I am experiencing issues with my Zillow listing. My home transitioned from being listed with Omni Realty to FSBO with Congress Realty. However, after Congress updated the MLS listing, my Zillow posting reverted back to the previous language from the Omni listing. It needs to reflect either my original listing after the Omni agreement ended or the new language Congress entered in the MLS. Furthermore, the view count seems inaccurate as it was initially showing 9 views but now appears as 0, despite knowing there have been views. The Trulia listing also does not match the current language and does not show up on the map during a general search. It’s important to have these issues resolved promptly. I am experiencing an issue with my Zillow listing. My home was previously listed with Omni Realty, but I've switched to FSBO with Congress Realty. Today, Congress Realty added the new listing with MLS, and I noticed that the Zillow listing has reverted to the language used by Omni Realty. The view count on Zillow also seems to be incorrect. Initially, it showed views, but now it remains static. Similarly, my Trulia listing does not match the current language and is missing from the map in a general search on Trulia. Hello,
I recently listed my home for sale at [redacted] Hunters Creek Dr, West Melbourne, FL [redacted]. Initially, the shopper save count was negative, but it has now turned positive. I'm curious why it was negative at first.
Additionally, I've noticed discrepancies in the analytics for views per day on the owner view. The counts for certain days have been changing, with Friday's count going from 74 to [redacted], Saturday's from 0 to 37, and Sunday's still showing 0. The total views since listing don't seem to match up with the daily views.
Any information or clarification would be greatly appreciated.

I previously had my home listed as FSBO on Zillow, but I have now switched to using a realtor. I received a call from your office, and after explaining that I was unsure how to remove all the old FSBO information and photos, I was told it would be taken care of. Currently, the realtor's information is visible, but there are no pictures of the realtor. We invested in professional pictures through the realtor for our property. I am worried about the way Zillow is handling my listing. The customer service is lacking, as no one returns my calls and the information on the Help site is inaccurate. I listed my home for sale by owner over 72 hours ago, but it has not been verified by Zillow and is still not posted. I urge Zillow to improve their processes. The property at [redacted] Ocean Harbor Drive, Oceanside, NY [redacted] is listed for rent, but as the owner, I do not want my home to be listed for rent. I have tried to remove and edit the listing multiple times without success. Although I claimed ownership of the property once, I still cannot edit the post. It seems to be linked to a Century 21 listing which I am not affiliated with. I have been unable to contact them to rectify the issue. Please either grant me the access to edit my own home listing or remove it entirely, including the inaccurate rental history since I purchased the property. This situation has been ongoing for too long, so I would appreciate a prompt resolution. Thank you.

On Zillow Rentals, the information and description displayed to the public are incorrect. The description dates back to when I listed my homes in [redacted] and [redacted]. This issue just surfaced two days ago, and although I can't edit it from the public view, the details on the rental manager page are accurate. The section "WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY" cannot be edited either, and it mirrors my previous description. There is misleading information stating a washer, dryer, and refrigerator are provided, which is untrue. Despite multiple attempts to correct it, the edits are not going through. Additionally, the rental estimates fluctuate during weekdays and weekends, causing confusion for potential tenants. My concern extends to Trulia, as the incorrect location of my home needs to be addressed on their platform as well. Thank you, Rae Beale.

I noticed that the Zestimate for my property is inaccurate. I removed it from the market due to the inability to correct the figures. I observed that some properties do not have a Zestimate displayed below the sale price. How does this occur? I need to sell my house as I sadly lost my husband in January. The analysis provided does not seem to be based on similar homes in my neighborhood but rather on the zip code. Those working with a realtor may be informed of this discrepancy, but many users browse the site independently. I would appreciate a response. Thank you.

I own a property at 24 Lyford Drive in Tiburon, CA, that I am trying to rent out. The rental details are accurate, but the Zestimate is incorrect. I attempted to update it, but it says I am not the listing owner. The current contact information listed is the leasing manager, but I am the owner. I left a voice message with your team today, but I haven't received a callback. I need assistance with editing the Zestimate.

My spouse and I are currently living in central California and hoping to relocate to the Gold Hill region of Oregon. I have been attempting to contact the Property Management company for several weeks to request the necessary forms to add my name to the list for viewing the house at 85 Estremado Street. Despite providing Shelly with my email address for the forms, it has been over a week and I have not received anything. I have left multiple voicemails but have not received a response. This home seems like a good fit for us, and we are looking for a rental under $[redacted] in the Gold Hill area. We are listing our house for sale by owner on Zillow. We have claimed the property at [redacted] 4th St, Chetek, WI and uploaded photos and details. However, there seems to be an issue with Zillow showing 2 properties at the same address. The map displays one dot on the street and another on the house, when in reality, the house sits on two city lots spanning almost half an acre of land. We have a large 3-year-old garage and recently renovated the interior with Amish wood floors, new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, appliances, and more. Despite these upgrades, Zillow's Zestimate is lower than the purchase price, which does not reflect the added value. We have tried to clarify the location of the garage by uploading a photo, but it's still not accurately represented. Can you adjust the property lines to show the full extent of the lots and combine the Zestimates? Please consider the upgrades and landscaping we've done when valuing the property. I recently listed a property on the MLS at [redacted] E Greensboro Ln, Anaheim Hills. There are inaccuracies on Zillow and Trulia that need to be addressed. Firstly, on Zillow, the zestimate shows $895K, while Redfin estimates $1.2M. The discrepancy seems to stem from outdated information, as my client has since renovated the property, and a nearby home sold for $988K recently, with fewer upgrades and square footage than ours. I believe our property's value should be higher.
Secondly, Trulia incorrectly states that the property was listed for $9M, whereas the correct price is $1.15M. To clarify, the property was never listed for $9M. I would appreciate it if you could review and rectify these errors. Thank you!

I completed most sections, paid for the credit and background checks, but as a full-time student without employment, I lack income details. My real estate agency recently received a customer complaint regarding Zillow displaying the wrong location for a listed property. It has been discovered that nine properties at the address are incorrectly situated on the Zillow map due to the property being part of a resort with multiple units but all under one street address. The resort units should be positioned near a lake, yet Zillow indicates they are on a mountain.
The address in question is [redacted] County Road 44, Leesburg, AL [redacted]. To help correct Zillow's mapping for these properties, the accurate coordinates for MLS#[redacted] are 34.[redacted], -85.[redacted].
