Order Number: 04-08[redacted]1 Purchase Date: 22nd April [redacted] I purchased a Flymo grass strimmer, and three weeks ago, I informed the seller that the item had broken. It is still under the manufacturer's guarantee. The seller has offered a full refund, as they do not provide repairs and do not have the item in stock. However, they need my email address to send return labels, which is not permitted according to eBay rules. The scheduled pick-up for the return is on 17th April [redacted], but I have not received the return labels yet.

Hello, I would like to address an issue regarding an item from eBay. The tracking information shows that the package was delivered and signed for by me. However, I believe this is incorrect as I was at work and did not receive the item. I have already contacted the postman, who mentioned he would investigate the issue and provide details to the post office manager. I am still awaiting further information. Please reach out to me at my new mobile number, [redacted], as soon as possible. My name is Karm Baksh, and I am the account holder. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The seller sent a return label for a refund, and the item was shipped via Royal Mail. It has been stuck in the seller's local mail office for two weeks, and neither ebay nor the seller has been helpful in resolving the issue. The refund is approximately £[redacted], causing significant distress. Despite the challenges, I am determined to pursue the refund. However, I am doubtful about receiving the cash back promptly through ebay. I believe that spreading awareness about this experience will shed light on the importance of customer service.

I bought item no. [redacted]09 on 14/4/[redacted] via eBay for £[redacted]. The seller requested cash payment for the pick-up item despite me having already paid. They assured me a refund after receiving the cash, but I find this suspicious. Despite my attempts, eBay won't allow me to cancel the purchase. The seller threatened to resell the item if I don't provide cash. I demand a refund for the purchased item as it seems like a fraudulent situation. I've contacted eBay multiple times today but have not received a response yet.

Hello, I am facing an issue with a buyer, not a seller, who is attempting to deceive me. I sold them a watch for 49 pounds, which included postage, a few weeks ago. The watch was in perfect working condition when I sold it. The buyer claimed it was faulty and requested a refund. Initially, I refunded half the amount in good faith and advised them to have it checked at a store. After weeks of silence, the buyer contacted me today saying it is beyond repair, implying they damaged it. I am becoming increasingly frustrated as I had sold the watch in good condition. I fear receiving unwarranted negative feedback. I am at a loss as I have done nothing wrong. Thank you, Phil.

I purchased an item from the seller ultimatepd on eBay. After the estimated delivery time passed with no package, I reached out to the seller, who assured me it was en route. Needing the item urgently, I bought a replacement locally. Surprisingly, a whole year later, the eBay item arrived, but it was not what I ordered. When I asked for a refund or replacement, the seller claimed too much time had passed, over 90 days. I am concerned about seller integrity post-90 days on eBay and the accountability regarding shipping delays.

On April 13th at 6:20 pm, I accidentally ordered a windscreen cowl and promptly tried to cancel it at 6:28 pm, reaching out to the seller for assistance. Despite my attempts, I did not receive any response within the next few days. On April 14th and 15th, I followed up with the seller with no reply. By the third day, Sunday night on the 16th at 11:20 pm, I received an email rejecting my cancellation and then another email the next morning at 8:20 am informing me that the parcel had been sent. I wish to return the item at no cost, receive a full refund, including the £25 shipping fee, and file a complaint with eBay against the seller for their lack of response and unhelpful actions.

I'm looking to speak with a customer service representative about a situation where eBay charged me twice for an item, totaling £73.33. The representative I spoke with mentioned providing an order number to address this issue. I believe I've accidentally paid for the same item twice. I'd appreciate a call from someone to assist me in resolving this. As someone with disabilities, managing my bills is challenging, and £[redacted].66 is a significant amount for me. I have the order number ready and can provide it when contacted. Thank you for your help. Agnes K.

I purchased a Terratek cordless electric longreach hedgecutter from sunbeamsalesuk on eBay. Upon receipt, I discovered that they sent me a completely different, shorter model than the one displayed in the photo. Additionally, despite confirming that batteries and a charger were included prior to purchase, I only received a plug and cable without a charger base. I have been attempting to contact them since April 14th without any response, except for an 'out of office' message. I kindly request assistance in obtaining a return label and a refund for this item. I am seeking eBay's help to provide a paid return label and process the refund. My order number is 06-09[redacted]8, and the item ID is [redacted]53. Thank you.

My husband purchased the Velory&Bosh Whirpool Bathtub Acrylic Hydromassa on April 14th with the item number [redacted]79. He picked it up on the 16th. The bathtub was advertised as used but in very good condition, with all functions working. However, upon testing it at home, we discovered that 3 out of 4 buttons intended to change functions were not working. We recorded a video as evidence, showing the malfunctioning buttons, and shared it with the seller. We requested a refund due to the item not matching the listing description (electronic functions not fully operational). The seller's response was that we only paid £[redacted] for an item that originally cost over £[redacted] new, so we received a great deal, and they assured us it was working when they removed it. Despite this, we pointed out to the seller that there were no videos demonstrating the bathtub’s functionality when they sold it to us. Our argument is that regardless of the price we paid or its original cost, we expected the item to be fully functional as described. Since it's not, we are seeking a full refund and asking the seller to cover the return shipping costs. Any guidance on how to proceed with obtaining the refund and organizing the return would be appreciated. Thank you.

Order number 13-09[redacted]5: I received the wrong item. I paid a total of £8.95, which included postage. The seller is offering to refund only £5.36, which is not acceptable. I cannot accept this as I will need to purchase the correct item and pay for postage again. The seller is responsible, and I insist on receiving the full amount I paid, including postage. I believe eBay should ensure sellers do not shortchange buyers during refunds.

I purchased two Ninja Spy Kids caps, one of which was faulty and returned for a refund. Despite requesting a replacement via email on 13 April, I did not receive any acknowledgment or reply. I later reached out again after receiving a refund to emphasize my preference for a replacement due to already incurring postage charges on the initial order. Unfortunately, I have not received any response to this email either. I would appreciate it if you could contact the company on my behalf. Thank you. - Catherine

Regarding Order number: 01-09[redacted]6, I purchased a Ray Ban Black Sunglasses Glasses Case with a free cleaning cloth for £6.39 on April 5th. Unfortunately, the item was delivered on the 12th in poor condition and appeared to be a counterfeit. I initiated a return due to the damage on April 12th, but encountered issues with the seller indicating I should keep the damaged product to avoid affecting their ability to claim a refund. Despite my attempts to close the return, there seems to be a delay in processing the refund. However, the situation has become more challenging as the seller has left eBay, making it impossible to reach them for a resolution.

Hello Ebay, I am Danielle Foster and I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account due to a recent change in my phone number. Updating this information is proving challenging because I cannot log in to make the necessary changes. I am unable to verify my account because the verification code is being sent to my old mobile number, which was linked to my previous provider O2 ending in [redacted]. My current mobile number with VOXI is [redacted]5. To resolve this issue and to continue making purchases on my account, I kindly request that my new mobile number be updated on my profile. If assistance is required, please reach out to me via email or by contacting my new mobile number. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Dan

I'm having trouble logging into eBay because it's asking me to verify my account by texting, which I can't do as I don't have that capability on my phone. In the past, I've answered security questions like 'What is your Mother's maiden name?' Is there another way I can prove my identity without using text messages? Thank you for your help.

I represent a local church that operates under the Charity Commission guidelines in the UK. The Church of England is considered a charity by default, although registration is only required for churches with income exceeding £[redacted],[redacted]. Our church, St Edmund or St James Church in Blunham, Bedford MK44 3NQ, falls below this threshold and therefore does not possess a charity number. I sell items on eBay on behalf of the Parochial Church Council of Blunham, our governing body, with all proceeds benefiting the church. I am seeking advice on whether there are any methods to exempt our listings from eBay fees due to our charitable nature.

I am seeking assistance with a recent purchase I made on eBay for a bed. After corresponding with the seller through eBay, I was instructed to switch to communication via What's App. The seller suggested bypassing eBay for payment, but I expressed my discomfort. The seller insisted on using PayPal for buyer protection. Unfortunately, upon delivery, the product was faulty. The seller has been uncooperative with my requests for a refund or return and is avoiding my messages. PayPal indicated that the purchase is not covered under their protection policy due to it being custom-made, although the seller claims to have extensive experience in bed making. This situation has left me feeling very frustrated, and I believe this seller should be reported. I am unsure of where to seek further assistance. I wish to either receive a refund or be compensated for the expenses incurred to repair the bed. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I received a notification on the 18th stating that my package was delivered at 18:03, but despite being home the entire day, I didn't receive it. After reaching out to the seller, they advised checking near my home in case the package was left outside. I searched and inquired with neighbors but had no luck. The seller could only verify that the package was signed for and suggested visiting a nearby post office, but I was unsure of which one to go to and was unable to do so. I typically receive all my eBay orders without issues, but on the 21st, I requested a replacement or refund from the seller. They insisted that the package was delivered and non-refundable due to high customization and logistics costs. Even after explaining that my flat doesn't have a mailbox and providing details of not receiving it, they directed me to a website to seek a refund. As the item is missing, I am seeking a refund for the phone case I ordered.

I made a purchase from Babztech with an expected delivery between April 12th-15th. However, the item arrived on April 20th. After reaching out to the seller, I received an unpleasant email criticizing my negative review. I feel disappointed by the lack of communication and unprofessional response. I am considering reporting this behavior.

I received a notification about an item being sold, but I am unsure if the payment has been processed correctly as it seems that an amount has been deducted, which I think eBay does for their fees. I cannot locate the listing in my active listings, although it shows the item as sold. I would appreciate it if someone could confirm that the payment is legitimate, verify the listing on eBay, and explain the deduction from the selling price. I want to make sure everything is in order before sending out the item.
