I purchased an Apple Mac Mini for £[redacted] from benjiix5 on 2 Feb [redacted]. Unfortunately, upon receiving it, I realized it had an HDMI connection which I couldn't use. After returning from my holiday, I tried connecting it with a new HDMI cable to no avail. MACGUYS in Tooting, London, confirmed the Mac was faulty and offered to repair it for £[redacted], which I agreed to.
I have provided the repair receipts and the store contact details to the seller but they refused to refund the repair costs. Despite my attempts to reach out, the seller has been uncooperative, saying "Leave me alone."
I seek your assistance in getting the repair cost refunded as the seller has been unresponsive and unwilling to address the issue. Thank you for your help.

This is the third time I received the same 'order is ready for collection code FM/HGBN522.' I already retrieved my order with the first code and the storekeeper attempted to scan the second one to clear it. Today, I received the same code again.
Additionally, I purchased a spare wheel for my car with order No. 08-09[redacted]2. The sender shipped it to my store using DHL, but there is no eBay barcode on the package. The shopkeeper doesn't have a way to notify you that it has been delivered. I've reached out to the sender via email, but unfortunately, they have not responded.

I ordered wet wall panels on 7th April with an estimated delivery on the 12th. After delays and unhelpful responses from the seller, I opened a case. Despite my appeal for a refund, I was informed today that it was denied. I am frustrated as I never received the panels, resulting in additional expenses to complete the job. The appeal representative, Lyn, asked about returning the panels, but I never received them to begin with. The seller's delivery information indicated a delivery by 18th April, and it is now May. I urge for a proper resolution to this issue promptly.

I would like to report a seller on eBay. I have a embroidery machine listed for sale at £[redacted], but the seller keeps emailing me about sending the machine without receiving any payment. I have not received any payment from eBay or the buyer but got an email requesting a refund for him. This situation is concerning, and I want my money back or will take legal action. I am 75 years old, recently discharged from the hospital, and this issue is causing me a lot of stress.

I purchased a Vax ECR2VIP Dual Power Pet Advance carpet cleaner (refurbished) from Ged-Outlet. After using it for only 5 minutes, it stopped working. Despite having a one-year warranty, they asked me to pay for the return since it was past the 30-day period. I returned it and didn't hear anything for 9 days until I reached out. They promised to contact me the next day but failed to do so. I have since messaged them again and am awaiting a reply. I requested a refund due to the £12 return cost. I recently sold an item on eBay and need to enter the micropayment values sent by the platform. However, I am encountering an issue with the phone number verification code required to complete this process. Despite multiple attempts over several days, I am not receiving the verification codes. When I seek assistance through eBay support, I am unable to log in as it also requires a verification code which I am not receiving. In an attempt to rectify this, I tried to reset my phone number, but this also requires a code that I am not receiving. Around 12 months ago, I purchased a TOPGUARD wildlife camera from Merryelectronics on eBay. Recently, the camera stopped working two months after I bought it. On May 1st, I initiated the return process for a sliding door wardrobe. The return number provided to me is QZ[redacted]63GB, along with a QR code. However, I haven't received any information regarding the pickup of the item. After a week of no progress, I reached out to the seller who mentioned a £70 charge for the return pickup. Despite this, there has been no further communication or action taken on their part. Today, I received an email from eBay stating that the return must be completed by the 17th, prompting me to seek a resolution urgently. I initially hoped that using eBay's return process would make this easier, but I have had to personally follow up with the seller. The wardrobe remains unopened and occupies my living room. I find the £70 charge for returns to be unreasonably high.

I recently lost my phone and my number is now inaccessible as a result. I've obtained a new phone and a new number, but I'm unable to complete the two-step sign-in process without my old phone. I have a buyer who initiated a return claiming the air bed received wasn't as listed. However, I can confirm that the air bed I listed is correct. The buyer even sent a picture of their old air bed, which is different; mine is grey, theirs is blue. It seems like a scam where the buyer wants to keep mine and get a refund. On March 3, [redacted], I sold a laptop through eBay to a buyer in the UK. The item number is [redacted]68, and the buyer is Adrian Price 12westade. The buyer made the payment on the same day, and the order number is 23-09[redacted]7.
However, eBay mistakenly sent the payment of £[redacted].90 to my closed Nationwide current account, which had been inactive since December 24th. My designated account for eBay payments was a HSBC current account, where payments were consistently received until March 3rd.
Despite contacting both eBay customer service and Nationwide multiple times over the past two months, I have not received the £[redacted].90 payment. eBay claims Nationwide has the funds due to a generated payment ID, while Nationwide states that the payment ID is created by eBay during the transaction.
This confusion has led me to seek resolution, with Nationwide requesting an ARN code from eBay, who seem unable to provide it. The back and forth between eBay and Nationwide is causing significant frustration, and I hope eBay takes action promptly to resolve this issue. If not, I may have to consider seeking legal guidance.

I need assistance regarding my purchase of a used Ultenic T10 Robot Vacuum Cleaner with a Mop and Self-empty Base. I ordered Order 17-10[redacted]2 and initiated a return with Return ID [redacted]. Unfortunately, the device became faulty within 10 minutes of unboxing. It only worked for about 3 minutes while testing its suction capabilities on some dust.
