I noticed a discrepancy in the listing of my property on your website. The value displayed is considerably lower than neighboring properties, and it states that the house was sold for $170k in [redacted], which is inaccurate as I have resided at this address for over 12 years without any sale. This misinformation undermines the credibility of your website. I kindly request for this error to be rectified promptly. My address is [redacted] Jenkintown Road, Elkins Park, PA. The displayed sale amount of $[redacted]-$170k in [redacted] is incorrect, and I would appreciate an immediate update. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This is my fourth request to address an error!
The property I bought in April [redacted] is currently listed as "pending."
This is inaccurate.
We have contacted the listing agent, who reassured us that all reputable websites have the correct information.
RedFin and REALTOR.com show our house as sold on 4/19/18, but not Zillow.
Why is there a discrepancy?
We need to post it for rent but are unable to due to this error.
The customer service phone line plays a message saying their office is closed, despite their listed business hours.
Do we need legal assistance to resolve this issue properly?

Our Zillow estimate has been decreasing daily, dropping by $21,[redacted] in the past 30 days. The value per square foot has also decreased by 13.4%. We recently made significant upgrades to our property, including a new wood fence, custom storm-resistant sliding glass doors, and new HVAC units, all completed to code specifications. Our house features oak floors, a fireplace, and vaulted ceilings in the living room and sunroom. The marble-tiled bathrooms are also up to code, and our professionally landscaped yard includes accent lighting. Despite these improvements, our home's value is lower than others in the neighborhood, which consists of million-dollar properties. We kindly request a re-evaluation of our home's value to accurately reflect its worth in the current market. Thank you, Donna and Warren Wilson.

I am currently in the process of listing a house for rent. I recently changed realtor agents, and despite my old agent removing the listing without photos from the MLS five days ago, it is still appearing on Zillow. The old agent advised that he can't control Zillow as it updates automatically. The listing was successfully removed from realtor.com but not from Zillow. My new agent added the property back to the MLS last night, but only the old listing without photos is showing on Zillow. I need the correct listing with photos to be updated on Zillow promptly to attract potential tenants to view the property.
The property address is [redacted] Blackhawk Ct, St Charles, IL, [redacted].
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulties activating my rental listing on the Zillow Rental Property Manager app due to an account verification issue. I have successfully listed this rental in previous years without any problems. When I tried to edit it yesterday to change the address from [redacted] Raintree Circle to [redacted] W Brook Dr in Soldotna, AK, the problems arose, especially in attempting to list as a rental property manager instead of the owner, despite having a property manager. I would appreciate any assistance in getting my listing active again. Thank you.

My listing is inactive, displaying the wrong address, although my photos are there. I can't log in due to system issues that prompt repeatedly for login, rejecting my changed password. It suggests new accounts or other email addresses. My clients see the listing as off-market. The property's MLS address is [redacted] N Brooke Flower Cr, but my photos appear under [redacted] Brookflower Ln AND [redacted] Brookeflower Ln, which form a circle. An email subject line reads: "Your Daily Listing Report: [redacted] N Brooke Flower Cir, Lake Charles, LA [redacted]." Please reach out promptly at [redacted] or the correct email: [redacted]

Hello,
I need assistance! We have tried twice to reach out to Zillow through the general contact link since July 1, but have not received any replies. We contacted you from [redacted]
Last Friday, June 29, we listed our second condo for rent on Zillow and also applied to use the Rental Manager. After waiting three days for review, Zillow declined our listing on Sunday. We also observed that the other rental listings in our building disappeared too. Our address at [redacted] Boulevard, Atlanta, mainly has privately-owned condos like ours converted from apartments in [redacted], but there is one building not converted and managed by a corporation.
On July 1, Zillow removed all rental listings for privately-owned condos in other buildings but allowed listings for the commercial apartment building next door. Today, even those listings are gone, except for one condo.
While on the site, we were asked for our business name. Not being real estate professionals, we made up a name. Could this be causing an issue? I tried to remove it but failed.
We have only one condo to rent, as shown in our attached County Property Report or this link: [redacted].
Please assist! Our pleas for help on Sunday and Tuesday went unanswered.
Thank you,
B.G. and J.S.

Hello,
I want to bring to light a recent change concerning the ZIP code for Smyrna, GA. Effective March 1, [redacted], the United States Post Office integrated Smyrna, GA into the [redacted] ZIP code. Previously, this ZIP code only served Mableton, GA. As a result, residents of Smyrna were previously issued a mailing address in Mableton. However, our physical address is now officially recognized as [redacted] Hillcrest Way, SE, Smyrna, GA [redacted]. Unfortunately, Zillow has not updated their system to reflect this change. Consequently, our listings in Smyrna, GA [redacted] are not appearing on Zillow, while they are showing on Redfin. Trulia acknowledges our location but doesn't display our current listings. This issue affects over [redacted] homes in our vicinity including Vinings Estates and Lakeview at Vinings. Thank you for addressing this matter.

I had listed my house for sale on Zillow but then decided to rent it temporarily. When I realized I couldn't secure enough mortgage for both properties, I changed my mind and decided to sell it. However, Zillow only kept the rental listing and removed the for sale option. Despite my attempts to remove the rental listing, it still shows up when I search. I've tried deleting everything and starting over, but I'm unable to completely remove the rental listing. I urgently need to sell the house to proceed with buying a new one. It's been offline for three days. Please assist me in resolving this issue and getting my house back online for sale.

I have been corresponding with Jeanelyn G. from Zillow Help Center to fix an issue with my home listing in Blanchard ID. After a failed sale, I tried to update my listing but encountered a message saying my home was listed by an agent, which it wasn't. Jeanelyn G. attempted to help by releasing the claim on my property page, but now most of my pictures are gone, and I still can't edit my listing. I'm worried about how someone claiming to be an agent accessed my account. I just want to add the missing pictures and list my home again. I believe realtors in the area discourage FSBO for their commission. I want to use Zillow's services to sell my home and will provide my password if necessary. Please assist me with resolving this issue. Thank you. Jim Taylor

I am in the process of selling my home and decided to check the Zillow estimate online. Surprisingly, it showed the value as $[redacted],[redacted], which is the price of bare land. The listing displayed 0 bedrooms, 0 bathrooms, and no square footage details. After updating the information, the new estimated value for "my eyes only" was $[redacted],[redacted]. However, the original estimate has not changed despite my corrections. A potential buyer visited and is convinced that Zillow's value is accurate, causing frustration. Comparable houses in the neighborhood recently sold for $[redacted],[redacted] and $[redacted],[redacted]. I need guidance on rectifying this issue with Zillow's estimate.

This is the third time I'm reaching out regarding my rental property listing being inaccurate. The listing should mention 6 rooms, not 13, and there is no cottage available for rent. The information seems to be mixed up from the previous Zestimate data I provided. I will have to deactivate the listing until this issue is resolved. Please contact me at [redacted] to discuss this further. I am disappointed with the response time. The property is located at [redacted] Gravenstein Ave, Sebastopol, CA [redacted], and it is listed for rent at $[redacted]. It is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath property.

I have potential tenants, and I am the landlord. They submitted their applications, and I need to review them. However, I got locked out after my identity verification. I need to be unlocked as soon as possible as I can't wait for 24 hours. The questions asked during the process seemed unusual to me. I contacted Equifax, and they verified my identity with questions related to my credit file, which I answered correctly. Please unlock me quickly as Equifax is open until 8 p.m. and can help me with the verification questions you provided. Thank you.

I am seeking assistance for a recurring issue my client, Rick Coleman, and his wife are experiencing when trying to submit a testimonial on my Zillow page. Despite numerous attempts, they are unable to complete the process due to an error message prompting them to reload the page, erasing all entered information. As a buyer's agent, I rely on testimonials to enhance my profile on Zillow.com. Please help me address this issue to ensure a smoother testimonial submission process for my clients. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am puzzled by the valuation of my house compared to my neighbor's. Despite being in a more exclusive area, my property seems undervalued while my smaller house next door has a higher zestimate. The market appreciation is lagging behind, and the comps used seem to be from less desirable locations far from my home. It's frustrating that these disparities exist with no way to address them directly. Additionally, I have noticed that all my photo images have disappeared without any backups, leaving me disappointed in the premier real estate platform. Any help you can provide would be highly valued.

I reside at [redacted] Holland Ave., Apt. 6, Dallas, TX [redacted]. There are discrepancies in my Housing location, Zestimate, and Zestimate history on your platform. The top header on my property listing displays inaccurate information, listing the address as "[redacted] Cedarplaza Ln" instead of "[redacted] Holland." The map location and neighborhood market area are also incorrect. My Zillow history, which used to span 10 years, has been reduced to 1 year or less possibly due to the listing error. Comparing my listing to that of [redacted] Holland Ave, Apt. 17, Dallas, Texas [redacted] reveals differences in Zestimate data presentation. My townhome community has similar characteristics, yet my Zestimate lacks crucial data points such as tax information and market appreciation. Other units in my community have Zestimates ranging from $[redacted]/sq.ft. to $[redacted]/sq.ft., while mine currently shows $[redacted]/sq.ft. or $[redacted],[redacted], significantly lower than previous valuations. The system error has caused my Zestimate to be inaccurate and conflicting, impacting my property value assessment. I attempted to edit the listing information to no avail. My Redfin estimate stands at $[redacted],[redacted], further supporting the need for corrective action to restore my Zillow history and revise the Zestimate to a more realistic value of $[redacted],[redacted] using comparable sales data.

I recently listed my property at [redacted] Fox Ridge Drive, Weston, Fl on Zillow, but unfortunately, the address is no longer showing up correctly. Initially, the listing was fine, but after a modification to the lot's square footage, the address disappeared. Despite my effort to correct the information, the listing now appears as not for sale. Even though Zillow claimed it was fixed, the address still shows up as off-market when searched. On my realtor hub, the address is also missing. I am confused about how this happened and who made these changes. I would appreciate a call to discuss this matter and get it resolved promptly.

Dear Zillow.com,
As a landlord, I am having trouble accessing the reports you sent for the rental property at [redacted]-B Yanceyville St, Greensboro, NC [redacted]. The verification process seems to be blocking me consistently, even after checking with Experian to confirm my information. I am facing repeated challenges in the verification process without clear guidance on what information may be incorrect. Could you clarify which third-party databases Zillow uses apart from Experian for verification purposes? I need to rectify any inaccuracies to proceed with reviewing my tenant applications. Alternatively, is there an alternative method to confirm my identity for accessing the reports?
Thank you,
J.G.
