I placed a bid on an item, but I had trouble making the payment as my bank details kept disappearing from the screen. The seller informed me that I was late in making the payment, giving me until Saturday, August 29, to pay. However, I need authorization for extra funds and my social worker is unavailable until Tuesday. Dealing with all the hassle has made me lose interest in the purchase. I even mistakenly spent part of the money set aside for the payment. After talking to someone from eBay, I feel inclined to back out from the transaction given the difficulties faced. If you could reach out to me at 01[redacted]87, it would be greatly appreciated to resolve this issue.

Hello, I need assistance. I have recently become a top seller on eBay and my business is growing rapidly. Unfortunately, during a holiday period, a co-worker we employed let us down by missing three open cases in one week. As a result, our seller rating dropped from top-rated to below rated due to cases closed without resolution, impacting our sales significantly. We typically pay around £[redacted] per month in fees to eBay, but now it is likely to drop below £[redacted]. This is the first time this has happened since we started on eBay. We are planning to address this issue by reconsidering the employment of the incompetent co-worker and ensuring such incidents do not occur in the future. We are looking to improve our performance and have inquiries for these improvements, but are struggling to reach eBay via phone as all lines seem to be busy. Our account ID is violettasecret.

Dear Customer Service, I am experiencing login issues that have been intermittent for a few weeks, and they seem to be worsening. While I can access and use other websites without any problems, I am having difficulty logging into Gumtree (owned by Ebay). When attempting to log in, I encounter a page with only script, lacking icons or photos. Even after what seems like a successful login, the page remains disorganized with no visible structure, photos, or icons, making it unusable. I cannot find a way to log out from this script either. This problem seems to have started around the beginning of August, coinciding with the release of the new Certificate (DigiCert SHA2 Secure Server). While I am uncertain if this is directly related, given that other websites function normally, this issue is concerning. I appreciate any assistance you can provide to resolve this matter. Thank you, Ian

I signed up for an eBay account yesterday, and surprisingly, it was banned within an hour without any explanation. I was simply browsing new items like phones when the suspension popped up. I reached out to eBay for clarification, but they only mentioned that I was permanently banned from using their platform and couldn't create a new account. I received an email with the subject "MC113 Your eBay account has been suspended" stating that my account raised security concerns. They emphasized that I cannot use eBay again, even with a different account. I am hoping to either regain access to my account, resume buying and selling on eBay, or at least understand the reasons behind the suspension.

Hello, my name is A.C. I have been a loyal customer of eBay for a long time, making numerous purchases on your site. Around 70% of my transactions were successful, but unfortunately, I encountered issues with the remaining 30%. Some sellers on the platform have been dishonest, selling misrepresented or damaged products. It has been challenging to reach out to eBay for support, and responses have been slow. I bought a cell phone that was nothing like the advertised product, lacking in quality. I raised a dispute, and after some communication with the seller, they promised a replacement but failed to deliver. The seller removed their listing and I am unable to open a new dispute. I am seeking assistance in recovering my funds and believe sellers like this should be banned to protect other buyers. Looking forward to your response. Thank you.

I purchased a tunic from La Redoute with order number 01-05[redacted]4. After receiving the item, the buyer "Rosecannon13-[redacted]" left negative feedback due to an error. When I requested a revision, Rose mentioned that she intended to leave neutral feedback but her device was buffering and selected negative by mistake. I kindly ask for assistance in amending this feedback promptly. Can eBay intervene and adjust the rating to neutral considering all communication is documented in the buyer/seller records on eBay? Thank you.

I purchased an item on August 26, [redacted], and I still haven't received it. It was supposed to arrive on September 2, [redacted], but it hasn't. Where is my item? I demand a prompt response addressing the delay. I am discontent with the lack of updates on my order from eBay. Amazon, in comparison, is much more reliable and communicative. If I don't hear back soon, I will escalate this matter with eBay directly. I checked the Royal Mail website with my tracking number, only to find the last update from August 28, [redacted], stating the item is on its way to RDC. I am unfamiliar with what RDC implies. The delay is unacceptable, and I expect a full refund if I don't receive a satisfactory response promptly.

I recently made a purchase on eBay for a water filter from New York, but shortly after buying it, I received a message that the item was no longer available. Not long after, I was told the original filter was on its way, despite me buying a replacement due to eBay's initial notification. After some back and forth with eBay, I was promised a refund, but was instructed to reject the item upon delivery to trigger the refund process. I did so a few weeks ago, but I have yet to receive my refund. Despite eBay's emails threatening further action, I am still waiting. If I don't hear back by Friday, I might consider legal action. My eBay username for the transaction is paired-45.

I purchased a treadmill for £[redacted].99 on July 22nd, with Visa Debit payment. The amount was deducted from my bank account. Order number: 22 05[redacted]7. Item number: #[redacted]42. The anticipated delivery date was August 19th. I traced the treadmill to TNT carriers, who couldn't deliver it and returned it to the supplier, Homediy in Rugby. I'm disappointed with eBay's service as I purchased it as a guest and can't see it in my account. I contacted the supplier, but they claim no knowledge of the order. The treadmill was a gift for my husband's birthday. Losing £[redacted].99 is tough for me, and without the treadmill, I request a refund. This situation has been very frustrating for me. - Catherine S.

I attempted to purchase a taxi money dispenser on eBay without signing into my account. After clicking "buy now" and logging in, I received a message stating the seller does not ship to sverdlovskaya, Russian Federation. The prompt suggests updating my delivery address. It provides a suggested address for zhivnov viktor in zarechnyy, sverdlovskaya, Russian Federation. Although I can change the address and proceed, I hesitate to do so for fear of potential hacking. I am unsure how to proceed without compromising my account security.

I recently purchased a TV unit on eBay. I reached out to the seller to inquire about the delivery, which is being handled by XPD Courier Service. The seller informed me that XPD attempted delivery on September 1st but was unsuccessful. Despite being home all day, no card or information was left about the parcel. The seller assured me they would contact XPD regarding the issue, but I'm still awaiting the delivery. I tried accessing XPD's website as instructed, but I'm having difficulty navigating it. I'm a frequent eBay user and value the service, but I'm currently dissatisfied and eager for my item to be delivered.

Item Number: [redacted]28 I have sold this item, and the buyer informed me that they tried to pay with a Debit Card through PayPal, but it wasn't accepted. Instead, they paid via eCheque, which has not yet cleared. The buyer wants the goods shipped immediately and seems unwilling to wait. PayPal instructed me not to send the goods until they confirm receipt of funds from the buyer's bank and the money is in my account. This morning, I received the following message from the buyer: "Hi Doug, I was wondering if you can cancel this order. Please provide me with a new link to purchase for £[redacted], and I will make a direct payment. I assure you I will make an effort to ensure it works this time. If it's meant to be, it will work out. Best wishes, Luqman" I am seeking advice on how to proceed, as I want to avoid any negative feedback. Thank you, Douglas Cooper (snappyman1)

I am requesting a refund for an item as the buyer falsely claimed it was a case of fraudulent misrepresentation. The item in question is CHANEL N°5 EAU DE PARFUM SPRAY, item number: 2 3 3 6 9 1 8 5 0 4 1 0, and order number: 03-05[redacted]8. I uploaded six pictures clearly showing the amount of perfume in the bottle, and I made sure to ask the buyer to review all the photos before purchasing. I have been falsely accused of fraud, which is a serious allegation. I followed all eBay rules, and I believe the buyer is being dishonest. I am requesting eBay to review the case and consider my perspective as a seller. I do not think I should refund the buyer under these circumstances. Please close the refund request initiated by the buyer "notho-10". My eBay nickname is "savie-4". Please contact me via email for any further inquiries. Thank you.

Good morning, Last June, we purchased a Smart GPS Cycling Computer Wireless Bike Computer Digital Speedometer IPX7 X1J3. However, it did not meet our expectations, and we initiated the return process. Despite providing the seller with proof of payment via our bank statement for £27.36, they claim not to see the transaction. We have yet to receive a refund, even after months of trying to resolve this issue. Could you please assist us in following up on this matter? Thank you, S Hool

I purchased 10 x 10 x [redacted] pallet wood boards for £[redacted].50. I initially thought delivery was included, but later found out it was for collection only. I messaged the seller, addargi 0 [redacted], who confirmed they would cancel my order. The payment has already been processed, and I am unsure how to proceed with getting a refund besides contacting my bank. I will attempt to reach out to the seller once more. Thank you.

I purchased an item on eBay hoping to avoid any issues, especially while balancing running a Cancer Unit in the Midlands. The unit is extremely short-staffed, and everyone helps out as needed. Dealing with medical matters, I never expected to be chasing car parts like this. Our NHS nurses use an old Suzuki Alto as a run-around vehicle for transporting pharmaceutical products and patients within the hospital complex. Recently, the front window regulator malfunctioned, and we purchased a replacement part on eBay. Despite being reassured through emails that it would arrive on September 9th, the part never showed up. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company, they have not responded. I would like the part delivered promptly or refunded so we can move forward. The lack of communication from the company is unacceptable. Can someone please assist us in resolving this issue? Thank you. - Dr. John Francis

Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding a purchase I made on July 1, [redacted], with order number 12-05[redacted]1 for 12 items. These items arrived in poor condition and when I contacted the seller, they only refunded me for one item despite me returning all 12. The return was rejected, and the items were sent back to me by Royal Mail. I have been unsuccessful in obtaining a full refund for the order as eBay claims the case is closed, which is not the case. The company instructed me to return the items again, but I wish to avoid this as it seems they are delaying the refund process. I do not wish for a replacement, only a full refund. Despite providing eBay with photos of the faulty items and proof of return rejection, I have received no further assistance. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Regards, C.

I purchased a valve cover from shophome-autoparts at the end of June. I contacted them a few weeks ago regarding a fault with the item. After sending pictures and answering their questions, they agreed to send a replacement, but later informed me it was out of stock and offered a refund. I had already made other arrangements by then. Despite informing them I no longer needed a replacement, I have not received any further communication from them. I even provided a picture of the item immersed in water as per their request. I have learned that aftermarket covers on eBay can be problematic. I just want my refund and hope for your intervention. I opened case #[redacted] but have not received any updates. Best Regards, Chris.

I purchased a school bag for my daughter, requesting it be delivered to a local pickup point while on holiday with my family. Unfortunately, the item did not arrive due to an incorrect reference code. Despite reaching out to the seller, post office, Sainsbury's local pickup, and Yodel, the item could not be located. Even after contacting the driver number provided on Yodel's website, the item remains missing. The seller agreed to send another item, but instead reported the original as found without further investigation. This experience has happened three times to me on eBay, resulting in financial loss. I am determined to resolve this situation fairly as I urgently need the school bag for my daughter. I am frustrated with eBay's handling of the matter and seek a swift resolution to either retrieve my money or the bag promptly.
