I submitted an offer on 18 March for the Tower T16043MNB Cavaletto 6.5L Slow Cooker in Midnight Blue. The seller kemullinO (0) listed both a blue and a black Tower slow cooker for sale. I specifically offered on the midnight blue one to match my kitchen equipment. Despite the seller accepting my offer, they messaged me to say they realized the item is black and not blue. I ordered an item on March 7 and it arrived on March 10 under order number 03-09[redacted]4. Unfortunately, it arrived with white paint spoiling it. I fell victim to fraud. I paid £[redacted] for the new Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra SM-X900 512GB, 16GB RAM Wi-Fi, 14.6 inches in Graphite. Today, upon receiving the parcel, I noticed the packaging was deceptively made to resemble the Samsung tablet box. The delivery, expected by the 14th of March, only arrived today on the 26th of March. The delivery driver took photos upon opening the package, revealing three cheap plastic trays from Amazon that, when combined, created a similar size and shape to the tablet box.

I have been a victim of fraud. I purchased the new Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra SM-X900 512GB, 16GB RAM, Wi-Fi, 14.6 inch in Graphite. The parcel arrived today, and it was packaged deceptively to appear like a boxed Samsung tablet. The delivery was delayed, even though I paid £20 for 48-hour delivery. The payment of £[redacted] for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra SM-X900 and £20 for expedited delivery was made on the 14th of March, but the item was only delivered today, the 26th March. The delivery driver took photos as usual, but upon opening the parcel, there were only three cheap plastic trays in Amazon boxes, creating a large tablet-sized packaging illusion.

I received the item from Royal Mail yesterday, but unfortunately, it arrived damaged. Despite being marked for signature, the package was left in an empty green wheelie bin as a supposed safe spot, as I was not home to receive it. I did not request for packages to be left this way when I am not available. As per the Royal Mail website, the delivery is still listed as undelivered.
After reaching out to the seller, they agreed to a refund, but I am facing challenges in processing this through eBay. I am hopeful for your assistance in resolving this issue.

It was delivered on the 16th of February, but due to the item's nature, I only managed to take it to my mechanic on the 10th of March, only then realizing it was the wrong part. I purchased a Panasonic CF-AX3 laptop from AT-Solutions through seller Paul Mukwendi in Birmingham, UK, for £[redacted].00. Unfortunately, I received a different laptop model, the Panasonic CF-MX4, which is bulkier and has fewer connectivity ports.
