Lewis assisted me in issuing a refund for an item lost by Royal Mail, for which a case was opened. I provided proof of postage. When attempting the refund, I received a message stating insufficient funds, prompting me to add a new card. Despite my attempt, the refund did not go through. Subsequently, my partner also tried to assist but encountered the same issue. He later received notifications from his bank, indicating multiple debits of £20 and £15 to eBay. I am yet to verify my own bank account. The intended refund amount was only £20, as I had a small balance. I received a claim from the buyer saying they didn't receive the goods. I informed them that I updated the tracking information after they bought additional items. I shipped the parcel using next day 24hr Royal Mail Tracked service and have evidence that it was delivered. I also have photos of the message where I informed the buyer about the updated tracking number MZ[redacted]87GB. I believe the buyer is attempting to falsely claim non-receipt of goods, despite them actually receiving them.

I have a challenging buyer who has asked for a refund from me as the seller. I requested that the buyer not pay because I discovered the item was faulty and did not want to send it to Latvia.
