Hello, I checked my Zestimate and noticed a mistake. Instead of my main house, the studio in the back was shown with all the information and rental ad. I recently listed my home for sale by owner three days ago. I completed the phone verification process the same day and received confirmation that the listing was live shortly after. However, after making some adjustments to the map to reflect the correct zip code, my listing vanished. Now, when I search for it, the address cannot be found. I have tried to resolve this by messaging the customer service team twice through my account and leaving a voicemail, as it seemed to be the only available option. Unfortunately, I have not received any response yet. I attempted to call again, but now the mailbox is full. I am still working on getting my listing back up and correctly displayed on the map.

A few months ago, we listed our home for sale with Century 21/Empire Realty SE and our realtor, Craig DeAtley, in Portsmouth Ohio. The address is 93 Forrest Avenue, near South Shore, KY [redacted]. A buyer made an offer that we accepted, but he couldn't get a loan due to his student debt, and the deal fell through. We then switched to a new realtor, Cathy Galloway, from Century 21/Brooks Wells in Ashland, KY. However, our property is still incorrectly listed on Zillow as pending sale at the old price. I am still facing an unresolved issue. I have attempted to contact support four times and have left messages regarding my active FSBO listing at [redacted] Victoria Drive in Friday Harbor, WA. The Zestimate provided appears significantly lower and could potentially be causing issues. Despite my listing being fine, active, and set up easily, the disparity in Zestimates is concerning. One of our comparables listed at $1.[redacted] million has a Zestimate of $1.[redacted] million, while ours is listed at $1.[redacted] million but valued much lower. Additionally, one of our key comparables at $1.[redacted] million is not even included in your estimation list. I would appreciate a prompt response to address this matter since my previous four phone calls have not been returned.

I am looking for assistance from someone who is genuinely interested in selling the property we are interested in purchasing. When I reached out by phone, I had to persistently call until I spoke with "Kenya." Unfortunately, she answered quite rudely and did not introduce herself as a realtor. Upon expressing my interest in promptly buying the land, she mentioned she would gather information and call me back. Regrettably, I haven't received a callback, as her voicemail has been full since my initial call, and she has not responded to my texts either. Despite confirming the property's availability, the lack of follow-up and communication is disappointing. It is zoned for nightly rentals, lakefront, offers lake views, and features an unfinished basement totaling 3,[redacted] square feet under the roof. Additionally, there is a detached 30x40 garage with a completed 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on approximately 3.5 acres of land. The basement is ready for completion with plumbing and HVAC already installed, requiring only walls and finishing touches. The current listing on Zillow is significantly misleading. I have been receiving fraudulent text messages via your system, resulting in unwarranted charges to real estate agents' accounts. Someone is using your forms to target me, and I have identified the larger company responsible as well as their IP address.
Following a dispute with this company, they began texting me illegally right after our call. Upon informing them of their misconduct, they repeatedly entered my information into your forms.

I recently received an email inviting me to apply for a rental property, per the instructions of a prospective landlord, and my son also received the same invitation. After I applied, paid, and submitted our applications, we attempted to do the same using my son's email address. Unfortunately, we were unable to proceed as there was nothing displayed on his end. Upon contacting the landlord, I was informed about the issues with Zillow and was requested to revert back to the previous method through TransUnion. The landlord tried accessing our reports but was unsuccessful. Subsequently, my reports seem to have disappeared, even though I was charged for them. When I logged back in, both my application and reports were missing, and I found myself with a 30-day paid subscription to Zillow. I am seeking a full refund and requesting the removal of all private information Zillow required for the application from your databases. Thank you, Linda P.

I am not receiving any visits or saved reports on the owner view registered on both properties. There seems to be a technical issue on your side, and I rely on Zillow for this information and appreciate your website. Please review both properties and address this issue.
