I did not list my house with your company, yet it appears on your website with outdated pictures from when I purchased it 3 years ago. Agents are contacting me non-stop, which is unacceptable. I demand the immediate removal of all information and images related to my property. It seems that someone mistakenly listed it, and I need this corrected promptly. Please have a representative reach out to me at your earliest convenience. Thank you. - L.B.

As a real estate agent, I'm listing a 4-plex in Phoenix, Arizona for a client. The property management company informed him they can't advertise it for rent on Zillow due to it being listed for sale on the MLS and Zillow directly. He's confused why he can't advertise for sale and rent simultaneously on Zillow. I need help resolving this issue to avoid losing the listing.

I would like to have the photos of our home removed for privacy reasons. I have claimed the home and verified it with my husband, L.M. We bought the home in June [redacted]. However, despite following the steps to delete the photos, when I sign out and view the home, all the photos are still visible online. I have tried calling for assistance but have been unable to reach a live person due to a full mailbox. How can I successfully remove the photos that are still visible to the public? I need help with this issue. Thank you.

I recently reviewed my bill and noticed that I was charged twice in December for the same listing. I have only one property listed at the moment. The charges occurred on November 22nd and 29th, as well as on December 5th and 6th, each for $9.99. I find this amount to be excessive for the month of December. Despite the charges, I have not found a suitable tenant who meets my criteria. I am requesting a refund to my card for the duplicate charge and also would like to receive a full credit for the month of December. I have observed that Apartments.com does not impose similar charges. I personally handle the tenant screening process and do not require this service. I hope for a resolution soon. Thank you, Fran.

I recently reviewed my bill and noticed some discrepancies. I was charged on November 22, 29, December 5, 6, and 14, but I only have one property listed at the moment. I manage tenant qualifications independently and do not require that service. Given that December is a slow month for moves and leads have not been successful, I believe these charges are excessive. Please address this issue promptly.

Hello, I recently had my property listed with a realtor for around 45 days, but it is now off the market. The property address is [redacted] Orsay Way, El Dorado Hills, CA [redacted]. Despite this, Zillow is still displaying pictures of my property. I've attempted to remove them through my Owner profile, but it seems that the property does not appear in my profile. I've reached out to my listing agent, but unfortunately, they have been unable to assist me. I kindly ask for help in removing these pictures since the property is no longer for sale. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

As a homeowner at [redacted] Albany Ave, Brooklyn, NY, I created a Zillow listing for sale by owner. However, when attempting to update the photos and price, I encountered a message stating that only the original poster can make changes. Despite multiple messages to customer support, I haven't received a response. Can someone assist with this issue? Thank you.

My name is Angela B. and I reside at [redacted] Pinecone Court, Alta Sierra, CA [redacted]. My house spans [redacted] sq. ft. with 3 beds and 2 full baths. It features a large concrete driveway, fenced yard, 2-story garage, and 20 ft vaulted ceilings in the great room. The home boasts custom built-ins, a craftsman staircase and fireplace, laminate flooring, and a jacuzzi tub with granite surround. Situated on a rare level lot, my current zestimate is $[redacted],[redacted]. Comparing to my neighbors, [redacted] Alta Sierra is valued at $[redacted],[redacted] with [redacted] sq. ft., [redacted] Pinecone Court at $[redacted],[redacted] with [redacted] sq. ft., [redacted] Alta Sierra at $[redacted],[redacted] with 2,[redacted] sq. ft., and [redacted] Pinecone Ct at $[redacted],[redacted] with 3,[redacted] sq. ft. I aim for a more accurate zestimate of $[redacted],[redacted] - $[redacted],[redacted] as my home is among the high-end properties in Alta Sierra, a mountain resort community. My location is often confused with Wofford Heights, unfairly impacting my zestimate. I kindly request your assistance in updating my home's value. Best wishes for a healthy and happy New Year.
Thank you,

Hello, I am Yefim Massarsky representing YM Design, Inc. I own a single-family residence at 37 Radcliff Road, Waban MA [redacted]. Upon searching this address, it displays the property for sale at $5,[redacted],[redacted], while the current Zestimate is $6,[redacted],[redacted]. Interestingly, when zooming in on the map, there is a black rounded rectangle positioned on the property of 7 Radcliff Rd, showing an off-market Zestimate of $4.16 million. This rectangle, upon hovering, displays a photo of my property and lists my address incorrectly as 37 Radcliffe Rd, with inaccurate bedroom and bathroom counts. This misleading duplicate listing is causing confusion for potential buyers, and I kindly urge for the removal of this off-market page with the incorrect Zestimate promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and feel free to contact me via email for further clarification. I can provide screenshots if necessary.

I have reported an ongoing issue multiple times through Zillow's help center. Over the past year, the information for my home and many others in New Orleans, LA, has been removed from Zillow. Despite being in a well-known area, homes on my street now show wrong information. The database appears to have affected multiple city blocks of data, changing addresses and removing photos. I have submitted three requests in the last 8 months, including detailed screenshots, but have not received any response. I am seeking clarification on whether Zillow is aware of this issue and if they are actively working to resolve it.

Hello, Greenbriar 1 is a 55 and over community with around 5 different models and [redacted] homes. We have the largest model, The Elm, situated on a prime lake lot. We purchased the property in [redacted] and did a complete renovation, including the roof, floors, walls, bathrooms, kitchen, windows, doors, lighting, HVAC, pavers, stone, and driveway.
Recently, Zillow decreased my Zestimate by more than $50,[redacted] while other homes in my community remained unaffected. It seems my home is now being compared to properties outside of our community. My address is 11 Poe Road. Please review the last three sales of the same model nearby that were not renovated or lakefront: 4 Whitman Street, Brick, NJ [redacted]; 44 Watkins Road, Brick, NJ [redacted]; and 55 Blake Circle, Brick, NJ [redacted]. Kindly adjust my Zestimate to align with these recent sales within my community. Thank you for your assistance.
Best,
D.C.

I purchased my condo back in September [redacted] and I am now looking to list it as For Sale By Owner on Zillow. The property address is [redacted] Mississippi Blvd NW, Ste [redacted], Coon Rapids, MN [redacted].
I previously "claimed" my condo on Zillow but recently encountered issues where my updates were repeatedly being erased. Despite my efforts to modify the description and photos, the changes would not stay. Upon contacting Zillow, I was informed about replication problems they were facing.
On January 13, my attempts to update the listing resulted in a message stating that home facts and photos could not be edited due to a change in listing data acquisition for recently sold properties. The listing now shows outdated information from the previous real estate agent who sold me the condo, and my uploaded photos are gone. The MLS # [redacted] still remains on the listing.
The selling real estate agent is no longer in Minnesota, now located in Texas, and I no longer have the option to work with her. I am requesting Zillow to remove the old MLS data so that I can manage and update my own listing independently.

I would like to mention that our home, located at [redacted] Oakridge Dr. in Oscoda, Michigan, is incorrectly listed under Gagetown, Michigan on Zillow. Additionally, Zillow states that they lack vital information about our property to enhance its accuracy. On January 18, [redacted], I provided them with all the updates we have made to our home, such as a large family room with a fireplace, hardwood and tile flooring throughout, and a manicured fenced-in double backyard. I also mentioned more details in the form submitted to Zillow. Our residence is situated in a community with a variety of amenities including a restaurant, clubhouse, tennis and basketball courts, beach access to Lake Huron and Cedar Lake, security services, and more. The annual dues for the property owners' association are $[redacted]. I am hopeful that Zillow can assist in updating our home listing correctly. Thank you. Sincerely, Irene D.

Hello,
I am seeking to refinance my rental property located at [redacted] Laforte Avenue in Syracuse, NY. Zillow has provided a Zestimate of $58,[redacted], which I find unreasonably low. When I purchased the property last year, the seller initially asked for $66,[redacted], but I negotiated it down to $54,[redacted], and I then invested $14,[redacted] in cosmetic upgrades. Given the rise in property values due to various factors, including Covid, I find it perplexing that the Zestimate is only $58,[redacted]. I believe the issue lies in the comparables that Zillow has used, which do not accurately reflect the market value of my property. For example, a nearby property recently sold for $74,[redacted], with similar updates, yet it was not considered as a comparable by Zillow. I urge for a revision of the comparables to avoid further appraisal issues and the need to restart the refinancing process.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
-Ben

I reside at [redacted] Poppy Hills Cv "North" in Georgetown, TX. I receive regular updates from your company regarding property value changes related to what seems to be my property. However, the information provided pertains to a property at [redacted] Poppy Hills Cv "South", which is misleading. I have reached out via email multiple times without any responses. I recently spoke with an agent based in Dallas about having the house value assessed, although my actual intent was to address this discrepancy with a representative. The agent directed me to share my concerns via email at [redacted], but upon searching for it online, I could not find the specified email address. This is my final attempt to resolve this issue with your company.

Hello, this is Colette Wakeman. I've had Zillow accounts in the past for rentals. Yesterday, I submitted all necessary information and photos to list one of our houses for sale. I received the email stating "Listing is on its way" but did not get the automated call. The mix-up seems to be with my accounts reverting to my original business email instead of the personal one I want to use now. I'm unable to log into my personal email address, [redacted], or change its password because it keeps defaulting to [redacted] I can be reached at [redacted]. There's no listing number provided in your emails for reference. I hope to resolve this without having to go through the process again. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Doug Casey, and I have been encountering issues while trying to post my house for sale. I consistently receive an error message stating that the search cannot find my address. I have attempted various methods to resolve this, including inputting different street addresses in the search bar, but only my address, [redacted] Sandy Street, Pikeville, KY [redacted], cannot be located. Previously, my property was listed on Zillow and Trulia through my real estate agent for six months until the contract expired on 12/31/[redacted]. Since then, it has been removed from those sites, prompting me to attempt to sell it independently. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue so that I can successfully list my house for sale. You can reach me at [redacted]. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Douglas Casey

As a photographer, I recently shot a [redacted] tour at [redacted] S Cliff Dr, Green Valley, AZ using Zillow's 3D app. Normally, the app offers the choice to shoot just the tour or add a floor plan. However, when I attempted to shoot the house, the option for the floor plan was missing. Even when I managed to select the floor plan in the past, the icon to use the floor plan "pad" in shots was also missing. Despite reloading the app and trying at three different addresses, the floor plan option remains unavailable. I have uploaded all the necessary [redacted] shots for a floor plan but have been unable to reach anyone at Zillow for assistance via phone or email. It seems my only recourse may be to redo the images with a different device that displays the floor plan option. This situation has been quite frustrating.

As the owner of the property located at [redacted] Rockhill Dr., Lafayette, IN [redacted], I purchased the home on 8/26/[redacted]. Last year, I updated the photos to accurately represent the changes made to the house and landscaping. Unfortunately, the previous owner's photos and information have resurfaced on Zillow, and I am unable to update my own information. Despite contacting my realtor and their manager, no changes were made to the MLS listing since I bought the property. I need to regain control of my listing on Zillow to ensure accurate information and photos are displayed. My current photos are visible on the facts page but not to the public or even to me as the owner. I want to address this issue promptly to prepare for a future sale. It is essential to rectify this situation as soon as possible to reflect the correct details about my property.

After undergoing extensive renovations, my home now boasts a new roof, siding, flooring, appliances, and fixtures. Despite these upgrades, the property appraisal I received was shockingly low. Politicians often engage in similar devaluations, but even State Farm recognized the home's worth by providing a minimum insurance coverage of $[redacted],[redacted] for rebuilding. Additionally, the appraisal does not take into account the fenced-in acre of land the property sits on. I demand that my listing be promptly removed, or legal action will be pursued.
