Regarding order no: 01-09[redacted]8, I had ordered trousers with a 29-inch inseam, as I do with all my other trousers. However, I received trousers with a 31-inch inseam, which is Regular or Long length. I have contacted the seller via email to request a reply-paid returns label through your system. Unfortunately, each time I try to submit the "confirm return" request, the system does not allow me to proceed. I am frustrated with the amount of time your system has consumed. On January 24th, You Garden delivered a fruit tree to me (Order No. 27-09[redacted]0). Unfortunately, the tree arrived with a defective trunk, with parts of the bark broken. I decided to wait until Spring to see if it would recover, but come April, it was clear the tree had died. I submitted a refund request with photos of the damaged tree on May 1st, but You Garden denied my request. Selling a tree with broken bark is unacceptable, as it renders the tree unfit for its purpose. Despite their claim, You Garden's description did not mention the damaged bark. They are now requesting additional delivery charges for a replacement tree once it's back in stock later this year, which I find unreasonable. I have asked for a full refund from You Garden and may escalate the issue to eBay if necessary. - Cecilia X.

Item number 13 09[redacted]1 is for the car under tray I wanted to return. I initiated a refund and selected the Royal Mail barcode option. However, the post office advised me to use Parcel Force 24 due to the size. I attempted to change the return method, but was unable to do so. I then cancelled the return but now I cannot initiate it again. I need assistance with resolving this issue as I cannot find an option on eBay to make the necessary changes to the refund method. I have not received my product yet. The order for the Magnifying Desk Table LED Lamp in white, mains operated, was dispatched on April 25, [redacted], with an order total of £17.00. The order number is 26-09[redacted]2. The estimated delivery was between May 2 and May 5. I can return the item until June 4. However, the seller is not recognized on the system for me to contact. I placed an order for Picard season 2 on DVD through Ebay on April 25. Instead of receiving the correct item, I got Avatar The Way of Water on DVD on April 28th. Unfortunately, when I tried to contact the seller about the mix-up, the contact seller button was unresponsive. After some effort, I managed to reach out to the seller using the contact button on the Picard season 2 page, but I didn't receive any response. Ebay sent me an automated message informing me that they had contacted the seller after I somehow got them involved, though I don't recall how I did it. The seller updated the tracking information to show that the item was delivered on April 28th, but it was the incorrect item. I'm struggling to find a way to contact Ebay directly as they don't seem to have phone support or live chat. I wonder if replying to their previous email regarding the tracking update would be a way to reach them.

I've attempted to resolve my issue through eBay's "Ask eBay to Step In" service. However, when trying to submit my problem through the app, the message won't go through. I was assured a refund for an undelivered item supposedly due to an incorrect address on the package. I've been a loyal eBay customer for many years and never had issues with misaddressed packages before. The seller said they would refund me once they received the package back. After some time passed, I received a message saying they issued a refund to my account. Despite multiple unanswered messages to the seller, I have not yet received the refund.
