There are various problems with other listings at the same address, showing under different locations with mismatched banners. I have never included a unit number before and can't edit the address page to add it. My house is currently listed for sale by the owner, but I noticed that the Zillow estimate is lower than expected. In the Sunridge Woods area, there are around 7 pending homes. For reference, a three-bedroom home across the street recently appraised for $[redacted],[redacted]. While it is slightly larger than mine, it does not have a lake view or come fully furnished. Over the past two years, Zillow has inaccurately valued my home. Initially estimating it around the mid $[redacted],000s based on the listing price provided by agents, the value dropped drastically to $[redacted],[redacted] once the listing was removed. I believe this sudden decrease is unjust and could harm my property's worth.
My home boasts [redacted] sq ft, excluding a sunroom of over [redacted] sq ft, situated on about 1.6 acres with approximately [redacted] feet of waterfront. It features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a four-car garage, a [redacted] sq ft wood deck with a hot tub, a cargo lift on the rear patio, and around 1,[redacted] sq ft of covered patios in the front and rear. Additionally, there's a shed, a greenhouse, an added fishing pier, and bulkhead, increasing its value beyond the last appraised amount of $[redacted],[redacted] back in [redacted].
Zillow's current valuation undermines the true value of my waterfront property, deeming it less than $[redacted] per sq ft. I urge Zillow to reassess its estimation methodology to reflect the comprehensive features of my home accurately. We are looking to list our home with your service. However, after setting it up and having it claimed, the listing displayed an old Google Street View photo as the main image. The photo depicts the property during foreclosure and in bad shape. I filled out an application and completed all the necessary steps, including my background check. The landlord informed me that there is a delay with my background check. When I tried to access my report through Checkr, it showed that it does not exist.
I am concerned about missing out on the opportunity to rent the house. Can you confirm if Zillow has sent my background request to Checkr? I need this to be resolved quickly.

The person refused to provide a phone number, didn't want to complete a rental application, and suggested sending a cashier's check for the security deposit and rent. This experience has negatively impacted my listing on Zillow, and I will need to pay an additional $9.99 to renew it due to this fraudulent response. I recently purchased the property at [redacted] Deermoss Way North, Jacksonville, Florida. The Zestimate for this home had been $[redacted],[redacted] for the past few weeks, but suddenly it has increased to $[redacted],[redacted]. This change occurred after I mentioned to the realtor that the Zestimate was $[redacted],[redacted] while the listing price was $[redacted],[redacted], and she indicated it would change.
I am perplexed by this sudden shift, as I have checked numerous properties sold in the area this year where the Zestimates have not changed. The average Zestimate for all properties sold or listed this year ranges between $[redacted],[redacted] to $[redacted],[redacted], and this property is the only one that increased last night.
