I'm having trouble signing in. A few hours ago, I had an issue where someone else's email address showed up under the Welcome line instead of mine. Carlos from the special services department helped resolve this by advising me to update my password after verifying all my information. However, now my new password is not being recognized, and when I attempt to log in on my mobile device, the code displayed for the phone to use is 44, which doesn't match my phone's actual digits. I am an eBay user but had to make a purchase as a visitor due to a website glitch. I received the item but need to return it as it is unsuitable. Contacting the seller through eBay has been challenging as a visitor. My account does not show the purchase, making it hard to communicate. To return the item, I need the seller's approval and the return address.

I ordered a Don Quixote figurine from Collector's Palace on eBay. However, when I received the parcel and opened it with the post master, I discovered that the figurine was damaged. I immediately returned it to the address on the package and also sent a letter to Michael Bennett explaining the situation. Despite trying to contact the seller via phone and email, I have not been successful in getting a response. As a new user on eBay at 85 years old, I am having difficulty navigating the return process on the website. I have tried multiple times to confirm the return of the item, but it keeps disappearing. I was saving up for this figurine to gift to my brother, who is ill with cancer. I am reaching out for assistance as I am unsure of what steps to take next. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I recently received the phone I purchased, but unfortunately, it arrived in non-working condition contrary to what was advertised by the seller. After contacting the seller, they agreed to exchange it for another phone of the same model. I have since used the Evri service to return the item, and although I have tracking information indicating they received it, Evri claims it is "misplaced," meaning they cannot locate it. I am now exploring options to potentially obtain a refund through eBay for this purchase. I have retained all communication with the seller as well as the tracking details. The Evri tracking number for the returned package is C00HHA[redacted], and it was delivered to the seller's address.

Hello, I recently received an email stating that order no 04-10[redacted]4 was delivered yesterday, but to my dismay, I did not receive it. The address provided includes a reception and Postal Room, but there is no sign of the parcel anywhere. The item in question is a T-shirt that I had been eagerly anticipating. I would greatly appreciate assistance in locating the package as I prefer to receive the T-shirt instead of opting for a refund. It seems there might have been a mistake with the delivery notification as the tracking number indicates delivery, yet no one has come into contact with the parcel at the specified address. Good afternoon, I am experiencing a problem with two orders of men's trousers I placed on June 18th. The first order was for men's vintage 60s 70s retro forest green bell-bottom super cord flares, order number 19-10[redacted]4, purchased from Mazeys. The second order was for men's retro vintage 60s 70s style bell-bottom flared purple cords, order number 19-10[redacted]8, purchased from Wardrobe Clothing. Both pairs were supposed to be 32" waist and 34" inside leg, but upon receiving them, one pair measured 33 1/2" inside leg and the other 32 1/2" inside leg, not the advertised 34". Since they turned out to be too short for my son, I had to return them at my own cost. I believe I should be refunded for the return postage by both companies since the measurements were incorrect as advertised, and I've already requested this refund but have not received any indication from either company. We paid for an item and have not received it. The seller is being rude and claims the issue is due to sending it to an address recommended by eBay. The package lacks a return address, which the seller says is standard. We just want the item we paid for in good faith. The seller has made it clear they don't intend to help. We are frustrated with the process and unsure how to receive the painting we purchased.

I purchased a phone on March 30th, hoping for a good deal, but soon realized there were issues with the screen keyboard and calibration. Despite expecting it to settle in, the phone's condition worsened and stopped working completely in June. I have tried various troubleshooting steps to no avail. The phone is still under warranty for a year, but the seller refuses to send a replacement or cover return postage. They only offered a 10% discount on a new purchase, which isn't satisfactory. I purchased a swimming hat from Fashy on eBay. Unfortunately, I cannot use it due to my skin condition, Lichen sclerosus, which prevents me from swimming or bathing. I believed the item was refundable for free, but Fashy is requesting £3.35 for postage, which is disappointing as I have not encountered such issues on eBay before. -Rena O'Malley.

It appears that eBay mistakenly canceled the wrong transaction on my account. I had to purchase two similar items (Ashdown) from different sellers because the first one was out of stock. The second seller only had one item available. I urgently need help as I've also paid for a courier to collect the items on my behalf, and time is running out for my son's birthday. I have already left a message with the second seller to try and resolve this. I am unsure who canceled the order. Please assist me in resolving this matter as soon as possible. Thank you. David

Hello, I purchased a faulty item on eBay and provided video evidence to the seller. They instructed me to break the item so they could claim a refund from the manufacturer. Subsequently, I sent them a photo showing the item broken, after which they promised a refund. However, I have not received the refund despite their assurance and they are now unresponsive to my messages. The seller has retained the refund from the manufacturer and has failed to reimburse me. I have evidence of the entire conversation in eBay messages. Kindly look into this matter as it violates policies and appears to be a fraudulent scheme. Thank you for your attention. Max

Since joining eBay, I have encountered a lot of negativity. I am facing issues with payments and my bank account. I refuse to be pressured into using PayPal as I prefer to stick with my bank of 50 years. Despite selling three items, I feel like eBay is questioning my integrity and stonewalling me with payment delays. I will not tolerate being told to join PayPal or having my funds withheld. I demand prompt resolution to the matter concerning holding money until I join PayPal. The recent message I received from eBay is unacceptable, especially the bullying tactics employed. I insist on the immediate transfer of funds to my bank account. Additionally, there was a discrepancy in the payment received for a spin-dryer and a pig, which is unethical. The issue concerning the barrow sale, which was reduced without my consent, needs to be rectified swiftly. I am willing to proceed with the sale, but eBay must address these concerns promptly; otherwise, I will have to seek legal assistance. Please resolve these matters promptly. Thank you. Anne Eastes

I am seeking information about a refund that is owed to me from June 2nd. Despite receiving two emails confirming the refund is being processed, it has not been issued yet. I have contacted two of your team members, both assuring me the refund is en-route. I am disappointed with the lack of progress and feel like my concerns have been dismissed. It is order number 20-10[redacted]2 that I am experiencing issues with. I believe I have been patient enough with this situation but it has dragged on for too long.

On the 16th of June [redacted], I posted a classified advert on Ebay which was confirmed as 'live', and I have a screenshot of the advert. However, within half an hour, Ebay took it down, locked my account, and changed my password. I contacted an Ebay assistant on the phone that same night. Now, when I try to log in, I am unable to because I do not know the new password set by Ebay. When I click on the "Need Help" option, it asks me to enter a phone number ending in...25, which I do not have. I have been using the same mobile number and email address for my Ebay account for approximately eight years. I am looking to regain access to my Ebay account, make purchases, and re-advertise the item that was taken down on June 16th.

After placing a classified ad on June 16th, [redacted], I received an email confirmation from eBay UK that it had been published. Shortly after, the ad was removed, and I was advised by eBay to reset my password for security reasons. Despite following the instructions, I had no success resetting my password. I had a lengthy phone conversation with an eBay representative on the evening of June 16th, but unfortunately, the issue was not resolved. Now, when attempting to log in, I am being prompted to enter a phone number ending in 25, which I have never had. It's puzzling as I have maintained the same phone number and email address on my eBay account for the past 8 years.

I purchased 6 bags of Lavazza Crema e Aroma coffee beans for £60, a great deal compared to their usual price of £11.50-13 per bag. Unfortunately, the product I received seems to be a mix of lower quality beans, evident by the resealing marks, lack of vacuum packing causing air in the packs, and a glue trail. The bags only weigh 960g including the packaging, indicating a significant weight discrepancy. The coffee beans themselves are cracked, bitty, and contain husks and dust. I have photo evidence to support my claims. When I contacted the seller, they offered a partial refund without denying the issue. I believe this to be a scam, with the seller knowingly selling misrepresented, tampered products to numerous customers. I refuse to return the items as they are not as described under eBay's guarantee.

Hello! My eBay ID is ivanthingamebob. I purchased an Xgogy Sat Nav with item number [redacted]03 from a premium seller named Xgody-uk-offical on June 11, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the item has developed a fault. When I reached out to the seller, I was informed that the item comes with a 12-month guarantee. Even though the item was still under warranty, the seller only offered me a discount on a new purchase or required me to return it to Hong Kong at my own expense. I disagree with this as my contract is with the seller, not the manufacturer. They also suggested I have it repaired locally at my own cost, but the local repairer couldn't find parts for it. I am now stuck with a faulty Sat Nav as the seller is not honoring the 12-month guarantee they initially mentioned. Could you please assist me in contacting the seller to resolve this issue?
