I am experiencing a huge frustration. My original account has been reinstated, but there are issues with the Zestimate that need correction. I followed the request to reset my email password, but upon doing so, I received a welcome email from Zillow, indicating a new account despite it being my original one. When attempting to log in, I was directed to [redacted], which is not the correct account. I need the account [redacted] to be deleted, as I am trying to access my reinstated original account with the email [redacted] My Zestimate needs to reflect the information of my original account as of April 18, [redacted]. I received an email regarding the Zestimate on April 18, [redacted], providing the details of [redacted] E Campo Bello Dr, Phoenix, AZ. The Zestimate displayed is $[redacted],[redacted], and it reflects a correction that I need to be applied to my account [redacted] immediately.

We listed our house at [redacted] Beverlyhill Street, Houston, TX [redacted] for $[redacted],[redacted] on 4-24-[redacted]. Prior to listing, the Zestimate was $[redacted],[redacted]. However, on Friday 4-26-[redacted], our Zestimate was lowered to $[redacted],[redacted] overnight. This sudden decrease to a lower value of the house seems unjust. The Harris County Appraisal District values our home at $[redacted],[redacted], with a market estimate of $[redacted],[redacted], emphasizing the excellent condition of the property. The drastic change in Zestimate, without any significant market shifts in Houston, raises concerns about the fairness and accuracy of the valuation. This abrupt modification undermines the trust in the Zestimate platform. As we have an upcoming open house, we urge a prompt reassessment to reflect a more reliable and unbiased estimate closer to the actual market value.

Good Morning, I contacted customer care yesterday regarding the incorrect sold price displayed for my home on Zillow. The inaccurate sold price reappeared, causing a significant drop in my zestimate from [redacted] K to [redacted] K. We are preparing to list our home and it is crucial to have an accurate zestimate. I have always relied on Zillow, and ensuring accuracy is vital for potential buyers. Our home was purchased for over [redacted] K less than 3 years ago, and our model home is valued at [redacted] K+. I kindly request the correct 'sold price' to be updated or completely removed, not just hidden. Your prompt assistance in rectifying this issue is greatly appreciated. Subject: Zillow Zestimate Discrepancy for Property at [redacted] N. Lake Shore Drive #10A, Chicago, IL To Zillow Care, The Zestimate for [redacted] N. Lake Shore Drive #10A, Chicago, IL [redacted] shows as $[redacted],[redacted], significantly lower than the previous listing price of $[redacted],[redacted] from April 4, [redacted]. The Cook County Assessor’s office lists the RealAVM™ for this property as $[redacted],[redacted] as of April 19, [redacted], highlighting a substantial difference. Despite reporting the discrepancy on April 8, [redacted], it was only addressed on April 16, [redacted], attributing the issue to Google, which was deemed unsatisfactory by my client. A subsequent email on April 27, [redacted], points out that the Zillow listing is still incorrect, impacting the property's perceived value. It is essential for Zillow Care to rectify these discrepancies promptly to avoid any negative implications for both the property and the building as a whole. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance, A

I am a homeowner at [redacted] Mercury Street in Inverness, FL. I noticed that Zillow's estimate of my home's value is significantly lower than other websites. Several sites, including Realtor.com, value my home at approximately $20,[redacted] more than Zillow does. This difference could potentially impact my home's resale value if not corrected promptly. Trulia also values my home at a higher amount compared to Zillow. I kindly request a review of this discrepancy in valuation to ensure accuracy. Thank you.

Our account seems to have been compromised. The estimated value appears to be overstated by over $[redacted],[redacted] compared to a recent appraisal and other real estate websites like Realtor.com and Trulia. We are currently addressing this issue and are working on identifying the hacker. This serves as a warning for both buyers and sellers to be vigilant as others can gain access to your information. It would be beneficial if there was a security service like LifeLock for real estate transactions. In the current competitive market, similar properties are selling for expected amounts. The sudden decrease of over $[redacted],[redacted] in our house's value in just a few weeks is concerning. This significant error does not align with typical computer-generated estimates, leading us to suspect possible interference from a previous realtor. We had intentions to relist our house, but with the incorrect pricing, it seems unfeasible. The drastic drop without a valid explanation hints at potential manipulation by a past realtor. We are seeking assistance to rectify this as our home is our most valuable asset, influencing our plans and well-being significantly.

A year ago, I purchased a property located at [redacted] Sunridge Dr, Apt. P, St Louis, Mo, with a listing price of $89,[redacted], but I acquired it for $81,[redacted]. Recently, I noticed that Zillow now displays the same apartment at $63,[redacted], leaving me feeling upset and confused. Interestingly, another unit in the building (Apt. D), with similar square footage, is listed at $99,[redacted]. When I bought my apartment, it underwent a complete renovation with a new bathroom, fresh paint, vents, and various upgrades. My appraisal last year valued the property at $89,[redacted]. I am baffled as to how the value could have decreased by over $20,[redacted] despite the recent improvements. I am curious about how Zillow can rectify this discrepancy and why the price changed without considering the upgrades made. I would appreciate it if someone could assist in resolving this matter or updating the information on Zillow. Thank you, Terri.

I am Jonathan W., an attorney from Tennessee and Pennsylvania. I have owned the property located at [redacted] Brantford Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee [redacted], since June [redacted]. Zillow has inaccurately listed my property as sold for $[redacted],[redacted] on March 28, [redacted], which is false. The property has not been for sale during my ownership. Despite Zillow's claim, the public record they reference clearly states I am still the owner. The incorrect information has adversely affected the property's value, especially since Zillow's estimate remains over $[redacted],[redacted]. I have already left a message for Zillow, but have not received a response. I urge prompt correction of this situation. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly. Jonathan W.

I noticed the house next to mine was listed for sale. After investigating, I checked the details of my own property and found inaccuracies in your zestimates. My property has over [redacted] more square footage, a 2-car detached garage, approximately 80 feet of concrete gated driveway leading to it, a 50x10 screen room, a metal storage shed with a fiberglass roll-up door, and an overall better appearance. Unlike the neighboring property at [redacted], my house has never had termite issues. I have updated the information about my property's condition on Zillow, but if you cannot provide accurate details, I suggest removing all information from your site. My house, which I have owned for over two decades, is distinctly more valuable compared to any other property in my neighborhood, mainly due to the high-quality garage. Please ensure your information is correct or refrain from displaying it at all.

My spouse and I, B. & J. Thompson, started our home search in Fall [redacted]. We came across listings on Zillow and contacted a Zillow representative who connected us with a helpful agent named C. Fick. Due to holidays, we paused our search until early Spring [redacted] when C. reached out and introduced us to her teammate, J. Finn. Both C. and J. have been incredible in assisting us with touring homes, purchasing a new property, and selling our current home. J. Finn, especially, has gone above and beyond, demonstrating professionalism and dedication throughout the entire process. C. and J. will be our first choice for any future real estate needs. We want to ensure that Zillow recognizes their exemplary customer service. Thank you for your attention to this message.

My home's value on Zillow suddenly dropped by ten thousand when I listed it, and in the last fifty days, it has decreased by over fifty-five thousand. I'm located in San Diego county on over an acre of horse property. I'm concerned about this unexpected change, especially when neighboring properties are increasing in value. I have an appraisal and comparable sales data to support my home's value. If this issue isn't resolved, please remove my address at [redacted] El Caminito Rd in Fallbrook, CA from your platform. To discuss this matter further, you can reach me at ericamyrep at gmail dot com. Thank you.

I've come across a troubling situation regarding a property at 65 W Lemon Ave, Arcadia, [redacted]. The listing is falsely labeled for rent on multiple websites. I've made numerous attempts to report this error to various platforms including apartments.com, apartmentlisting.com, forrent.com, apartmentfinder.com, zumper.com, trulia.com, Zillow Group, and C21 with no response after 10+ days. Please take a look at the accurate listing on hotpads.com and help me address this issue promptly. Your assistance in rectifying this matter is greatly appreciated.

Our home is currently listed on the market, but we are facing challenges with the Zillow Zestimate. The uniqueness of our property lies in its construction with the poly wall steel system, making it hurricane, tornado, and fire-proof, capable of withstanding winds up to [redacted] mph. Our energy-efficient [redacted] sq ft home only incurs $[redacted]/month for electricity, $78/month for gas, and $80/month for water, while neighboring homes pay much more. With features like instant hot water dispenser, automated systems for heating, cooling, security, and appliances, our house is advanced. The master bath boasts a luxurious spa with marble tiles, a large jacuzzi, and high-end fixtures. Our neighbors have recently sold similar-sized homes for $[redacted],[redacted] and $[redacted],[redacted], proving the value of our property. The Redfin estimate aligns better with our expectations. Feel free to check out our listing at [redacted] Northern Lights Ct, Aurora, TX [redacted] online for a better view of the property.

Regarding [redacted] NW Zack Dr, Lake City, FL [redacted], MLS [redacted], listed by Ralph Harvey of List with Freedom. I am the owner of this property. The Zestimate decreased by over $[redacted],[redacted], and I am unsure why. I have reached out to List with Freedom numerous times. They have made some corrections, but not all. When viewing the property information on Zillow, there are inaccuracies such as labeling it as new construction, stating no heat, missing details like the stove, listing the roof as composition instead of shingle, overlooking the attached two-car garage, omitting details about the granite countertops, and failing to mention the wiring. When looking at "other sources" further down the page, more accurate information is displayed. This home is brand new, constructed with brick and hardy board, sitting on just over a half-acre lot, featuring a master suite with a freestanding tub and shower, etc. The typical price per square foot for new homes in this area is approximately $[redacted], varying by location. I am perplexed as the Zestimate is now at $[redacted],[redacted]. I would greatly appreciate assistance with this issue, as I have been trying to address it with Ralph Harvey to no avail. I enlisted his services as I am a Florida agent without MLS access, making it the only way to list my spec house. Your help in this matter would be highly valued. Thank you.

I recently completed the listing process to sell my home For Sale By Owner. The address on Zillow is listed as 34 #R Mugford Street, but it should be 34 Rear Mugford Street in Marblehead, MA. I reached out to Zillow Zen Group and was advised to contact Customer Care to correct the address in the database. It's been a few days, and I'm puzzled why this change isn't a straightforward fix. Since there's already a property listed as 34 Mugford Home next to ours, the correct listing should be either 34 R Mugford or 34 Rear Mugford (the actual postal and legal address). I'm eager for this to be resolved so I can relist 34 Rear Mugford, Marblehead MA [redacted] for sale by owner on Zillow. I really like using Zillow, but this situation has been quite frustrating. Thank you, Marion.

I kindly request Zillow to update our Zestimate. Currently, it stands at $[redacted],[redacted], but we are listing it for $[redacted],[redacted] based on a local realtor's comparables. A potential buyer's financing fell through, though their appraisal aligned with our price. We have made significant upgrades, such as a $24,[redacted] concrete deck, professional interior painting, landscaping updates, a custom barn door, wainscoting, solid wood stair treads, and more, since purchasing the home. Additionally, on our listing, the "contact agent" button displays someone else's number, likely the previous agent. As I am selling FSBO, only my contact information should be available. I could not find a way to update this myself. Appreciate it!

There is a problem with the listing for my property on Zillow. The name of a broker I didn't hire is listed instead of my actual broker, Derek Greene. This other broker's contact information is causing issues as inquiries are being directed to them instead of to my broker. Can you please assist me in promptly removing this incorrect information so that I can start receiving inquiries through my correct broker? Thank you for your swift attention to this matter. - Lisa

My Zestimate appears to be significantly undervalued compared to current market trends. Previously valued at $[redacted],[redacted] in February [redacted], the listing now shows $[redacted],[redacted]. The software pulls comps from as far back as [redacted], with the most recent data being from Sept. [redacted], which includes a sale from [redacted] at $[redacted]/sq foot. Recent neighborhood sales reveal an average of $[redacted].27/sq foot over the last 6 months. Considering homes in my age range within the area, the average is $[redacted]/sq foot, equating to a value of $[redacted],[redacted] for my house, listed at $[redacted],[redacted]. By incorporating more up-to-date sales data, like those from the past 6 months, the value would align better with the actual market value of $[redacted],[redacted] shown in February. It's crucial for accurate valuations, especially since buyers often rely on such estimates during their house search. Your assistance in updating the comps to reflect this information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am looking to sell my rental property at "[redacted] E Dunn, Edwardsville, IL [redacted]" without an agent through Zillow. I initially created a profile but encountered issues with reclaiming ownership of the property and updating my contact email address. Even though I tried to change the email displayed on my profile to "[redacted]", I received an error message stating it was already in use. I need assistance as this delay is hindering me from listing the house for sale. I want to ensure that interested parties can reach me using my current business email. How can I address this issue with Zillow?

I am seeking assistance regarding posting two properties for sale in Chelan, WA. The first property, [redacted] W Woodin Ave B07, was rejected without explanation despite similar listings already existing. I have made four requests for help through Zillow, but they have gone unanswered. I would like this listing to match those from real estate agents. The second property, lot 40 Sienna Ct., also did not receive any acknowledgment after several weeks, and my requests for clarification have been ignored. I am unsure why my listings are being blocked and would appreciate having them posted or receiving an explanation.
