Hello,
I am S.A., the homeowner at [redacted] West 3rd Street, Rochester, MI [redacted]. My residence features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2,[redacted] square feet, and has received various upgrades such as newer windows, roofs, driveway, sidewalks, and bathrooms. The house is situated on a double-sized lot in the heart of downtown Rochester, offering a prime location. Comparable homes in the area have sold for $[redacted],[redacted] to $1,[redacted],[redacted], none as close to downtown as mine, and only one with a double-sized lot.
The Zestimate price of $[redacted],[redacted] for my property seems inaccurate considering the recent market trends, with the previous estimate at $[redacted],[redacted]. The latest data shows a 1.5% increase in [redacted] home values over the past year. My asking price is competitive and below market value. I kindly request a review of this information to update the Zestimate for my property accurately.
Thank you.

The Zillow estimate for our listed home was $[redacted],[redacted] a month ago, then dropped to $[redacted],[redacted] yesterday, and now it's down to $[redacted],[redacted] today, a sudden decrease of $27,[redacted]. We are concerned about the accuracy as we have it listed for $[redacted],[redacted], and believe it's worth more than $[redacted],[redacted]. The property is located at [redacted] Sandpoint Road, Ft. Wayne, IN [redacted]. Additionally, our home has a 2-car attached garage, not reflected correctly on the listing which currently shows as NO garage. Furthermore, the basement description is inaccurate; we have a partially finished basement with a workshop area, not just a crawlspace or raised basement. Thank you for addressing these discrepancies!

Recently, I noticed that Zillow has recalculated the value of our home, and it now shows a decreasing trend over the past year and a half. Originally valued at $174k, it suddenly dropped to $137k. This adjustment seems unusual as our property is larger and has more features compared to neighboring homes listed at higher prices. It's concerning as this could impact our ability to sell or refinance the house. Interestingly, the property next to us with similar features was valued higher, raising questions about why there's such a gap. Perhaps the recent change in our loan provider, Wells Fargo, could be a factor. In contrast, the tax assessment values the property at $156k, more in line with our expectations. - R.V.C. [redacted]

Hello, I have been a Realtor for over 17 years in Virginia. My wife has noticed that when she searches for our home on Zillow, it is not showing up. I am concerned if this is an issue on my end or a Zillow problem. Additionally, I would like to understand how the Zestimate for our property is calculated. Our home, located at [redacted] Rockport Landing Ct. Midlothian VA [redacted], has [redacted] finished SF, 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths, one half bath, situated on a 3/4 acre landscaped lot. Despite recent sales in our neighborhood, our house does not appear in searches. We disagree with the valuation Zillow has provided as we believe it is not accurate given the improvements and maintenance we have done. We feel that Zillow's information is not supporting our home sale efforts. Please assist me with this matter. Thank you.

I have a home listed for sale by owner on Zillow in Waconia, MN. My home's zestimate recently decreased by $20,[redacted]. After reviewing other Zillow listings in the area, I noticed homes represented by premier agents had their zestimates increase by $20,[redacted] or more, suggesting potential marketing manipulation rather than an accurate valuation. Despite a stable market in our town, my zestimate remained unchanged for over two years until I listed as a for sale by owner. Feedback from two showings indicated potential buyers were dissuaded by agents contacted through Zillow. Our Zillow listing experience has been disappointing, seemingly more favorable to licensed agents and counterproductive to FSBO sellers. Unfortunately, customer service has been unreachable by phone despite multiple attempts from various numbers. It appears our inquiries are being ignored while friends contacting on our behalf were bombarded with responses. I kindly request a Zillow representative to reach out to address our concerns.

As a real estate agent, my office and MLS are currently experiencing difficulties in getting our listings to show on realtor and Zillow. While this issue is being addressed, I have a new listing that I need to add to these platforms. I have successfully managed to upload the listing on Realtor.com by providing them with the necessary information. However, I am encountering challenges with Zillow as I am not a premier agent. Despite creating an account, I am unable to locate the "Listings" option to add my listing. I reached out to the help desk on Friday, but I am still awaiting a response. Upon attempting to contact Zillow, I discovered they were closed at 9:30am. I am eager to resolve this matter promptly and appreciate any guidance or assistance you can offer.

The algorithm's valuation of my house does not accurately reflect its true value. The repair investments made in the property are not being considered, leading to a lower estimate. The comparison homes selected are not in the same location and are not move-in ready, unlike mine. It seems like there is no human oversight on the AI's suggestions. This inaccurate valuation is hindering my ability to sell the property. Receiving two lower estimations within a month feels targeted. My property at [redacted] Locust Street, Brownsville, Pennsylvania should be compared to [redacted] Front St, Brownsville, PA, not [redacted] Angle St, Brownsville, PA. A reevaluation by a human assessor is necessary to provide a more realistic valuation.

I would like to address an issue regarding my shared property with my brother, Bruce Jones. Recently, he falsely claimed ownership of our house on Zillow, impacting its market value. The property's listing experienced a sudden drop in price on Zillow, causing a significant discrepancy from the original valuation. This situation is hindering my efforts to place the house on the market as planned. I urge for prompt assistance to rectify this matter and restore the accurate listing price. Additionally, the historical valuation data of the property seems to be unavailable, further complicating the situation. I can be reached at [redacted] by Ruth Gillis. Thank you for your prompt attention to this urgent matter.

I recently discovered that my property on Zillow has been incorrectly listed, potentially leading to higher property taxes. My property tax bill from April 5, [redacted], in Gwinnett County, GA, showed a valuation of $[redacted],[redacted], not the $[redacted],[redacted] as listed on Zillow. Despite Zillow showing my townhome as having 3 bedrooms, it has always only had 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Additionally, Zillow incorrectly includes around 2,[redacted] square feet of property that is not owned by me but by the property development corporation. These inaccuracies on Zillow must be addressed. I plan to contact Gwinnett County to confirm if they rely on Zillow information for determining the taxable value of my home.

I am currently selling my home in the Blossom Valley area of El Cajon through REX. On Trulia, when I search for "Blossom Valley, El Cajon," my house appears. However, on Zillow, it does not show up. According to my REX agent, Zillow's boundaries for Blossom Valley do not include our property. We have always been recognized as part of Blossom Valley with our horse property spanning over 2 acres in the [redacted] zip code. A potential buyer who lives in the area and specifically sought out homes in Blossom Valley couldn't find our listing on Zillow, even though she knew we were in the area. Some homes built by the same builder as ours are listed under Blossom Valley while others are not. Kindly address this issue promptly to ensure accurate search results for interested buyers.

I am having difficulty accessing the credit reports and background check reports for rental property applicants. Despite the reports showing as available with countdown dates for viewing, I keep encountering an error message when attempting to open the files. I have tried contacting customer service multiple times through online submissions and calls but have received no response. If this issue persists, I may need to advise the applicants to dispute the charges with their credit card company and seek alternative services for background and credit checks. This has been a frustrating experience for me as a first-time user of Zillow's services.

Two days ago, my home at 9 Huntley Street, Malden, MA [redacted], was listed on your website for roughly $[redacted],[redacted]. Today, it is listed at $[redacted],[redacted], a $22,[redacted] decrease. The data for the last 30 days regarding its value is now unavailable. I attempted to claim the home successfully but received a message stating it had already been claimed. The property is held in trust, and I am the trustee along with my brother, owning the home equally. My brother, Bruce J., does not have executive rights to claim the house. I am seeking assistance to have 9 Huntley Street claimed under my name, Ruth G., the trustee. I am also looking for an explanation regarding the price decrease and if my brother had any involvement in it. I possess documentation proving my trusteeship, which is reflected in public records. Please provide guidance as I intend to sell the house soon, and the reduced price on Zillow may impact its marketability.

I need to update the contact information for Youle Realty, located in Fort Collins, CO. I recently took over the role of administrative assistant/listing agent from Kelly Hixon. Kindly remove Kelly Hixon's email ([redacted]) from our account and replace it with my email, Jessica Gordon ([redacted]). I am looking to become the primary account manager for our company. I am hoping to retain all our current listings, including pictures and information, without starting a new account. Your prompt assistance in making this adjustment would be greatly appreciated.

My spouse and I are currently listing our property located at [redacted] Wentworth St., Charleston, SC [redacted]. We have contemplated selling for some time now. Approximately two years ago, I casually searched for our home online and noticed an estimated value of $1.1 million. Given the house's age, condition, and prime location, its value has significantly appreciated since then. The latest appraisal values the property at $1.3 million. However, your website still displays the outdated $1.1 million estimate. I frequent your site to explore homes in potential relocation areas. Discrepancies like this make it seem like the realtor/seller are not being transparent, and it could impact the sale of our house based on your Zestimate. Your failure to update the information for the past two years may adversely affect us as we enter the market. I kindly request clarity on your plans to rectify this situation. Thank you.

I would like to address the issue with the property listing at [redacted] Plantation Drive in Franklin Twp., Carbon County, PA. The main photo on your site showcasing a partially cleared lot is misleading. Upon inspection, the actual lot is entirely wooded, not what was depicted. This discrepancy caused confusion and disappointment during our visit with a builder. Being in search of a suitable lot for a long time, realizing the misinformation was disheartening. I urge for more honesty and integrity in property representation to avoid such letdowns. This experience has deterred me from using your site in the future and I will caution others as well. Thank you. - B. S.

I recently noticed that my Zestimate for my property at [redacted] North Naches, Buckley WA [redacted] drastically dropped from $291K to $261K overnight. It doesn't make sense as the neighboring homes have seen an increase in value. Both houses next to mine went up by $17K in 30 days, while mine supposedly decreased by over $5K in the same period, although in reality the decrease was $30K. My property has historically held a higher value than these neighboring homes due to its size and land. I believe there might be an error causing this significant drop, and I kindly request it to be rectified or an explanation provided for this sudden decrease. Thank you for your assistance.

A few days ago my house was listed at $[redacted],[redacted] on your website, but now it shows as $[redacted],[redacted]. The price drop to $[redacted],[redacted] is concerning as I plan to list my house soon. I noticed that the current price is lower than the listing on realtor.com, which is $[redacted],[redacted]. The comparable houses used seem to be older and smaller in square footage than mine. I have other properties in mind that could serve as better comparables but I can't seem to get them to be considered. I would like the price to be reconsidered and brought closer to the realtor.com listing. I had a disappointing experience with Zillow. Despite the efficient services offered, navigating the home buying process as a newcomer was overwhelming. The agent, possibly named David with the phone number [redacted], demonstrated unprofessional behavior when I chose to work with a different realtor. His reaction and attempts to guilt-trip me were inappropriate and offensive. I feel it's important for realtors to handle such situations with more professionalism and understanding. It's understandable that they work on commission, but customers should not feel pressured or guilt-tripped for choosing what they believe is best for them. I hope Zillow can improve their training for agents on how to respectfully interact with customers who opt to work with someone else. Thank you for providing support options for me during this upsetting experience.
