I placed an item for sale with a starting bid, which the customer bid lower than I expected. After explaining the bid was too low, I cancelled it. The customer then became abusive, leading to my decision to block them. The item has since sold to another buyer at an acceptable price. Now, I am being asked to refund the initial customer, but the funds have not yet cleared in my account. I would appreciate guidance on how to refund them without the funds available. I urgently need assistance with processing the refund as I have yet to receive the funds. Despite canceling the bid promptly due to a low offer and encountering rude and abusive behavior from the customer, the refund has not been processed. It is important to resolve this within two days to avoid account issues, yet the money has not been deposited into my account for an entire month. I kindly request immediate intervention to address this matter, as I cannot make any payments without the funds being available in my account.

I purchased two shoes that did not arrive. After contacting the seller, I was informed that the shoes went missing during transit. Replacement shoes were sent, but they did not match the advertised product and had to be returned. Shortly after returning the shoes, another two shoes arrived, and the seller is requesting me to take them to the post office. Due to my arthritis, I am unable to go to the post office and have asked the seller to arrange for pick-up, but they have declined. I no longer want the shoes; I just want a refund. The seller is unresponsive to my requests for communication.

I purchased a jewelry box from a seller named Pinkytops4ever([redacted]) on March 13th. However, the seller has yet to dispatch the item. After explaining that she couldn't find suitable packaging and offered a refund, I agreed to the refund. Unfortunately, the seller has not followed through with the refund despite multiple emails from me. The item was not sent, and my money is still with the seller as she continues to ignore my attempts to reach out for a refund. I urgently need help getting my money back as I require it for other purposes.

Hello, I recently purchased 6 pallets of THERMALITE BLOCKS on eBay with free shipping. After payment, I received an email stating that I needed to collect the items in person. As I couldn't do that, I promptly canceled the order on the same day I placed it, on March 21st. The cancellation ID is [redacted]. The seller asked me to get a Customer Care reference from eBay. I made an offer on item [redacted]17 that was first refused, but then agreed on £9k. I asked for delivery price and bank details to pay a deposit, but they were not very straightforward. After a couple of days, they informed me that they had a full asking price offer from someone needing finance, even though I am a cash buyer. Thank you for your report. I was surprised by the lack of communication from eBay's Customer Service Department since I first reported this on 10/03/[redacted]. The order was placed on 22nd February [redacted] with an order total of £24.35 from seller teresagates. The two Chinos I purchased were supposed to be new, but they arrived without labels and appear used. The seller claims they are in perfect condition, but they seem smelly and worn. They refuse to accept returns despite advertising the items as new. I expected unused, brand-new items but received used ones instead. I believe you have access to my account records and can review this matter.

I accidentally placed two orders for an item and paid for both. After realizing my error, I tried to cancel one order but it was rejected, and I have not received a refund for it. Hello, I recently began setting up a business account on eBay to earn some extra income during these challenging times. Unfortunately, I had to pause the process to go to work. During lunch, I received an email notifying me that my account had been suspended indefinitely. Despite reaching out multiple times via email for clarification, I only received automated responses. I am hoping to get some help with reviewing/appealing a service metrics report for an item that was not received as described. The service metrics policy outlines that appeals can only be made when falling under the automated seller protections. Within these protections, it states that events outside the seller's control, like items arriving late despite being dispatched on time, should have late delivery rates adjusted and feedback removed. Despite my adherence to uploading tracking for all orders and timely shipping, I have been informed that I cannot appeal the reports in my service metrics due to a high projected rate. Since the tracking numbers I use are not integrated with ebay, they need to be reviewed manually for removal as they would not be automatically removed otherwise.

I recently purchased Order NO: 06-09[redacted]0 for a camera accessory kit on eBay. The seller contacted me claiming the courier can't deliver it due to the package size, which seems suspicious since this item has been shipped to many other buyers. I suspect this might be a scam. I recently received several unpleasant emails from a seller named Itok Ltd. I had ordered a set of three pairs of scissors that never arrived, and eBay had to intervene. The seller tried to withhold my refund until I changed my negative feedback, which was upsetting. Despite their accusations that I was attempting to harm their business and was involved in the trade, I am just a regular customer seeking the service I paid for. Order Number: 12-09[redacted]5 I made a purchase from radioseller-[redacted] on 19/3. The item received does not match the advertisement and is only suitable for a left-hand drive car. Upon contacting the seller, their response was in German. They requested photos, which I sent twice. Initially, a 50% refund was offered, which was later revised to 20%. I have now returned the item, but I am anxious about not receiving a full refund. Attempts to reach out to the seller have been hindered by website issues. I seek confirmation of the receipt of my reply. This situation has caused me distress, as I had to take time off work to have the stereo installed in my car, only to find out it was not compatible. I bought an item from an eBay seller, Outsunny, with product number [redacted], which is not as described. After opening a returns request, eBay advised me that the seller cannot provide a return postage label. I contacted Outsunny, who initially stated they don't provide return labels but later agreed to send a courier to pick up the product; however, I'm still waiting for confirmation via email. Will this arrangement be sufficient for me to receive a refund from eBay?

Hello, could someone assist me, please? I have dyslexia and struggle with following eBay instructions. Is it possible for someone to call me? My issue is regarding an external hard drive I ordered. It arrived four days later than promised, and when I tried to use it, it did not work. I noticed a note at the bottom stating "no returns," but since it's faulty and doesn't function despite being listed as new and working, do I have a right to a refund? I really hope so, please advise me on this.

I have been struggling to reach eBay for hours trying to address a problem with an item I bought from an uncooperative seller. It's impossible to find a way to reach a real person to resolve the issue as their system appears designed to discourage customers from persisting. I bought a picture frame from a seller named marti_oreil with the order details as follows: - Nice solid silver picture frame: 120mm x 90mm with London hallmarks - Order number: 14-09[redacted]9 - Order date: 25 Mar, [redacted] - Item number: [redacted]73 The frame I received was not as described, measuring 80mm by 118mm. I tried to contact the unhelpful seller for a refund with no success. eBay's return system demanded a photo of the frame, which I couldn't upload, preventing me from requesting a return. The only available eBay option was to report "item did not arrive," but that did not address the problem. Both the seller and eBay's responses did not help.
