I purchased a cream valance box pleated sheet from Dreamstyle2012 on 09.02.23. Unfortunately, I received a cream flat sheet instead. After contacting them on 11.02.23 about the mix-up, they apologized and offered a 20% discount on the flat sheet, which I declined. I asked for my original order, as I needed it for the weekend, and requested instructions for returning the incorrect item. Dreamstyle2012 asked me to wait, but following no further communication, I reached out again for a refund and return details. They provided an address for returns and mentioned a refund upon receipt of the flat sheet but did not include a return label. I informed them on 20.02.23 that I had purchased the valance sheet elsewhere due to the delay and requested a refund and a return label. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from them since. I am seeking assistance in obtaining a prompt refund and a return label.

I bought an Apple Pencil from seller matty811, but it arrived faulty. Despite sending it back with my own postage payment, I have not received the £87.05 refund. Ebay closed the refund process because I didn't use their provided label, even though I wrote the address by hand. I saw a message about Ebay offering to assist, but contacting them has been challenging. On February 22nd, I bought item [redacted]40, the PROMAC 347V Portable Metal Bandsaw, with Order No: 25-09[redacted]0. I promptly paid £[redacted]. Two days later, the seller abruptly canceled my order without informing me first. After contacting them, they explained that they couldn't ship to Northern Ireland from their Rugby depot but could do so from their depot in France for an additional £35. The delivery service, Evri, is supposed to send three emails notifying the various stages of the delivery process, but none were received. Assuming the item would not be delivered, a purchase was made elsewhere. I recently ordered a biodegradable urn to take my late father's ashes back to Ireland, fulfilling one of his last wishes. The delivery was scheduled via Royal Mail for yesterday between 10:24 - 14:24. Unfortunately, I received an email around 3pm stating a delay until 2/03/23 at 19:30. Despite being home, the package never arrived, and there was no note left as indicated. I've informed the seller, but they claimed it was delivered. I even checked my Ring doorbell footage, which showed no delivery. As I am planning to take my father's ashes to Ireland next week, the situation has left me stressed and unsure of what to do. I bought four mattress protectors - two king size and two double. I only opened one king size and left the others sealed. The quality was disappointing, so I contacted the seller for a refund. They requested I return all four packets and sent me a label to return them. Since I couldn't print the label, I had to post them back myself, costing me £3.35 for postage and an envelope. The seller only gave a partial refund, claiming the returns were opened and damaged, which is untrue as I only opened one packet due to the poor quality. I feel upset about the partial refund as I lost money returning items that were unopened and undamaged. I reached out to the seller 6 days ago, calling out their false statements, but I haven't received any further response from them.

I purchased the Blustream HEX70CS-KIT HDMI 2.0 extender on eBay on 17/11/22. My order number is 10-09[redacted]2. UPS indicated delivery on 22/11/22, but I was home, no doorbell rang, and no item was found. eBay also confirmed delivery status. The EVRI driver sent a photo of my parcel in his car, claiming delivery to ARGOS at 11:30 this morning. No email confirmation was received, so I visited ARGOS to find out the parcel was not delivered. Despite the photo, the parcel wasn't there, and the seller hasn't responded. This was a gift for this evening, and I am frustrated and out of pocket.
