My seller is very concerned about this error. When I tried to address this issue through live chat, they suggested I speak to a computer expert, even though my computer is working fine. I completed Malcolm Whitlock's application on 07/19 and a charge of 29.99 was deducted from my account on that day. Then, on 07/20, I, Anita Evans, submitted my own application and was charged another 29.99 today, 07/26. A Zillow representative informed Malcolm that no application was submitted for him, which is incorrect as I have proof of the double charges from my account for both applications. We both applied for the same address at [redacted] Colony Drive, St. Louis, MO [redacted] separately. I believe Malcolm should be allowed to submit his application for the same address since the payment was made on 07/19. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

The listing looks good, but my house is also appearing under Nearby Homes as a previous sold listing before I bought it. I have emailed them four times using their platform with specific examples, but have received no response. I have also "claimed" both properties on their system to update information and correct inaccuracies, but the Zestimates remain unchanged. The comps shown are not relevant, with values $50 to $100k below the actual value. Despite Zillow boasting about the accuracy of their Zestimates, these two properties are off by 10-20%.
