Despite my repeated attempts to address this with eBay, the outstanding amount has been sent to a debt collection agency, who is now trying to include it in my IVA. I purchased the Hogwarts Legacy Xbox One game, but what I received was only the manual. The seller did not provide a description indicating this. I would like a refund for the £13 that I paid. Hello, I recently purchased a second-hand engine from a seller on eBay through a car garage. After realizing the engine was no longer needed, the seller agreed to accept the return since it was still in its original packaging. I paid the car garage in full for the engine and took it upon myself to send the item back directly to the seller. The seller has confirmed receipt of the engine but is waiting for the car garage to process the return and issue a refund, which they are currently refusing to do. Regarding item number [redacted]63, the seller promised to ship the iPad for the agreed-upon price of £[redacted] but postponed sending it until receiving the payment. After completing the transaction, the seller has not dispatched the iPad and is unresponsive to emails. I reached out to Ebay for assistance, and they initially froze the payment, so I withdrew the request assuming the payment would then go through. However, Ebay notified me that the payment would go to the seller within 24 hours. Presently, three days have passed, and I am without the iPad, with no communication from the seller in sight.
