I received a faulty item and initiated a return process by providing images as proof. The seller agreed to the return and supposedly sent a return postage label. However, the provided link only directs me to a return address rather than a prepaid postage label. eBay is not offering any further options besides me having to cover the return shipping cost. I am unable to reach out to eBay for assistance, and this situation is causing a lot of frustration.

Hello, I need assistance with returning a laptop I purchased on eBay. Recently, my account was suspended without any explanation provided. The laptop I bought, a Dell G 15 [redacted], was delivered but is not functioning properly. Despite being connected to power, it will not boot up as expected. Since I cannot access my account, I would like to arrange a return for this faulty item. I am willing to provide evidence through a video or images showing the issue. Could you please guide me on how to proceed with the return process and arrange for a full refund? Thank you for your help.

I received a notification for a fee of £2.50, however, the payment was declined by my UK Bank due to insufficient funds in the Account. I attempted to make the payment using my Spanish card as I reside there part-time and had the necessary funds. Despite approval of the card twice, your system rejected this payment method. Upon reviewing my recent Ebay Account activity, it appears that the payment was actually taken twice from my Spanish card. Kindly refund the excess £2.50 that was charged to my Spanish card promptly. Thank you. Mama2012-UK. Email: [redacted]

Hello, I purchased a black diamond ring that was supposedly originally from Gemporia from a seller on Ebay. Initially, I was satisfied with the ring and the seller's communication. However, I noticed that the ring did not fit properly and seemed to be different from my other Gemporia rings. The authenticity certificate also had discrepancies in the diamond's carat weight. After contacting Gemporia, I found out that the stone was irradiated, not just heat-treated as described. I requested a return and refund due to these issues, but the seller closed the return request without responding. The item was advertised as a Gemporia Black Diamond ring and I ordered it on December 8th. I would appreciate a prompt refund for this purchase. Thank you, Kim.

I bought an eye mask that was advertised at £14.99, but upon purchase, VAT was added later, and I was charged £17.99. This felt dishonest on the seller's part. I accidentally ordered two masks and had to return one, only to discover that the seller is based in Germany. I had to pay an additional £6 for the return, which was unexpected since typically the item's origin is clearly shown, affecting my purchasing decision.

I'm new to Ebay and feeling overwhelmed. I recently purchased a jacket that doesn't fit, so I initiated a return. However, the address provided for the return was deemed unacceptable by my mother, who works at the post office. I reached out to the seller to discuss sending it back for a larger size, but I had to close the initial return request due to the address issue. Now, I am unable to open a new return request. Can anyone advise on how I can proceed with sending the item back for an exchange rather than a refund?

I purchased an electric scooter for £[redacted].99 using my Amex on eBay with an estimated delivery date of December 9. The seller requested payment via PayPal for a refund to my credit card, which I declined. Subsequently, the seller mentioned being unable to refund due to an account error and advised me to contact eBay. I have attempted to do so, but it seems unavailable on the website due to the pending cancellation. The seller's username is sile5341. This situation seems questionable. Can anyone assist with this issue?

My item has not been delivered by Hermes courier. The item is a [redacted] Captain Marvel Magic Dime Saver Bank Tin with Litho Graphics. The tracking indicated that it was mistakenly placed on the wrong van for my postal code, E7 9NG. It has been over 48 hours, and the tracking only shows that it is back in the Hermes network. I reached out to the seller in the USA to inquire if the correct address was on the parcel, but there has been no response. I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter. Contact me at [redacted]1.

I am currently facing significant issues with both of my eBay accounts. The first account, where I recently lost my credit card, is giving me trouble when I try to update my new card information. It's becoming quite challenging for me to resolve this matter online. Can someone please reach out to assist me promptly? On my second account, which I created just three weeks ago, I am now being prompted to update my bank details. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me navigate through this situation efficiently. Best regards, Sedaka

Hello, I recently purchased two chunky grandad cardigans which both turned out to be faulty. I attempted to return them but encountered issues obtaining a return label. I reached out to customer service, and they assured me on the 12th of December, I would receive a refund. However, I have not received it yet. Despite my efforts to contact via phone, I have had no success. Furthermore, attempts to communicate via email have been met with responses indicating an incorrect order number. I am feeling frustrated and would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you, Mrs. H.

I purchased the Pure Mate Circulation Massager Booster on 26-3-[redacted] for £[redacted].99, including a 2-year warranty. I have used it for 7 months, every other day for 30 minutes, by only one individual. Unfortunately, the machine has ceased functioning. Kindly assist me by (1) supplying a replacement and (2) reimbursing the item cost of £[redacted].99. I am hopeful for a positive resolution. Thank you in advance. Sincerely, P Goddard.

I reported a missing parcel on 15/12/21. I received a response advising me to wait for the seller to reply. However, I have already communicated with the seller and sent emails regarding my order. The seller initially promised delivery by 14/12/21. After the supposed delivery date passed, I contacted the seller by phone and email to ask for updates from the courier. Despite a delay notification on 11/12/21, which indicated next-day delivery, the parcel has not arrived as of 16/12/21. I was told to wait until 21/12/21 to explore further options, but this was meant to be a Christmas gift that now seems unlikely to arrive. Why should I wait until 21/12/21 for a refund?

I made a purchase of two items on December 8, [redacted], and eBay charged my debit card, which is reflected on my bank statement. However, on December 11, [redacted], eBay took the payment from my bank account again without authorization. I have only received the two items, not four. I attempted to use eBay's automated service, but it was unhelpful. I am trying to get in touch with someone at eBay, but it appears to be challenging. Thank you.

I bought an item on eBay listed below. Unfortunately, it was sent to an Argos pickup point. Due to a sudden hospitalization, I couldn't pick it up. When I tried, I was informed it was returned to eBay. I've reached out to the seller, who hasn't been able to assist me in retrieving my purchase. - Purchase Date: 14 Nov, [redacted] - Order Number: 12-07[redacted]3 - Seller: Rednax064username (click for member’s profile) - Order Total: £[redacted].10

Order Number: 06-07[redacted]0 Seller: paddystore Product: Apple iPod Classic 7th Gen Black/Space Grey/Silver 120GB with 2-year warranty ([redacted]62) I experienced an issue with the item and returned it via Royal Mail recorded delivery as per the seller's instructions. Unfortunately, the item has not reached the seller. Royal Mail has only offered to refund the postage costs. Despite following the return instructions, the seller is unresponsive. I am currently at a loss financially due to this situation. I kindly request either a refund for the faulty iPod or a replacement.

I have received two items from "E Bat" that were delivered to bins. I have contacted Hermes and sent photos. Hermes stated that as my contract is with the seller, I should receive a refund. The sellers have been uncooperative. One seller for a Xmas Eve plate said they will refund me on their own timeline and made a disturbing comment. The other seller for a night light Teddy has not responded. Both cases have evidence of tracking and photos of bins as delivery locations. The seller of the Xmas Eve plate should not be allowed to delay the refund process when they will be reimbursed by Hermes eventually.

I purchased two items and paid through eBay using bank transfer on December 8th. The transaction is showing on my bank statement. However, on December 10th, the payment was debited from my account a second time without authorization. I have already received the goods, and they are as expected. Unfortunately, I am unable to resolve this issue through eBay's automated assistant, as it does not address this specific problem. Each time I try to reach an agent, I am informed that none are available. I am puzzled as to how the funds were withdrawn from my account a second time without my consent.

I asked to return a defective item, and the seller has now approved the return request. After providing multiple discounts and excuses, they are claiming they cannot generate a return label. I now have to cover the return postage expenses, and they will reimburse me once they receive the item. This will be quite expensive for me, especially right before Christmas. Their mention of potential issues with the return shipping is concerning, and I am puzzled as to why they cannot provide a return label for me.

Order number 08-07[redacted]5, request number [redacted]. I placed an order at the beginning of December. The seller informed me that the item was dispatched on December 6th, but it has not arrived. After contacting eBay, the seller said they would send another item and requested my address for confirmation, which I provided. I updated eBay that the issue could be closed. However, I have yet to receive the goods despite the seller's promise. Could you please facilitate a refund so I can purchase the item from another seller?

I was expecting two phone calls as promised, one within 7 minutes and the other within 4 minutes, but neither came through despite showing as local inward calls. To resolve this, I spent about an hour on chat but the issue remains unresolved as the representative disconnected. Upon ordering sunglasses from Shinperoy on eBay and paying through PayPal with email [redacted], the payment appeared to go through [redacted], an inactive email from five years ago associated with TalkTalk. Fortunately, I received the sunglasses from Argos after they intervened. However, the product received did not match the description. I reached out to Shinperoy for a return but they require an order number, which I cannot provide due to the email mix-up between [redacted] and the inactive talktalk.net email. Please assist in resolving this. M. Mullins
