I purchased four radiator covers on December 6th with Order number 14-07[redacted]8. After building one and not being satisfied, I wish to return the remaining three in their sealed packaging. I initiated a return, but it was only set for "1 of 4" items. The seller sent a return label, but it only covered one cover. Following up, I explained the situation, and they requested I open another return for the other two covers. However, I am unable to do so on eBay as the system recognizes an open return on this order. Even though the seller closed it on their end, I am still unable to process another refund. It seems the eBay system is causing a hurdle in resolving this issue. Could someone address this promptly? It's frustrating that we are unable to move forward.

My son purchased a new Gucci watch for me costing £[redacted] from watches4occasions on August 29th. He gifted it to me for my 60th birthday on December 3rd, which was just 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, the fastener, a pinch type, is defective as one of the fastening pins has broken off. I have tried to contact the seller, but they have completely ignored me. Upon calling the number provided in their business information, a man denied being watches4occasions. When I mentioned my issue, he denied it again. This behavior leads me to believe I have been scammed. I am seeking advice on how to get a refund as I am extremely upset. Thank you, Julie.

I am requesting a refund as the seller closed the case, promising to send a new device on Wednesday instead of issuing the refund I requested. I have been trying to contact the seller for two days now, but they have not responded to provide proof of postage or a tracking number. This situation is causing me a lot of anxiety and upset as this device is my son's main Christmas present. I have uploaded proof that Hermes has accepted responsibility to you. I received a defective item that broke down shortly after arrival. I promptly notified the vendor, who stated they do not accept returns but advised me to contact eBay for a refund. Following their suggestion, I reached out to eBay, who recommended negotiating with the vendor and following up if no progress was made by December 10th. When I approached the vendor again, they reacted aggressively, asserting that I was responsible for the damage without engaging in further dialogue. On December 10th, eBay abruptly closed the case, stating that no refund would be issued and offering no explanation. I am unsure of the next steps to take. The item cost £[redacted].

I am looking to understand who and why I received an unsatisfactory rating so that I can challenge it. The current rating system seems unfair as it is based on one situation alone. It would be better if the rating encompassed multiple factors. It is frustrating that there is no way to dispute ratings as it stands. Ratings should be more comprehensive, not just about pleasantries like "please" and "thank you." Additionally, I have noticed sellers on Ebay agreeing to sell items to a buyer but then selling them to someone else. The rating system should consider the entire transaction history and provide clarity on the reasons behind the given ratings.

I bought an item from a seller, but it arrived damaged. I requested a partial refund due to the damage but the seller only offered 4 pounds, whereas the item and postage cost 20.00 pounds. The item was not damaged by me, as it was stated to be in excellent condition and well-packaged, which it was not. All I wanted was the undamaged item that I originally purchased. I do not think asking for a refund on a broken item is unreasonable. Thank you.

I purchased a 5-in-1 LED RF Skin Beauty Instrument Ultrasonic Face Massager Anti-aging Device. The seller sent me the following message: "Hello, thank you for your order, your item is likely on its way or has been delivered. If you have not received it yet, please be patient. Contact us if needed, we will resend or refund if the item is lost. If you have already received the item without issues, kindly leave us a positive 5-star review. If you have already left a positive review, please disregard this message. If you encounter any issues with the item, please contact us first, we will assist you in resolving it. Thank you." I have paid for the item but did not receive it, and now the order is not showing in the system. It is frustrating that I cannot speak to anyone. Unfortunately, it is too late for Christmas, as I intended to give it as a gift. I would like a refund.

eBay seller Marcus3487 has permitted eBay seller just-cars-drayton to list his cars in auction listings. Marcus3487, with [redacted] feedback, and a friend with [redacted] feedback, are artificially inflating bid prices on the cars, violating eBay's policies. Despite my repeated reports, the auctions continue, and buyers are being misled. This deceptive tactic has been ongoing for months without intervention. An example is item number [redacted]15; reviewing its eBay history will reveal repeated listings along with other vehicles. It is imperative that these fraudulent practices be halted promptly.

I wanted to report a seller, Bestsr01, for using copyright images without permission. The item listed contains a photo of my friend without consent. I'm reaching out on her behalf. Her ex-partner is currently being investigated by the Staffordshire police for various offenses. The police are already aware of this item, and it has been flagged with them. She is requesting the removal of the item and wants the seller to know that any further unauthorized use of copyrighted material will also be reported to the police handling the case. I am really frustrated with my experience on eBay. I keep encountering issues where sometimes I can make purchases, and other times I can't. I am having trouble with passwords and emails, being billed for items I didn't order, like a skimpy vest top and shorts pajama set, and even a Halloween dress with skulls on it (which is definitely not my style!). I'm a 69-year-old pensioner and these items are not what I would choose. Additionally, I'm receiving requests to pay for items that I never ordered. I ended up buying an expensive cat-patterned dress that is not suitable for me or my age. Overall, I am so fed up that I am considering not using eBay anymore and would not recommend it to anyone, not even my cat.

Hello, I'm Muhammad Farooq, the beneficial owner of FJKHANGROUP LTD. Two days ago, I signed up for an eBay business account using my company information. However, after trying to duplicate another seller's listing for checking purposes, my account was permanently suspended by eBay. Additionally, I had created a personal account under the same name four days prior, and when I attempted to list items there, it was also suspended. I purchased a coat that was supposed to be dispatched on the 10th. After contacting the seller, I received this message: New message from: inhe-[redacted] (0) Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience. This eBay account is no longer active, and I thought I had deleted it. Could you please request to cancel the order so that a refund can be issued? I have not received the payment from you directly, as eBay holds it for a certain period before releasing it back to you.

I need to report a seller on eBay for fraudulent activities. They are unresponsive to eBay messages but only communicate via phone at [redacted]1. The seller requested a 50% deposit, which I foolishly transferred as £[redacted]. After the transfer, the seller stopped communicating, only to later admit to scamming me over the phone. I have involved the authorities and my bank is investigating. eBay must take action to prevent this from happening to others. I purchased item number [redacted]44, which has broken quickly. Despite sending pictures of the issue, the seller only offered a partial refund. I requested a full refund with no response. My new eBay account got suspended without any explanation. I attempted to use online help but did not get assistance. Even after resolving issues with my previous eBay account, which had Swiss payment and UK connection problems, as well as German text appearing on the account, it was still deleted after paying the fees. I won an 18ct gold necklace for £[redacted].83, including postage, on December 6th. The delivery was scheduled for December 10th to 11th. I allowed a few extra days for any delays and contacted the seller at nicbed-39 when I didn't receive the item. I was told the seller would follow up on item number #[redacted]16, but I never received a personal update. After noticing the order details were changed to a delivery date of December 23rd to 29th, I reached out to the seller again for clarification, but I didn't get a response. Checking the order details again, I saw the date had been pushed to January [redacted]. I used PayPal for the purchase and now request a full refund as I have not received the necklace that was supposed to be sent via first class mail.
