Stefan Molyneux’s YouTube channel, Freedomain Radio, is facing the threat of being removed. Stefan has a vast collection of videos on various topics promoting the importance of reason and evidence in decision-making. Despite personal disagreements, it's acknowledged that he supports his arguments. The potential removal of his channel signifies a concerning issue for YouTube on two main grounds. Firstly, it suggests a bias against certain ideologies, portraying a negative image for the company. Secondly, it is seen as an unjustified exercise of power that restricts the openness of political discourse. YouTube's dominant position as a video-sharing platform means that such actions can hinder the free exchange of ideas. Instead of silencing opposing views, engaging in debate would present a more constructive approach. By promoting conversation rather than censorship, it would help prevent further polarization and facilitate meaningful societal progress.

Yesterday evening while browsing online, I mistakenly clicked a link that I now suspect was laced with malware. It caused my computer to download a lot of data and prevented me from exiting the subsequent page. The suspicious link is: www.youtube.com/watch?v=MXIktnOnSRg. Worried about potential security breaches, my son ran some software on my Mac this morning to hopefully eliminate any threats. A message claiming my computer was infected prompted me to contact Apple support urgently, likely a scam to extract money. Disturbingly, I couldn't close the page. I am uncertain which email I used but provided one here and another for you to verify: [redacted]

When I was younger, I had a YouTube channel where I posted embarrassing videos. Now I'm facing bullying in school because of it, with classmates bringing up the videos and making comments. As I prepare to start college, I'm worried that the people from my previous school will spread the videos there, leading to more bullying. I don't remember the email I used, and the phone number associated with the account is no longer valid. I have some ideas for the password and am willing to provide any proof to show the account was mine, but I really want it deleted. Could someone at YouTube please assist me with this?

I have a problem with YouTube. The platform seems to flag content without thoroughly checking first. Many beloved channels are getting penalized unfairly. This has led creators to turn to Twitch for better support. If YouTube doesn't improve, it risks losing its user base. I believe YouTube needs to address these issues urgently before it becomes irrelevant.

I would like to speak with a representative regarding an individual who is misinforming the community. As a member of the Numismatic Society of Mexico and an active member of the National Coin Grading, I am deeply troubled by allowing individuals like "Beto Coin" to spread inaccurate information about coin values. I am seeking to contact someone from YouTube to address this issue.
Members of my numismatic groups are getting confused by the content shared by this individual, who consistently provides misleading information. Before taking legal action against this individual who is profiting from false information, I hope to discuss this matter with a representative from your platform.
I am sharing the username of this user, "BETO COINS," and I look forward to a prompt response as the information being presented by this individual is incorrect.

I am seeking an update from YouTube on the reinstatement of my son's account, Nathan Sotack. He is non-verbal with autism, and I don't understand the reason behind his suspension. I suspect it might relate to copyright issues. Can you provide details and let me know if they could possibly reinstate his account? I appreciate any assistance in obtaining a status update. Thank you.

I have a YouTube channel called "OhhMyAnnie," and recently someone attempted to hack it. Despite my efforts to stop them, I received an email this morning notifying me that my AdSense payment method was changed without my knowledge. When I tried to log in, I discovered that my email had been removed from AdSense and my account was no longer linked. I have since reconnected my YouTube to AdSense, which created a new account. My channel is now under review to rejoin the AdSense program for future payments to be processed through my email. I need to resolve this issue promptly to receive this month's payment and prevent any future unauthorized access. YouTube is my primary source of income, and I rely on AdSense payments for my livelihood.
Thank you,
Annie B.

Dear YouTube,
I am writing to express my frustration with the way The Mysterious Mr Enter and other YouTubers are treated by copyright holders on your platform. It appears that smaller creators like Mr Enter are unfairly targeted, while larger creators like The Nostalgic Critic are given preferential treatment. This biased behavior leads me to believe that your primary concern is profit rather than supporting all creators equally. Personally, I have no interest in financially supporting a platform that does not advocate for the smaller content creators.
YouTube, I suggest you reevaluate your policies and address this issue before users like myself resort to ad blockers and seek alternative video-sharing platforms. The power dynamic between creators and copyright holders needs to be more balanced, and I hope a competitor emerges in the future to challenge your monopoly.
Regards, Alicia Rose

My son's channel was recently terminated due to three community guideline strikes. The first two strikes were for wrestling demonstration videos that had been uploaded for over a year without any violent or inappropriate content. Despite being produced when he was 11 years old, these videos were flagged. We then made all wrestling videos private to prevent a third strike. Unfortunately, he received a third strike for an older video of the salt and ice challenge which also contained no violence. This has been devastating for him as he has dedicated three years to his channel, started when he was only 10. I believe it is unfair that his channel was targeted when there are worse videos on the platform that remain untouched. We appealed the decision but it was denied, which I find unfair given the circumstances. His channel, Johnthejoker98, means a lot to him and it would be greatly appreciated if the strikes could be removed and his channel restored so he can continue to develop it and honor his sponsorship agreement. Thank you.

Hello,
I recently encountered an advertisement for the horror movie "The Nun" while watching a video. The ad featured a terrifying character without the option to skip.
Although I usually don't mind ads, this one was unsettling as it displayed the scary character immediately without any warning. Unfortunately, such images affect my ability to sleep, and I can't shake the unsettling image of the woman.
I am aware that many individuals may struggle with mental health issues, and ads like these could trigger problems for them. It would be beneficial if there were filters to prevent such horror movie ads from showing disturbing images upfront.
I hope this feedback reaches the right people for potential changes in future ads.
Thank you,
Sara

To the concerned individual,
I am writing to address some issues I have encountered with my YouTube account.
Firstly, I recently upgraded to YouTube Red with the intention of setting up a family plan. However, despite extensive online research and exploring all available settings, I have been unable to successfully add anyone to my account. Assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Secondly, I upgraded my account in the hope of being able to watch YouTube on multiple devices simultaneously. I aim to enjoy YouTube content on both my phone and TV concurrently without encountering any technical difficulties. Unfortunately, I am constantly logged out of one device as the system detects my account is active elsewhere. I am seeking a resolution to this problem.
Thank you for your attention to these concerns.
Sincerely,
Derek

I carefully reviewed the YouTube TV offer before signing up. The stated cost was $35 per month with a one-month free trial. However, I only got a one-week trial, then was charged $43.30 monthly, resulting in an $8.30 overcharge. This totals $34.20! If the price increased to $42 per month, I would have understood, but the lack of notification is disappointing. To resolve this, I suggest providing me with the promised one-month free trial, and either refunding my account the $34.20 or crediting me with an additional free month of service. If this issue is addressed promptly, I would like to continue using YouTube TV. I need a quick response as I plan to contact my bank about this issue and other unauthorized charges. Thank you, and I await your prompt reply.

I was using my Xbox as usual when I opened the YouTube app. It prompted me to enter a code for YouTube activation. I found it odd because I hadn't logged out before. Upon activation, I was asked to grant permission for YouTube to access my rental and purchase details. I'm puzzled about why YouTube needs this information and if it will be used for targeted ads. When I visited YouTube's privacy information, it redirected me to Google's privacy policy. While Google lists the reasons for collecting data, it doesn't specify why rental and purchase history is needed. I want to know why I can't opt out of sharing this information with YouTube and what exactly they intend to do with my rental and purchase history.

About 5 years ago, I uploaded a video on a YouTube account that I can't recall creating. Now, I am attempting to remove this video, but I lack the necessary account information. I want it deleted to avoid it appearing in Google search results when my name is searched. The added complication is that the account may be linked to an email address I no longer have access to. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unsuccessful in recovering access to that email. Whether performed by me or someone else, deleting this video is crucial, and I cannot consider any other resolution. I have been on hold all day on the phone with no success.

I need assistance urgently. A video containing explicit content was uploaded without my permission. The video, titled "Progress by Sterz May," displays me in a vulnerable state while I was asleep, without my consent. My body, including my distinctive tattoos, is clearly visible. I did not provide any form of consent, written or verbal, for this footage to be recorded or shared. This video has not been copyrighted and I did not authorize anyone to distribute or sell it. As a parent, I am deeply concerned about the implications of this unauthorized video being online, especially considering YouTube's policies. I kindly request that action be taken promptly to remove this video. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I create original music content and custom videos using a variety of visual elements, many of which I create myself. Currently, I manage two main channels, each with over 50k subscribers, featuring unique videos and music.
Two months ago, one of my meditation music channels suddenly got fully demonetized during a peak period, losing the ability to earn through the ad sense program. YouTube stated the reason as "duplication" and implied copyright issues.
However, none of my channels have ever had copyright strikes, only a few false claims that were promptly resolved. Despite generating significant watch time and views, I received no clear explanation. I invest considerable time and effort to create original content with my music from my home studio and custom images.
I specialize in creating meditation music for brainwave stimulation to aid relaxation, and it's disheartening to face this setback after dedicating 15 years to my craft. I work diligently to ensure my channels contain only unique, original content.
It's frustrating that unethical channels steal and re-upload my work without consequence, while I, the original creator, face penalties unjustly. Despite my efforts to comply, I remain suspended from earning, with withheld ad revenue from a previous period.
I seek assistance from YouTube to resolve this issue promptly. I have made adjustments and efforts to rectify any potential problems on my end. I hope for a fair resolution soon to continue sharing quality content with my audience.

My account was terminated due to alleged copyright issues. The person who issued the strikes retracted them and admitted it was a mistake, but Youtube has not restored my account.
I have sent numerous emails, and even my school district has tried, but we are unable to get any assistance.
I don't need the videos back, just the ability to log onto YouTube in my classroom and show videos. Every time I try to log on, it says Google won't allow me to watch or share videos anymore.
This all occurred in February [redacted], and I assumed that after "All Things Algebra" contacted them and asked for the account to be reinstated and retracted all the strikes, they would promptly restore the account.
Unfortunately, after 6 months, school is starting soon, and I am still unable to show YouTube videos in my classroom.

A band known as BTS recently dropped a music video for their song 'IDOL'. The video received over 50 million views in the first 24 hours, breaking the previous record set by Taylor Swift. However, the view count suddenly froze at around 61 million views for 15 hours without a clear explanation from YouTube. After the freeze, only about [redacted],[redacted] views were added, which is significantly lower than the video's previous view rate.
It is concerning that YouTube has not addressed why the views were frozen for such a long period and why the views acquired during the freeze were not accounted for. Additionally, YouTube's alleged email to BTS, asking them to refrain from encouraging fans to reach out, lacks evidence and professionalism.
As a fan concerned about the transparency and fairness of view counts, I urge YouTube to provide an official statement clarifying the situation and addressing the fans' inquiries promptly and thoughtfully.

I need to update my YouTube custom URL from ChrisMorganMarketing101 to BlogHustlers due to a cease and desist letter. I changed it to a brand account to keep everything but lost all videos and subscribers in the process. Reverting back to the original account did not restore them. Now stuck with the custom URL I want to change but no content, it keeps giving me an error when signing in and prompts me to create an account I already have.

I spoke with a customer service agent yesterday around 5 p.m. (Pacific Time) for over an hour regarding my family plan on YouTube. While I can access YouTube Premium without any problems, my family members are unable to use it. This issue has persisted despite having the family account for about a year without any problems before. When they attempt to log in, they are prompted to renew the plan and do not receive the expected benefits. I attempted to resolve the problem by closing my account and creating a new one, but unfortunately, this did not fix the issue.
