Good morning,
I received an email on Thursday informing me that the delivery of plants would be today. However, nobody showed up nor left a card. I was then notified that the parcel would be delivered on Friday due to us not being in. I tracked the delivery and saw that there was only one more delivery attempt left. I had to leave the house, so my husband waited in all day for the plants. Later, I received a message stating that I needed to contact customer service as they couldn't locate our house. Due to the hot weather and the delay, I no longer wish to receive the plants. I am disappointed with the service provided. I will be reaching out to the company I purchased the plants from to express my dissatisfaction with their delivery service.

I received notification from Yodel stating they made a delivery attempt and left a card, but I was home the entire time and no one came. They now claim they will try again today. I find it frustrating that they would fabricate delivery attempts for additional time. This is not the first occurrence, leading me to believe it's a deliberate practice. While I understand delays can happen, being dishonest is unacceptable. I have had positive experiences with some Yodel delivery staff, but the recurring false claims are infuriating.

I placed order JD[redacted][redacted] on the Kiko website on April 11, with the delivery expected by April 18. However, as of April 30, I have not received the package. Yodel is the delivery service used, and despite attempting to contact their customer service via online chat, I found them unhelpful. According to the tracking information, the delivery was reportedly attempted four times, with the driver unable to access the location. I waited outside my building yesterday as I suspected the driver was having trouble gaining access, based on his tracking location. However, the driver did not show up, and the status was updated to once again state "could not access location," indicating incorrect information being provided about the delivery attempts.

I have encountered issues twice now where the delivery driver claims they couldn't deliver my package, even though I was home both times. It seems like they may have the wrong address. I have tried to reach customer support multiple times without success. The automated system keeps directing me to redial their new number, even when I call the number it tells me to. Additionally, the parcel tracking system is adding an extra character to the tracking number. When I request a re-delivery, I am told I can't change the date until a delivery attempt has been made. After contacting the mobile number I was provided, they have no information on the parcel, despite it not being delivered. I tried reaching out to Yodel but was unable to get through, and unfortunately, I no longer have the tracking number, only the mobile number given to me. I am frustrated by this situation. Can't they simply ask the delivery person for my address and locate the parcel? Even without the tracking number, they should still be able to track it. Dear Customer Service,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service provided by Yodel.
On Saturday, May 25, a package was scheduled for delivery to my address; however, due to an incomplete address provided by the sender, the delivery was unsuccessful.
After contacting customer service on Wednesday, May 29, I provided the necessary address details. I was assured that my package would be delivered urgently by Thursday, May 30.
Despite this assurance, it was revealed on Thursday that the package had been misplaced at the depot. I was informed it would be delivered by Friday, May 31, at the latest.
Unfortunately, as of this morning, the package has yet to be located by the depot, and contact with the depot has proven fruitless.
This level of service is unacceptable for a courier company.
I urge you to provide me with a genuine update as soon as possible, as I have received conflicting information repeatedly.

I recently got an email from Yodel informing me that my order was delivered through the letterbox, even though I was at home the whole day and did not receive a knock or any package. I tried reaching out to the driver, Bradley, by phone and text, but he ignored and canceled my calls and mentioned he doesn't know the whereabouts of my item and stopped responding. This is frustrating because I have paid for both the item and delivery, yet I have not received either.
