Hello, I closed my account a few months ago after a one-month subscription. I just noticed that in April and May, a payment went through on my card when I hadn't used the service. I would like a refund as I haven't even opened the app, which is not even on my phone anymore. I want to completely disappear from this site and not leave my account pending as I no longer trust it since $80 was charged to me without my subscription. I joined Zoosk a few months ago and had difficulty setting up my account. I found it not very user-friendly unless you upgraded with more money for a better plan. I have spent over two hours on my computer today and made no progress. Although I hadn't used the site for a while, I noticed a $95 charge on my bank statement. I don't remember upgrading to a different plan, given my confusion during my previous online sessions. I lack the necessary information to access my account again. Around six weeks ago, I canceled my Zoosk online dating subscription as I no longer require it. Following the cancellation, I received a confirmation stating I was successfully unsubscribed. Recently, I discovered an email indicating that I have been automatically renewed with a pending charge of $64.99. This is an error, and I request a refund promptly. I subscribed on 5/31 for 3 months with a receipt as proof of payment. I was able to make the payment successfully. However, I am encountering issues on the website where I can only view and not interact. The website prompts me to subscribe and pay again, then requests an additional fee to receive messages. I have checked my phone settings multiple times. Those I am trying to communicate with believe I am neglecting them and are deleting my profile. This situation is frustrating, especially after paying. The only responses I receive from the website are generic suggestions with no substantial help provided.

I am a Zoosk member and recently received highly offensive messages from another member. His behavior is unacceptable and he should be removed from the platform. The individual, James (62) from Oceanside, made inappropriate and derogatory comments towards me, insinuating that I am a prostitute for using the site and asking for sex. This kind of behavior is alarming and disturbing. I believe he should be banned from Zoosk. I have engaged in positive conversations with other members in the past, but this experience with James has been extremely negative. I urge Zoosk to take action against members who engage in such behavior to maintain a safe and respectful online environment for all users. I can provide our conversation for review if necessary. I have been in NYS for nearly 2 months due to family challenges. I am currently speaking with men from Florida, but it is difficult for them to wait months to meet me. When trying to reset my password, the screen does not prompt me for the next steps. I do not own a personal computer, only access the Zoosk app on my cell phone. I am not satisfied with this dating site. I keep seeing the same profiles and even after removing them, they reappear. My messages go unanswered, which seems odd, and I've noticed other users experiencing the same. I am frustrated that my preferences for a non-smoker, someone taller than me, and specific distance aren't being met. This site doesn't seem to align with its advertised features. A major concern is not being able to tell if someone has read my messages. Additionally, I specified I am interested in males, but profiles of females keep appearing. I have attempted multiple times to cancel my subscription through the app, but each time, I receive an error message asking me to try again later. Despite my relentless efforts, money continues to be deducted from my bank account, which is frustrating. Please cancel my account associated with the email damonkerr74@gmail. The platform is unsatisfactory and not worth the expense. I am displeased that you have withdrawn funds from my account without authorization. The process to cancel the subscription seems intentionally challenging. I started to open a Zoosk account but never activated it and later tried to close or pause it unsuccessfully due to its activation status. However, Zoosk charged $90 to my card for a service I did not receive and no longer want. I am frustrated by the poor business practices of this company and am seeking a refund of $90. I want to bring to your attention that your company has deducted $29.97 and $79.99 from my account on 7/9, even though I have not used your website for 6 weeks and have not authorized any additional charges after my initial payment. Please refund these two amounts promptly. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate the matter to the appropriate ombudsmen. Sneaking in these charges without my consent is unacceptable and needs to be rectified immediately.
