I have been trying to contact Zillow since last week, but I have not been successful. It has been challenging! They need to improve their service to prevent the fraud happening on their website. Many people have contacted me regarding this property. Zillow needs to act immediately to correct this misuse of information, listing homes incorrectly for rent and associating them with a real estate company from another state unrelated to San Diego, California.
If I do not receive a response from Zillow within two days, I will have to involve the police. Zillow should address this situation promptly.

I have been attempting to contact Zillow since last week with no success. I have encountered difficulties and they need to improve their service to prevent fraud on their website.
An issue I am facing involves my profile being used alongside the information of the company where I hold my real estate license. The property at [redacted] Marcwade Dr in San Diego, California is listed showing my profile, even though I am unfamiliar with its location or its owners. This has led to inquiries from multiple individuals regarding the property.
I urge Zillow to promptly address this matter as properties are inaccurately listed for rent and the name of a real estate company from a different state is being misused in San Diego, California.
If I do not receive a response from Zillow within two days, I will have to report this to the police. Zillow should take responsibility and rectify this situation promptly.

I came across a property listed as "For Sale by Owner" on Zillow, with photos of a house, but it's actually for selling a lot/land. This seems like false advertising. I contacted a local agent who didn't seem aware of the details and was not helpful. It's disappointing how misleading this listing is. This experience makes me hesitant to trust Zillow.

While the address provided is accurate at [redacted] Innkeeper Dr, Severn, MD [redacted], the image displayed is of the neighboring property at [redacted] Innkeeper Dr. This mismatch is problematic as the specific house details, including addresses on the homes and curbs, clearly do not align with the listing description. This inaccuracy has led to issues with package deliveries by UPS and FedEx relying on these images. Moreover, it may impact property valuations like Zestimates, influenced by comparable sales data. Attempts have been made to rectify this fault through Google Maps, although the timeline for corrections is beyond my control. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

I am Makgtso Mokiti. I recently applied to rent the condo located at [redacted] N. Wickham Rd. in Melbourne, FL [redacted], owned by De Yao. Following my application submission, there was an issue with my background check provided by Checkr. I received an email notification stating that my background check could not be completed due to incorrect information entered. Checkr prompted me to update my social security and birth date, which I did, but encountered another error message.

I have some concerns about the Zestimate of my house at [redacted] Santa Ana Ave., San Francisco, CA [redacted]. On September 30, it was $2,[redacted],[redacted], and today it is $1,[redacted].[redacted]. The house has four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and [redacted] ft² of livable space. In comparison, a house one block away at [redacted] San Leandro Way, San Francisco, CA, has three bedrooms, one bath, and [redacted] ft² of livable space.
The Zestimate range for my home is $1.6M to $1.92M, while the range for the other home is $1.77M to $2.10M. I believe my home, being remodeled with more bedrooms and bathrooms, should be valued higher. Please review the pictures and video of my home as it is move-in ready. I kindly request a re-evaluation of the Zestimate for my home to reflect its true value. Thank you.

I reside at [redacted] Pioneer Drive in Sylvan Lake, Michigan. I pay property taxes to that city. However, your website wrongly lists my home in Pontiac, affecting its perceived value. Sylvan Lake has 4 zip codes, and my house falls under [redacted], which includes parts of Pontiac and Sylvan Lake. The USPS does not recognize Sylvan Lake within this zip code. My residence is in Sylvan Lake and has its own Tax ID, although a section of my property, the driveway, is in Pontiac with a separate Tax ID. Please update your records to reflect the correct information. Core Logic has already made this correction in their Public Records services. Thank you for your help.

I have a concern with my charming vintage property in Monterey, California, just three blocks from the beach. It is essentially a duplex with two separate units. The first unit, located at [redacted] Park Ave, is a 1-bedroom upstairs unit with ample natural light, a small back deck, and a partial view of the Bay. It is conveniently close to the Naval Postgraduate School, a significant local employer.
The second unit, adjacent to the first one and sharing a wall, is the original 2-bedroom cottage located at [redacted] Park Ave.
My issue lies in the fact that your company has merged all the information regarding both units under the address of [redacted] Park Ave. This has led to confusion among potential renters who see incorrect details like "3 bedrooms, 2 baths" for $[redacted]. Despite repeated attempts to uninstall and reinstall the app, I am still unable to find any leads within my specified parameters. This lack of functionality is hindering my ability to view any properties. I have also requested and installed updates without seeing any improvement. To enhance user experience, I suggest redesigning the filter page to allow for property management by location, county, and city, rather than just by date. I had a listing that expired years ago and did not sell. The owner no longer wants to sell the house and requests the removal of all pictures and details, especially from Zillow. I used to be a Premier Agent but have retired and no longer advertise on Zillow. One of our co-applicants encountered an issue while trying to complete an application through the email invitation. The message displayed stated: "This application invitation link has already been associated with another email. Please contact the primary applicant to verify which co-applicant emails have access to the application. If the primary applicant has not submitted yet, they can also change which co-applicant email has access." This seems confusing. Any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated.

I recently sold my home to Zillow, bought a new home through Zillow, and secured a mortgage with them as well. I was informed that I qualified for the Zillow [redacted] program and was promised a $[redacted] refund within 4-6 weeks after all transactions closed, provided everything was completed within thirty days of each other. It has now been almost 10 weeks since everything closed, and I am still waiting for the refund. I have emails confirming my qualification for the Zillow [redacted] program.

Last night, I posted my rental property without any problems. However, when I tried to access an application for the property, I was prompted to change my password. Despite trying the suggested password, I couldn't do it. An error message appeared, stating that my account is disabled.
