Hello, Order Number: 15-09[redacted]7 Item Number: [redacted]56 Seller ID: eco-prodeals Return ID: [redacted] I purchased a toilet paper roll, but it doesn't meet my expectations. I initiated a return through eBay, selecting Royal Mail as the return method. However, when I went to the Royal Mail post office, they couldn't accept the package as each of the two packets weighs more than 2 kg. I am aware that a deduction of £3 will be made from my refund, and I have agreed to it. Since Royal Mail won't accept these packages, I kindly request that you arrange for a collection from my home. I contacted seller Amanka-[redacted] to cancel my order a[redacted]27 due to transportation issues and requested a full refund. Despite reaching out to eBay and the seller, I have received responses that I find troubling. The seller suggested two options for a refund based on my communication tone. When I asked again for the cancellation and refund politely, the seller implied that my initial messages were disrespectful. I am feeling frustrated by this exchange and the seller's responses. I made a purchase on February 23, [redacted], and, according to the tracking information, the item was delivered on February 25, [redacted]. However, the delivery person left the item outside the building without specifying the exact location or leaving a note in my mailbox. Despite my inquiries, the seller continues to assert that the item was delivered. I have expressed my concerns about the missing item and questioned who is responsible for leaving a package outside. As of now, I have not received any satisfactory resolution from the seller, who maintains that the item was delivered, even though I have not received it.

The buyer claims that one of the batteries was damaged upon arrival. I meticulously packed the batteries as new and in good condition. However, I will need to inspect the returned items to verify their condition as depicted in the photos provided. If the damage occurred, it seems likely that it transpired during shipping, as they were dispatched securely. These batteries were sold on behalf of my disabled neighbor, and it is disheartening that this situation has arisen. I recently bought a cardigan from M&S, but it arrived dirty and with missing buttons. The seller offered a partial refund, excluding postage. My account got locked because of hacking. It requires me to contact an advisor to verify my identity, but I can't reach anyone. The reset page is sending the code to the hacker's number ending in 60, so I can't receive any codes. I need a specific number to call and resolve this issue because someone is attempting to make purchases in America since Sunday, and this situation is becoming very concerning.

I sold a graphics card that was supposed to be 4gb but upon removing it from my PC, I found out it was only 2gb. I informed the buyer before dispatching it. The buyer demanded a £15.00 discount, but I offered a full refund to avoid any delays. Since the buyer repairs and sells computers, I asked not to open the package to ensure it hasn't been replaced with a defective item. The buyer insists on the discount and threatens to open the item. I prefer to refund the money and have the item returned untouched. I've been trying to contact him by phone with no luck. Our conversations are on eBay for reference. Thank you.

I sold a graphics card but found out during final inspection that it was 2GB instead of the expected 4GB. I informed the buyer before shipping. He asked for a £15 discount, but I offered a full refund instead. Knowing he repairs computers, I asked him not to open the package to ensure no swapping. Now he demands a discount and threatens to open it. I prefer to refund him and get the item back untouched. I've tried calling but no luck, our communication is on Ebay. Best regards.

My eBay account got closed because a seller claimed they didn't receive their package, but I have evidence they did. Even though they refunded the seller, I was waiting for the courier to deliver the item, which was received on January 14, [redacted], through Evri Delivery Service. Now I'm blocked from my account and can't see any messages from the seller. How can I get my eBay account reinstated? This situation seems unfair.

I bought a plug-in heater from eBay on June 3rd, [redacted], and it arrived on September 3rd, [redacted]. I was pleased with my purchase and got rid of the packaging. However, I received an email from eBay stating that the heater might not be safe and could cause electric shock. They advised me to return it to the seller. I have been trying to find the seller's contact phone number but have been unsuccessful so far.

I am facing troubling messages from a buyer who claims to have my personal information, leading me to feel upset and threatened. Despite reporting the fraudulent behavior to eBay and following their guidance, I am frustrated that I am not being safeguarded as a seller or regarding the privacy of my details. The buyer is pressuring me for a refund for an item, yet eBay has not informed me of any change due to their fraudulent actions. Repeated messages from him through multiple banned accounts are creating a distressing situation. This breaches eBay's privacy policy, and I am considering legal action if this issue persists unresolved. I urgently need eBay to address and resolve this matter, as the current situation is unacceptable and may lead to severe consequences.

I attempted to contact customer support via email and chat, but unfortunately, they were unhelpful and appeared to lack the necessary assistance. The helpline number provided is automated and offers no real support, often disconnecting the call. My account is currently locked due to a forgotten password, and the contact information listed on eBay's website is invalid, making it impossible to reset my password. Regrettably, I am unable to reach anyone at eBay for assistance. The level of customer service provided is disappointing, and the unhelpful behavior of the staff reflects poorly on eBay as a company.

After purchasing a new computer, I've been struggling to access my eBay account. I keep encountering a frustrating "Verify Myself" link that presents me with numerous image challenges. Despite clicking on countless images of houses, tall buildings, and traffic lights, I remain unable to make progress. After entering my mobile phone number, the system claims to send an email, but I have yet to receive it. I have diligently checked my spam folder, cleared my cache, and restarted my computer multiple times. The other support lines available have not been helpful as they merely loop back to the same unhelpful "Verify Yourself" image challenges.

Ebay needs a clear process for handling refunds on products like hazardous liquids that can't be returned due to damage. This could help prevent harm to postal workers. I tried contacting Ebay about this issue to no avail, so I've sought help from the Health & Safety Executive for an urgent investigation. If not addressed promptly, postal workers could be at risk if customers follow sellers' instructions to return unsafe items. It may be beneficial to include a statement such as "DO NOT RETURN DANGEROUS OR UNSAFE PRODUCTS FOR A REFUND" in the "ACTIONS" section on Ebay to address this.

I am filing a formal complaint against the seller hifiaddict. On March 11, [redacted], I placed an order, number 11-09[redacted]6, for a TEAC A-R630 MKII Stereo Integrated Amplifier. The seller, hifiaddict, promised to post the item but didn't. I checked the tracking information, which showed that the item was not sent. Upon questioning the seller, they admitted to not sending it. They responded with abusive language and threats of physical harm, which is in violation of Ebay's seller conduct policies and the law. Despite issuing a refund, the seller's behavior was unacceptable. I am lodging this complaint as a result of his inappropriate and threatening conduct. Consequently, I am closing my account due to this incident. Thank you.
