Hello, my name is Nikola Donkov. I have been working for a Bulgarian individual named Rusi Rusev, who is employed at Yodel Bristol. In January [redacted], I worked as a self-employed individual for the entire month. However, I have not received my wages from Rusi Rusev for the last two weeks of January. He claims that I only worked for four days between January 14th and January 28th, which is incorrect as I actually worked for 10 days during that period. I have documented proof of my whereabouts using Google Maps' location history, showcasing my daily activities and travel time from home to Yodel Bristol. Despite my evidence, I was only paid £[redacted] on February 8th, which Rusi Rusev stated was my wages for those two weeks. Additionally, he paid me below the minimum wage. I have not signed any documents upon arrival at work, but I can provide my bank statements to display the transactions from Rusi Rusev. While the management at Yodel Bristol is familiar with Rusi Rusev, they are unaware of my situation. I am currently facing financial hardship as a result of my unpaid wages, making it difficult for me to cover my rent. Your assistance in addressing this matter would be greatly appreciated. My Yodel parcel was scheduled for delivery today. Seeking assistance on webchat, I interacted with an unhelpful representative named Waheed. Despite asking the same question four times, I did not receive any response. Waheed mentioned that the parcel might be delivered tomorrow, which is inconvenient as it contains flowers for a friend's birthday. I expected communication about the delay but have received none. Waheed's lack of customer service was disappointing; he seemed rude, repeatedly ignoring my inquiry. I am dissatisfied with Yodel's service overall and request prompt contact to address this issue.

Dear Yodel Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent experiences I have had with your company. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered issues with deliveries from Yodel. On two separate occasions, parcels from Habitat arrived at my house damaged or broken. Most recently, a collection arranged by Habitat was abruptly canceled by Yodel without any advance notice.
Despite waiting at home all day near the front door and closely monitoring the tracking information, the collection did not take place as scheduled. The cancellation email was received at 6:19 pm, claiming an unsuccessful collection attempt had been made. However, there was no sign of a Yodel van in the area, even after keeping a lookout all day.
My attempts to seek assistance via your customer service hotline have been unsuccessful, as the automated system was unable to provide the necessary support. When I managed to connect with a representative through web chat, I was directed to contact another department within Yodel for assistance.
I am truly disappointed with the level of service I have received from Yodel. Due to my upcoming birthday plans, I am unable to rebook the collection for tomorrow. I hope to see improvements in your communication with customers and overall service quality in the future.

Hello, my name is Marilyn Casper. I was expecting a delivery today, but the driver claims to have delivered it to my address. However, I did not hear my gate open or see anyone approaching from the back. He did not leave the package on my porch as stated, with a note, and no one knocked at my door. It seems he has delivered it to the wrong address. I find this situation quite disappointing. I have "27" clearly marked on my door, and this is my first order from Argos and first time using Yodel. If this is the standard of service, I will not be ordering from them again. I have contacted Argos, and they confirmed that the driver claims to have delivered to my address, which is not correct. I now have to wait until Tuesday for a resolution as they need to reorder the item due to the misdelivery. I am frustrated as I took the day off to be here. I paid for next day delivery from Rinkit and received an email this morning from Yodel stating my items were out for delivery. Even though I stayed home all day, I got an email at 2:02 from Yodel stating they had missed me and left a calling card, which I never received. I tried calling the driver but got no response. The driver later messaged me saying he hadn't been to my address and that I should expect the delivery tomorrow instead. I am frustrated by this situation as I paid for next day delivery, and it seems like the driver falsely claimed to have visited my address. I hope this matter is resolved promptly. I am writing about a parcel with tracking number JD[redacted][redacted] that was scheduled to be delivered yesterday. Despite the safe rural area not requiring a signature, the delivery driver insists on one. I will be unavailable on Monday between 12:00-15:00. It is frustrating that the driver might not accommodate this window. The disparity in wages between the CEO and the drivers could be impacting their performance. The idea of unionized labor seems to ruffle some feathers. I believe compensation is warranted for the breach of contract. It is disheartening that financial priorities outweigh customer service. I question why any international postal service would partner with your company.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding a package that seems to have been mistakenly delivered to my address. The tracking number is JD[redacted][redacted], and according to the delivery driver's PDA, it was delivered around 3:00 pm on February 16th to 4 Valley Road, Sandgate, Folkestone, CT203BT. The package contained 6 rolls of cling wrap.
Unfortunately, the delivery did not happen as I was not at home from 1:00 pm to approximately 5:30 pm on the 16th. I checked with no.3 Valley Rd as suggested by the buyer, but no one was available at that address either due to the occupant being in the hospital.
I am currently in a dispute with the seller regarding the missing parcel and its delivery location. I kindly request assistance in locating where the driver might have mistakenly delivered the package. It would be appreciated if you could inquire with the driver, who I believe works at your Aylesham depot, or review his tracking information to clarify this issue.

I recently started working as a self-employed courier with Yodel and encountered several challenges with the job. I wasn't provided with a booklet to mark if customers were not home, resulting in me having to revisit properties multiple times to deliver parcels. Despite requesting the booklet three times through the device, I did not receive any response. On my second day, my device malfunctioned, causing delays in my deliveries. The lack of support and assistance from the depot in Newton Abbott added to my frustrations. This experience has made me reconsider continuing to work as a Yodel courier, as I faced difficulties managing deliveries efficiently and providing adequate service to customers. I plan to return all items and equipment tomorrow if a driver can collect them.

I had been anticipating the delivery of my new Samsung Galaxy 10+ phone on Friday, March 8th. I tracked the package on the app and saw that it was a couple of minutes away. However, the Yodel van passed by without making the delivery. Upon checking the app again, I was surprised to see that it was marked as delivered to 33 Whittingham Close instead of 37 Whittingham Road. This mistake is concerning as not only did the driver get the street wrong, but also the house number. This error could have resulted in serious consequences if the person at the incorrect address hadn't been honest. I have already reported this issue to Virgin and have been advised to file a formal complaint. My full address is 37 Whittingham Road, North Shields, Tyne and Wear, NE30 3TB. I have been waiting for a package for approximately 2 months. It seems to have been lost at the Leamington Spa depot. Despite contacting the call center, no resolution has been provided. The tracking number for the package is JD[redacted][redacted]. The package allegedly arrived ten minutes away from my location on March 13th but got lost thereafter. I have been following up since Tuesday the 19th. The call center initially assured delivery for Wednesday, leading us to wait at home unnecessarily. I purchased an item from an eBay seller who selected Yodel for the delivery. The parcel was needed by the 15th of February [redacted]. Yodel tracking shows it was supposedly delivered on the 16th at 14:56 to a non-existent porch. My house only has an open doorstep visible from the road. I moved out on the 16th at 13:00, and the new residents moved in at 17:30. They confirmed no parcel was left. eBay and the seller are unhelpful due to the delivery status showing as delivered without requiring a signature. Contacting Yodel has been difficult, with only a premium rate number connecting to a call center in South Africa. After multiple calls with conflicting information, a rude customer service agent stated they would not assist me as their contract is with the seller. Seeking a refund for the item, which was cling wrap costing £17.95, and compensation for the £10 spent on calls. Frustrated by the lack of accountability and poor customer service in this situation. I had an unpleasant experience with a delivery driver from Yodel. Despite explaining my situation recovering from surgery for breast cancer and trying to manage my dogs, he refused to enter the porch even to make the delivery easier for both of us. After I reluctantly took the parcel and thanked him, he unexpectedly entered the porch, causing me further frustration. I felt his behavior was rude and unhelpful. I expressed my concerns, but he was unresponsive and continuously refused to enter the house. This encounter left me dissatisfied and uncomfortable. I will not recommend Yodel services based on this experience and would prefer not to have the same driver deliver to my home again.

This is the second time I have received a parcel, and both times it was thrown over my fence, damaging the heavy dog food tin contents. The items had to be used immediately due to damage. Moreover, the box is heavy, and the throws are risking damage to my garden items like pots and flowers, given they do not see what's below the 6.5ft fence. The box clearly states to keep it upright, which is ignored when thrown.
I am dissatisfied with the treatment of my valuable monthly order. I hope to receive a refund for the two damaged items and request that drivers avoid throwing parcels but attempt delivery to neighbors or the next day instead.

Yesterday, I received flowers from M&S, yet the delivery service, Yodel, fell short in their execution. Although the tracking indicated the package was left in a safe spot with a card, upon my immediate response to the doorbell, the driver was already heading back to the van. Regrettably, he had documented a signature without my acknowledgment and failed to leave a notice. Instead of an apology, he merely mentioned the flowers had tipped over, were damp, and needed additional water. While I opted not to request a replacement, some of the flowers were damaged. Consistently, Yodel drivers have exhibited subpar service, often leaving packages on the doorstep without granting me the opportunity to accept them personally. This recurring issue of drivers forging signatures and hastily departing without acknowledgment continues to disappoint. Yodel's inconsistency and lack of attention to detail have left me disheartened whenever they are assigned as the delivery service.

Yodel made three delivery attempts while I was at work, leaving a card each time. The last card indicated the parcel would be held at the local service center for 7 days. I requested my girlfriend to pick it up, but she was told they attempted delivery for the fourth time. I've been trying to contact someone for re-delivery, but the automated customer service directs me to the seller. The parcel was ordered through Amazon, making this process more challenging. The website still shows the option to pick up from the service center, but I'm hesitant to make another 30-minute drive only to be turned away again.

I have received two text messages stating that my parcel delivery was unsuccessful, advising me to contact Yodel. I have attempted to reach out via phone, text, and email without any success. I always believed Yodel had excellent customer service, but this experience has been disappointing. I missed the estimated delivery date and asked the driver for redelivery as I was away from home. Despite being [redacted] miles away, the driver informed me the package would be sent back to the depot 40 miles from my home. Unfortunately, the website does not allow me to reschedule or redirect the delivery. All the phone numbers I tried were automated, making it impossible to speak to a person. I have been eagerly awaiting the delivery of my parcel all day. I have been diligently tracking its progress, observing the driver's proximity to my location. Around 2:30 in the afternoon, I noticed he was just two deliveries away and very close, prompting me to wait by the door. Disappointingly, there was no ring of the doorbell. To my surprise, the tracker then indicated that the driver departed due to a lack of response, which seems inaccurate given the circumstances. To compound matters, no delivery notification was left in my mailbox as proof of his visit. As I urgently require these items today and planned accordingly, I am frustrated by this inconvenience.
