Hello, I purchased The Crocodile Hunter Collection Volume 2 (8 DVDs, 50 Episodes) DVD Set Boxset on eBay on 8/11/21. The item was supposed to arrive on 7/12/21, but it never did. There has always been someone at home to receive the parcel, and nothing has arrived. The seller claims that Parcelforce tried to deliver it and it was returned to him, but I doubt this as there has been no attempted delivery. I am starting to question if it was even sent since the tracking information shows it has not moved from the dispatched status. I opened a customer enquiry with the seller on 9/12/21, and he insists he sent it and cannot do more on his end. I'm frustrated to be £[redacted] out of pocket. Please assist. Thank you, Lee.

I recently sold an item on eBay and shipped it to the address provided in the sale notification email. Unfortunately, the buyer had not lived at that address for 4 years. Since the package was undeliverable, I had to refund the buyer. eBay included the old address in the initial notification email, which led to this confusion. I believe eBay should take some responsibility for this situation. I had relied on the address provided in their first email: ‘your item has sold, the buyers registered address is 28 Archer House…’ I overlooked the follow-up email with the correct address as I had already sent the item. eBay should ensure their emails provide accurate and up-to-date information to avoid such issues. Now, I am at a loss financially as the item is with someone else. I feel eBay should acknowledge their role in this and consider compensating me for the error. Best regards, A. Tudor

I was expecting the delivery of an item on Saturday, December 11th, but it didn't arrive through today's mail. These items are needed urgently as they are part of a present for my son's birthday this weekend. According to the tracking information, it was supposedly delivered on Saturday, but I can confirm I was home all day and did not receive it. After checking with the post office, they mentioned that it was left on the doormat. I'm concerned as many people pass by my flat, putting the package at risk of being taken. I really need the items by Saturday; otherwise, I'll have to purchase them at M&S.

Hello. We bought two batches of items from China, but neither has been delivered. We have a sign on our front door instructing the delivery person to leave packages with a neighbor if we are not home. Please address this promptly; the goods are intended for Christmas gifts. If the seller cannot assist, we will request a refund to purchase items elsewhere.

Hello. I purchased an item on eBay and made the payment through my online account. However, the seller claims they haven't received the money. Strangely, I used the same payment method on the same day for another purchase which was successful. The transaction was completed on Monday morning, but the seller insists they haven't been paid. They suggested canceling the order to get a refund, but my online account shows the transaction as processed. I just want to resolve this issue and get my money back. Thank you.

Hello eBay, I joined as a seller in early December to join the eBay seller community. However, shortly after registering, my account got restricted without a clear explanation. Item number: [redacted]24 I tried to collect the item in person. The seller provided me with their bank information, and I transferred the funds to their account. I showed the proof of payment to the seller right away. Although the money was deducted from my account, the seller claims they haven't received it. I have already reached out to my bank, and they assured me that the payment was processed. They are looking into the matter.

I made a purchase of 2 sets of [redacted] fairy lights from the eBay seller "ridefreely." Unfortunately, I encountered several issues with the delivery, as one set was found faulty after just two hours of use. Despite my attempts to resolve the matter with the seller through email, communication has been difficult due to language barriers and no replacement was provided. Frustrated by the seller's unresponsiveness and refusal to comply with eBay's policy on returns, I attempted to escalate the issue through eBay's support system without success. This experience has left me contemplating whether to continue using eBay altogether. 1. I purchased a Christmas hanging basket, and it looks nothing like the advertised picture. I have contacted the company, but they are based in Japan or China and are unwilling to refund me fully. I have shared photos with them to show the specific discrepancies. Despite my polite requests, they keep mentioning color differences rather than addressing the lack of foliage in the basket compared to the photo. Currently, they are only offering a 55% refund, which I find unsatisfactory. Can eBay provide me with a contact number to discuss this issue today? 2. I have also returned a Christmas tree skirt. Hermes claims I did not pay enough for shipping and requires additional payment. I have informed the company twice about this but have not received any replies on how to proceed. The tracking indicates delivery, leaving me puzzled. These items, totaling just under £30, are causing me a £60 loss due to one being oversized and the other not matching the advertisement. Could eBay assist in resolving this matter with a refund or provide me with a direct contact number to address these ongoing issues promptly?

Hello, I've had a personal eBay account for several years. I help manage the finances for Quantum 11-11, which has a seller account with eBay. It appears that her account has been suspended for reasons unknown to me. My account has also been suspended due to a link to her account. The only connection is that monthly, to prepare her accounts, I download sales figures from her account. I have been doing this for years. Is there a way to resolve this? Thank you. Ken L.

I have been attempting to reach out to a seller through the Ebay Messaging Service to inquire about a product I purchased. I had basic questions regarding my order, delivery details, and the estimated time of arrival. Despite sending messages and waiting for 6 days without a reply, I decided to escalate the issue to Ebay. After 7 days, Ebay responded, declaring the case resolved and closed. However, I have not received my item even after 15 days since the original purchase. The seller supposedly dispatched the item according to Ebay, but I am left without any answers as the seller is unresponsive. I am not looking for a refund at this point, just seeking clarification on the status of my purchase. I am now waiting for a follow-up from Ebay regarding the closed case and hoping they will advocate on my behalf to get the seller to address my questions promptly.

I purchased item -17-08[redacted]9 on December 14th with an expected delivery date of December 23rd. Unfortunately, the item didn't arrive, and attempts to contact the seller were unsuccessful as their messaging was turned off. After using the tracking code, I discovered that the parcel had only reached the Ruslip post depot by December 16th and had seemingly not moved since then. Upon contacting Royal Mail at the depot, they mentioned the parcel had been redirected to another address but couldn't disclose it for security reasons. This situation has left us without a Christmas gift for our son and £[redacted] out of pocket. Ideally, we would like the trainers, but if that's not possible, a refund would suffice. I've tried multiple times to reach out today but haven't had any luck, so I hope this message gets through to someone promptly.

I recently bought a set of yellow flannelette single sheets for my elderly relative for Christmas. I noticed that after one night of use, the sheets had holes and were shredded, even though they were only used by a 7-stone elderly lady for 8 hours. I have been unable to reach the seller and after sending them photos of the damaged sheets, they have closed my return for a refund case. I am very frustrated with this situation and find it unacceptable. I have tried reaching out to eBay for help, but they directed me to trading standards, which is not feasible for me. I have a history of purchasing items on eBay and losing £15 out of my pension is a significant amount for me. I am holding off on buying anything else until this issue is resolved. Regarding Case #[redacted] I am disappointed that Ebay closed this case without considering the clear evidence I provided. The item was meant to be sent to a "Click and collect" depot, but I never received the necessary code. The Royal Mail tracking information shared by the seller indicates that the item was "Refused" and "returned to sender," so how can they claim that I received it? I am requesting a thorough investigation by a human to unravel this chaotic situation and to issue me a refund promptly. Recently, my account got suspended shortly after I completed a sale where the buyer transferred funds to me. Despite contacting customer support, they were unable to provide a clear reason for the suspension. I was advised to wait for 60 days for reactivation, but it has now been 6 months and there are no further updates on the status. Unfortunately, the funds from the sale are still inaccessible on eBay due to the ongoing suspension.

My daughter purchased a Varsity Baseball letter jacket on eBay as a guest. The order was placed thinking it was from Tennessee, USA, but it appears to be from eBay-UK. The order number is 19-07[redacted]0, and the item number is [redacted]27. Unfortunately, we have not received a tracking number, so we are unsure of the status of the shipment. The seller's ID is ha_228774. Please confirm if the order has been shipped or if it is fraudulent. If it is indeed fraudulent, we would like to request a refund through eBay promptly. In October, I purchased a Brookstone Heated Throw on eBay as a guest for a Christmas gift using my email michaelpage884@gmail. Despite not receiving a confirmation email, the item was delivered. Unfortunately, it was missing the connector cord, rendering it unusable. I cannot recall the seller's name, but eBay Commerce Ltd charged £45 to my Amex account on October 11th. The TD_VOD_URL link provided by eBay was not useful. I simply need eBay to provide me with the seller's information so I can request a refund for the missing part. However, I am struggling to find an easy way to contact them directly for assistance.

Hello, I purchased two separate gift cards from eBay but unfortunately, when we checked the balance online, both cards showed a balance of £0. I spent over £[redacted] on these cards and scheduled for my daughter to go shopping this weekend. However, eBay declined our refund request in just 5 minutes saying one seller had a no returns policy on their page. We then tried the "item did not arrive" option without success. As a regular eBay buyer, I am shocked that despite eBay's money-back guarantee, I am being denied a refund for fraudulent items. I have proof in the form of screenshots showing the gift cards were used before I bought them. Please address this issue, prevent scammers on the platform, and honor your refund policy. Thank you.

I purchased a Lola Rose necklace listed as red, resembling terracotta in the picture. Upon arrival, it appeared more pink than expected. I arranged with the seller to cover the return costs. After using the eBay return label, the seller received the item. During the return process, a family emergency kept me from responding promptly, causing the seller to escalate the issue. As a result, a case is pending since December 20th without updates from eBay. The refund of £14.30, including the necklace cost of £17.50 and £3.20 for shipping, has not been processed. I suggest simplifying the customer service process to access real help efficiently. The delay and lack of communication from eBay are disappointing.
