I am frustrated with the situation regarding fees on eBay. They refunded the customer without thorough verification, leaving me over $[redacted] out of pocket. Despite paying fees, getting the item back, and communicating with the buyer regularly, eBay is refusing to refund the fees claiming I didn't resolve the issue within three days. The item was sent to Manchester from Australia in November, but due to ongoing mail strikes and a cyber attack, it hasn't been delivered. It's unreasonable to expect me to resolve the Royal Mail strike within three days from Australia.

I signed up for eBay on 26 January [redacted], only to have my account suspended the next day without explanation. Despite reaching out via email, I have only received generic responses claiming my account poses a risk and the suspension is permanent. This was my first time on the platform, recommended for kitchen appliances shopping. I found items I need but can't purchase due to the block. I attempted to call, but I'm redirected to emails. I urge you to reconsider, as I am a professional Law postgraduate and a valued member of the community. Please reinstate my account so I can make my purchases. I am Monica del Pilar Quijano Valencia. I placed an order with you on January 13th. The expected delivery was on the 18th, but it did not arrive. I contacted the seller who mentioned they would follow up. Unfortunately, I did not hear back. I reached out to eBay, and after reviewing pictures from the delivery company, it's clear they delivered to the wrong address. The delivery person even admitted the mistake and delivered the package 3 miles away. I feel frustrated that nobody takes responsibility. I urge you to look into this matter as it's causing me distress. My order and hard-earned money are at stake. It would be appreciated if you could assist me in resolving this issue. eBay has encountered a security breach. Despite my efforts to report a fraudulent listing, the same vehicle reappears under a new user account each day. Upon further investigation, I noticed that the items being offered by these different accounts are nearly identical to the one that was taken down. User ID grawa781 is one of the accounts with numerous expensive cars listed. I previously reported accounts such as stagcar19, leonhale83, and elsm_9214, which also featured similar listings. Although these accounts appear legitimate with positive feedback, they are engaging in a scam involving a [redacted] Tesla priced at £18,[redacted] or £15,[redacted]. The scammers use a consistent sob story via email to deceive potential buyers like me. To avoid further exposure of my personal information to scammers, I am left with no choice but to seek car purchases elsewhere. I urge eBay to address and investigate this issue promptly. I am new to selling on eBay, having started about four weeks ago. I recently received an email informing me that one of my items was Vero (I didn't know what this meant) unauthorized and would be removed. I quickly realized my mistake and decided to delete most of my listings, except for two face sponges. To my surprise, within 55 minutes of the first email, I received another email stating that my entire account had been suspended. I apologize for my naivety as I am still learning the ropes on eBay. I understand now that I should have researched more thoroughly, and I would have removed the listings if given the chance. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused and will reach out to the Global company regarding the issue. I have been a buyer on eBay for many years and hope to continue selling. I had minimal sales and did not withdraw any money, particularly from the face sponges. Thank you.

After buying an item on eBay, I was notified by the seller that it was already sold. I promptly canceled the order and requested a refund. The seller confirmed the cancellation. However, six days later, I was informed that the cancellation was declined, and the item is set to be delivered in two days. Meanwhile, I already bought a replacement item elsewhere.

I purchased a phone unlock code that was supposed to be delivered via email within 1 to 24 hours according to the advertisement. After a few days, I reached out to the seller who informed me about system issues delaying the code delivery. Despite buying it on 27th January, I haven't received any update from the seller, who continues to advertise similar unlock codes. Unfortunately, the purchase isn't covered by eBay's money back guarantee, potentially allowing the seller to profit without delivering. While I'm not solely concerned about the money, fraudulent practices like this should not go unchecked. The seller's name is - accstallsltd- and my eBay username is zizi.zizi. I hope appropriate actions can be taken to prevent others from falling into similar situations.

I recently received the Karen Millen coat I ordered in size 16, but it arrived damaged with cracked leather. The seller is denying it's their coat, even though it's the only Karen Millen coat I've purchased in that size. I paid £[redacted], including postage, and despite reaching out, the seller refuses to accept the return. I've been an eBay customer for years without any major issues, so this situation is very disappointing. The seller claims it's a replica and is accusing me of being abusive for wanting to return it, even though I've clearly explained it's damaged. I have photos and her packaging as proof, but I'm struggling to resolve this. Some assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I opened an eBay account in [redacted] and began selling in January [redacted]. I had 12 orders and then my account was suspended under MC011 due to eBay requesting various documentation including tracking IDs, proof of address, IDs, and invoices. Although I complied with all their requests, eBay ultimately suspended my account indefinitely, alleging that I was harming the community. I've been trying to reach them for clarification since then. I bought a faulty microprocessor from an eBay seller known as ST8078. I provided evidence of the issue to the seller, who initially agreed to refund the money once they receive the device back. I shipped the device via Royal Mail to the provided address, and Royal Mail confirmed delivery. However, the seller has stopped responding to my messages, and I have yet to receive the refund. I am hesitant to use eBay's refund service due to issues printing a postage label for an already sent item. The eBay online help has not been useful, as it redirects me to initiate the refund process myself. I need eBay to step in and facilitate the refund from the seller, as they have successfully done in the past when the seller was more responsive.

I recently received a message from eBay at 3:53 pm today regarding the delivery of my parcel to Jamaica Road Post Office. The parcel was tracked with an Evri number H0067A[redacted], but upon inquiry, the post office did not have it even though the shipment was stated to be via Royal Mail. Despite the search at the post office, the parcel was not located. I then visited River Supermarket, my usual parcel pickup location, where they requested an email from Evri as proof of possession. Upon checking the Evri website, I found a different tracking number, H0067A[redacted]01. Unfortunately, contacting Evri seems challenging due to premium rate numbers with long hold times. Do you have any suggestions or assistance on how to reach them efficiently?

eBay Order Number: 11-09[redacted]7 I purchased a phone from Innofiinity Worldwide, but unfortunately, the iPhone is faulty. Despite contacting them multiple times about the return, they provided a pre-paid envelope for me to send the phone back to them. I shipped it with tracking number QY[redacted]70GB, and they confirmed receiving it. However, after informing the seller of the tracking number, they claimed to have dispatched a postal label that never arrived. This has been confusing and frustrating. I no longer have my smartphone and cannot change any details as all my passwords were stored on it, including emails - which I no longer have access to. My last email was [redacted] I am unable to log in to my account to check the delivery status of my last order placed around the 13th or 14th of this month. My old number was [redacted]7, and my current number is [redacted]. The number change was not updated by me, and now the account won't let me log in. I tried contacting the phone number provided on the page, but my network doesn't support it, and your [redacted] number doesn't seem to work. I hope eBay stops causing confusion for customers when issues like mine arise, and I urge you to address this promptly. Hello, I am having trouble listing items for sale on eBay. I was informed that I am restricted from selling due to being considered a risk to the eBay community. Despite being told my selling privileges would be reinstated, I continue to face this restriction. It seems the issue arose when I was unable to fulfill an order for three model items purchased by a buyer. This situation affected my selling percentage significantly as I haven't sold many items on eBay previously. The items went unsent because I was hospitalized with COVID-19. Upon checking my eBay account later, I saw the buyer had left negative feedback shortly after payment, even though a full refund was provided. I have been a loyal customer with a long-standing [redacted]% rating, except for this one incident. I have valuable items to sell and request that the selling restriction be lifted as it seems unjustified. I purchased an Access Point device only to discover it lacks firmware or app support. Sadly, many eBay sellers continue to sell these devices despite them becoming obsolete. Even after trying to downgrade the firmware and software, the device remains unusable, as it cannot be altered in putty. I'm frustrated as I cannot assign an IP address to it, whether through DHCP or by setting it as static. After reaching out to another seller about device support, they mentioned the controller app should function. When I pointed out that the device's website clearly states the app will not work, the seller had no response. It seems the market is saturated with these unsupported devices after the company discontinued recognition of older models. Now, I am left with a useless device, causing all my voice-controlled smart devices to be unable to connect, which is a major inconvenience due to my disability.

Hello, I purchased Item number:[redacted]92 on January 29, [redacted], and received it on February 1, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the item was defective and did not work with my TV. After contacting the seller and following their instructions sent via email without success, I initiated a return on February 2, [redacted]. The seller advised me to send the item back through a red post box as the post office would not accept the return due to their business nature. I complied with their instructions but without a tracking number, I am reliant on their confirmation of receiving the item. Despite contacting them multiple times, I have only received one response stating they have not received the item. The return was on a 48-hour basis, and it has been several weeks with no refund from the seller, jujubaltd. I believe I may have been scammed by a buyer on eBay. This was my first sale on the platform. I sold a 'Used Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G SM-N986B/DS - [redacted] GB - White Unlocked' for £[redacted] on February 11, [redacted], with Item number: [redacted]87. The buyer, 'TJ Wilson uk.gadgetfreak,' contacted me and requested my email to add as a reference on the checkout page. After providing my email, they claimed to have paid and shared a different shipping address than the one provided by eBay. Despite my attempts to clarify, they insisted on shipping to Peterborough instead of London. I shipped the item on February 15, [redacted], using Royal Mail with tracking number NE[redacted]45GB. Though I received an email confirmation, I have not received payment as of February 21, [redacted]. Upon checking, the buyer's account status is 'NO LONGER A REGISTERED USER.'
