I have not received an item I purchased from this seller for the second time. I opened a request on eBay, but they have the wrong order number displayed. The missing item with order number 27-10[redacted]3, purchased on July 1st, has not arrived. Please update the order number in the open request to reflect the correct item that did not arrive. I am requesting a refund for incorrectly charged VAT. I have been experiencing an ongoing problem with VAT being applied to zero-rated items, specifically books, that I purchased with delivery through the International Shipping Program. Despite attempts to rectify this issue, I have not had a resolution after being promised it would be addressed within 60 days for four separate orders. I have contacted customer service multiple times through messages, emails, and calls to no avail. I am now considering escalating this further. I am seeking assistance in resolving this promptly, without having to repeatedly explain the same situation. I find it frustrating to be continuously redirected to different departments with no resolution in sight. I purchased an item from eBay on February 8, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the item stopped working between then and May 19, [redacted]. I reported the issue to the supplier, (15fashionday), on May 22, but their response was unhelpful. Despite a back-and-forth of 12 emails until July 3, resolution has not been achieved. I even expressed interest in receiving a replacement, to no avail. Several attempts to contact eBay through both email and phone calls have been fruitless, with only automated responses given. It's frustrating dealing with unhelpful suppliers and being ignored by eBay. I simply want a refund for my purchase.

I purchased two packs of Philips electric toothbrush heads. When I tried to replace the head on my toothbrush, I noticed that all of them didn't fit well and would jump out when the toothbrush was turned on. This issue is likely because they are loose and do not secure properly on the toothbrush. I suspect they may be counterfeit. I contacted the seller, who agreed to refund me 50% of the total purchase price. However, it has been three days since this agreement, and I have not received the refund, nor have I received any further communication from them.

I purchased a bonnet for my Renault Megane Scenic car from Internatioalautospares on 19-Jun-23 at the advertised price of £39.50. Shortly after, I noticed the price was now £84. I contacted the company, and they claimed it was due to a pricing error. Despite agreeing to accept the delivery, the item arrived in a cardboard box, not on a pallet as stated. When trying to reach them by phone, I only got a hold message requesting a return of the item. The delivery company confirmed the return, but the item has been with Internatioalautospares for over a week now. I am frustrated with eBay's practice of adding postage costs to the final selling price when calculating their fees. I always ensure to charge my buyers the actual shipping cost without any additional fees. eBay’s high fees are already a concern compared to the selling prices of items. This practice forces sellers like me to potentially raise shipping costs to offset eBay's profit from fair shipping prices given to buyers. It seems unjust and unreasonable. I can now understand why some people have moved on from using eBay and switched to other selling platforms.

I received a faulty item and was promised a full refund of £5.49. Despite returning the item to Forbidden Pleasure, I have not received the refund. They sent me an email stating my request was closed, which I did not do. I have attempted to contact Forbidden Pleasure three times, but they have been ignoring me. Trying to reach eBay for assistance has also been unsuccessful. This situation has been ongoing for 2 weeks, causing me stress and unhappiness.

I requested refunds for 8 stamps when the buyer changed their mind and asked for a refund on the postal costs as well. After speaking with an eBay representative, I was told I was right to refuse the additional costs and that no further action was required on my part. Despite this, the refund was processed, and I contested it by explaining that the buyer's change of mind relieved me of the responsibility for the postage fees. I am frustrated that my appeals have been rejected, which is unfair. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate my complaint to the appropriate authorities.
