead of myself, costing $18. Good afternoon. The shipments have been located and tracked through DHL in the United States. However, the seller has not unlocked the items for me, provided information, or responded to my messages. He shipped the items with a code that does not exist in my country. I went to all shipping companies, and none of them recognized the tracking code.
