I purchased a Pandora bracelet from sem4motor([redacted]) on June 27th, [redacted]. The seller posted it on June 29th, [redacted], with a promised delivery within 3 days (by July 1st, [redacted]). Unfortunately, I have yet to receive it. I have been in communication with the seller, who responded rudely via email, calling me names. Upon receiving a feedback request from eBay, I honestly shared the situation. The seller then asked me to remove the negative feedback. When I mentioned reporting her, she stopped responding.

I am having issues with the return of Order number 27-09[redacted]1 placed on Jan 25, [redacted], for roof bars for a [redacted] Citroen Picasso that did not fit. Despite paying for the return shipment and following up with Euautopartsltd about the return cost, I have not received a response. Additionally, though eBay advised me of a full refund of £64.99, I have not seen this credited back to my account (Nectar £60 and PayPal £4.99). Unfortunately, contacting eBay directly for assistance has proven difficult as there is no designated channel for this type of query.

I purchased 50/[redacted] Twist Clips Washers for my greenhouse, with order number 22-10[redacted]3. The tracking number JD[redacted][redacted] indicates that the parcel was delivered, but I did not receive it. I contacted Yodel, who confirmed the delivery. Despite losing an appeal on eBay, I received an email (SR# 1-[redacted]62) stating I am covered by eBay. It advised me to request a letter from Yodel, which I did on 16.06.23. Yodel requested I wait two weeks. Upon following up on 4.07.23, Yodel indicated they couldn't assist further due to the inconclusive investigation. They advised me to contact the seller to proceed with the claim. I reached out to the seller, who couldn't help as the tracking showed delivery to a safe place. I feel like an unfairly labeled dishonest buyer and seek guidance on how to get a refund. Best regards, Mariusz

Despite reaching out to eBay for clarification, I have only received automated responses mentioning a vague activity that posed a risk to the community without specifying the nature of this activity. My account history shows minimal usage over the past five years with no orders or payments present. I am eager to resolve this misunderstanding and continue using eBay for my shopping needs. Several years ago, I set up an eBay account. Although inactive lately, I made several guest purchases last year without issues. Recently, on 28th June, I bought a soil moisture meter from seller SBGROUP3 (item ID: [redacted]70) for £12.87. While I got a confirmation email, there was no dispatch notification, and the item hasn't arrived. When I tried to contact the seller through the provided link, it was unresponsive. eBay is prompting me to register in order to connect with the seller, but I can't as my email is already associated with an account, despite not showing any purchases when I log in.

I purchased a fully functional, refurbished phone, but upon receiving it, the Face ID doesn't work, and the SIM card is unreliable, requiring me to remove and reinsert it each time. The phone was returned under warranty, and the company claims it has water damage, though it's supposedly waterproof, and I haven't exposed it to water. Despite this, they won't refund me and want to return the damaged phone. I'm disappointed as this isn't what I expected when purchasing it. I require a refund to purchase a working phone as I can't use the faulty one they aim to return to me.

Ebay declined my transaction for an impact gun worth £[redacted]. I contacted my bank, and they mentioned that Ebay might view this as a high-value item despite its actual cost. I urgently need this issue resolved as I rely on the impact gun for an upcoming job. I've lost a day of work already due to this problem. I bought a significant quantity of jewelry advertised as unsorted and unchecked. However, upon receiving it, I discovered most pieces were broken or damaged. There were handwritten notes indicating that items had been checked and tested, as well as various unrelated objects like a phone back, cat collar, metal objects, hair bands, and wine corks in the box. As a person with disabilities, I rely on sellers' honesty about their products. I spent over 40 pounds on this purchase, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality. I received a dress with noticeable sweat under the armpits, emitting a strong odor. The seller claimed it was new with tags, but it clearly wasn't. Regardless of whether it was worn, sending out a dress in this condition is unacceptable. The seller is uncooperative and refuses to accept the return. If this matter is not resolved, I will avoid purchasing from this seller in the future. The payment was made through PayPal. I urge anyone to verify the condition of the dress. I am appalled by the situation. I demand a refund. The seller's attempt to blame the packaging is absurd. The dress arrived in an unscented bag, indicating it was worn by someone unclean. This seller is unreliable, and others should be cautious. I also question the accuracy of her ratings. - KH

I recently returned a faulty item to Musicianhome following their instructions. I printed out the return label provided and posted the item on 29 June [redacted]. However, the company claims they have not received it yet. When I contacted Royal Mail, they mentioned that I need to pay for the postage, but the label provided did not include any payment information. Royal Mail suggested reaching out to eBay to liaise with them and arrange for the refund. The tracking number for the shipment is QZ[redacted]35GB. Today, a delivery driver named Mark dropped off my parcel. I asked if there were 3 in the package, and he suggested one might be inside another. Upon opening the parcel, I only found 2 warning column posts. The package stated that 3 were dispatched, but one seems to have been lost in transit as one of the bags has been repaired. Order Number: 15-10[redacted]4 - Battery X6 Hello, I'm writing regarding the battery order I placed. The seller mentioned that the battery has been shipped, but when I checked on July 1st, the status still showed "in transit." I reached out to the seller to inform them that I hadn't received the battery, and suddenly, they claimed it was delivered on June 3rd which conflicted with the previous information. Consequently, they refused a refund based on the delivery status. Subsequently, I ordered the same battery from another seller named "The Battery Shop" who confirmed the battery is en route. Upon receiving one battery that was defective, I contacted the seller for the return address, but they have since been unresponsive. I inquired with the eBay seller if "The Battery Shop" is affiliated with them, but they did not provide clarification. Due to these uncertainties, I believe the original seller did not dispatch the product. Would you kindly assist in requesting a full refund from the eBay seller? Thank you.

I recently sold a £[redacted] Oculus on eBay for the first time. After accepting the buyer's offer and shipping the item, they claimed it was a 500ml body wash instead of the console. Despite providing proof of postage for the original 1.8KG package, the buyer returned a package weighing only 1.4KG. I suspect foul play and fear I won't receive help from eBay.

I have been attempting to contact eBay for assistance but have had no success. I ordered a Joseph Joseph free-standing toilet roll holder several weeks ago. The payment was deducted from our bank account at that time. The seller claims the item was delivered, but it was not received at our address. I am requesting a prompt resolution, either a refund or delivery of the purchased item. If this matter is not addressed promptly, my husband and I will contact North Yorkshire Consumer Protection. They have already made numerous unauthorized purchases, resulting in people from around the globe contacting me for payment. The hacker altered the phone number associated with my account, preventing me from resetting the password. The suspicious number they provided starts with a 9 and ends with 41, which does not match the country code for Cyprus ([redacted]). Regrettably, I am unable to notify sellers that these transactions were fraudulent. On February 8th, I bought an Ultrasonic rodent repeller from a company named 15fashionday. Unfortunately, on May 19th, I realized that the device had stopped working. I contacted the supplier via email about the issue and received a response on May 22nd saying they were checking into it, even though I still had the unit with me. Subsequently, there were 15 more emails exchanged with the supplier, all repeating the same message of checking, offering a replacement item multiple times, and apologizing for any inconvenience caused. Despite sending three requests to eBay during this period, I did not receive any responses. Feeling frustrated by the lack of progress, I am now reaching out to eBay for help in resolving this matter. Thank you, Roger Courtenay.

Hello, On June 26, I purchased trimmer wheels from blue*moon_light. Unfortunately, the item did not arrive by the final delivery date of July 6, [redacted], and the last Hermes tracking update was on June 29. After opening a case, I was informed that due to their warehouse moving, I would need to wait an additional 8 days. I declined and requested a refund with no response. Subsequently, I ordered a set of trimmer wheels from a different seller. Surprisingly, today on July 10, Hermes tracking shows that the original order was delivered. We recently received two orders of HP [redacted] XL black ink cartridges from maxsaveuk. Unfortunately, one of the new cartridges got stuck in our HP Photosmart [redacted] Printer and despite numerous attempts, we were unable to resolve the issue. We are now faced with a few dilemmas: returning the 7 unused cartridges, dealing with the unusable printer, and potentially having to repair or replace the printer. These cartridges are essential for printing important forms for various purposes. We are seeking urgent assistance from eBay to address this frustrating situation. The order numbers for the purchases were eBay O*06-[redacted]-62. We suspect that the stuck cartridge, although labeled correctly, may not be the right size. We are hopeful for a prompt resolution.
