Hello, I need help with my case. I appealed, but it was unsuccessful. The seller claims to have received the item back, but I haven't received a refund yet. The tracking number for the returned item is 0211F08502CA6FA7. The seller insists that I need to pay for shipping the item again in order to receive a refund later. Despite my efforts, the appeal was not successful. The response I received states: "After reviewing your appeal, we won't be able to change the outcome of the case, unfortunately. We kept the original outcome because we determined that the original decision was correct." I am in a situation where the item has been returned to the seller, but I am still awaiting my refund. I recently bought Glade air freshener refills, and unfortunately, I encountered issues with the product. Out of the four air fresheners I purchased, only one functions correctly. The rest either squirt too much air freshener or start hissing from underneath the nozzle spout. I had to remove the nozzle sprayers to avoid pressure build-up in the canisters. This experience has been frustrating as it feels like a waste of money.

Hello, I have not received multiple parcels that I ordered back in February. The sellers provided a tracking link that does not recognize my postcode. I have been unsuccessful in reaching a human at Hermes and have not received a positive response from them. I know that Hermes did not attempt delivery as I have been home waiting for my parcels. This is frustrating as I have been a loyal eBay customer for over a decade.

I've been attempting to contact the seller multiple times. They agreed to the return, but I lack a QR code or return label. eBay closed the case, leaving me unsure about what steps to take. If I had a QR code, the cost would be £3.35, but without it, postage would be £6.70. I believe I shouldn't have to pay as I followed the proper procedure. I would appreciate any assistance. I returned the item to the seller because it wasn't what I ordered; it was a completely different accessory. The seller refused to refund me, claiming it was damaged. I sent it back to Royal Mail in perfect condition. I suspect the damage occurred either during delivery by Royal Mail or the seller is not following proper procedures as they won't respond to my communication attempts. I am requesting the refund to be issued to me promptly.

On February 27, [redacted], I ordered a Phillips HQ110 Shaver Cleaning Spray from szutex on eBay. The eBay order number is 06-09[redacted]1, and I made a payment of £9.50 with my credit card. The delivery address was Shell Garage, 2 Beech Road, St Albans AL3 5AS. An email informed me that the parcel was shipped on February 27, with an expected arrival date of Tuesday, March 7. Unfortunately, I have since learned that the item is being returned to the seller. Despite my efforts to contact eBay about this issue, their website indicates that I have not placed any orders. I am frustrated with the lack of support. I received a phone number to contact, but it leads to an automated message. I am unable to access my account due to being on hold status, and not receiving a verification code after changing my password as requested. The link provided to call customer service is unhelpful as it directs me back to the website's contact section. If this issue remains unresolved, I kindly request to close my account. After being a loyal customer for 19 years, the level of service is disappointing.

I purchased a skate roller for £53.40 on January 4, [redacted], for my daughter's birthday. After waiting over a month, I contacted the seller, jedombr-[redacted], who promised to investigate. After two more weeks of waiting, I followed up, but they assured me they would get back to me. I then requested a refund, which they agreed to provide two weeks ago, but I have yet to receive it. I returned 4 items priced at £41 to the seller. After paying £3.35 for postage, I received a refund of only £7.11. The seller proposed a 15% discount on my purchase instead of a return, but I opted for a full refund minus the return delivery fee. I reached out to the seller regarding the issue, but I am doubtful they will address it given their past actions. I recently made a purchase on eBay, and unfortunately, the item I received was incorrect. I requested a return label from the seller for Royal Mail, however, upon trying to use it, I discovered that the dimensions and weight did not match the box. I was informed that this discrepancy is a common fraudulent tactic used by sellers. I paid £20 to ship the box back to the seller, but after explaining the situation to them, my eBay account was suspended indefinitely due to alleged behavior that could be harmful to the community. I am quite frustrated by this situation.

I sold a pair of trainers for £15 and was advised that postage would be £2.45. However, it ended up costing me £4.45. I purchased a [redacted] ml bottle of Milk of Magnesia on eBay for £19 plus £3.95 for shipping from Trotters Independent Trading on March 1, [redacted]. I received an email on the same day with Order No. 11-09[redacted]6 stating the delivery date would be March 7, to the Co-op on Downing Drive in Evington, Leicester. However, March 7 came and went without receiving a confirmation email from eBay. I visited the Co-op today, and there was no parcel ready for collection. It has been 8 to 9 days since placing the order, and as my GP prescribed me a different medication, I no longer require the Milk of Magnesia. I request a refund for the purchase I made as a guest. I have previously sent an email regarding this issue that has gone unanswered.

On March 6th, I sent it via DHL Express with a required signature. I also paid for the shipping. I purchased 2 Chromecasts from Stormbrain that arrived on time from an address in Ipswich. Unfortunately, both devices are not working. When I contacted Stormbrain, they initially offered a 30% refund, then increased it to 50% if I gave the faulty items to a friend. I insisted on a full refund due to both devices being defective. My father, F.K., bought a car battery from Orius Batteries on eBay. Unfortunately, the battery was faulty, so he returned it at his expense but hasn't received the refund yet.
