I arranged for a delivery to my workplace, a GP Surgery that was open all day today. However, the parcel states an attempted delivery was made. I can confirm there were staff at reception during the supposed delivery time. I did not receive a delivery notice nor the parcel. The surgery will be closed over the weekend and on the upcoming bank holiday Monday. Kindly reschedule the delivery for Tuesday next week.

Regarding the delivery of JD[redacted][redacted], the parcel was not brought to my door on the specified date. Instead, another package from the same seller, at 02-09[redacted]9, B388EN, was left near my door. The seller provided a form from Yodel, but when I tried to fill it out, it required me to purchase Microsoft Word. I am not willing to buy Microsoft Word just to complete a claim form sent by the seller. A customer service representative mentioned that no photo evidence was taken due to a device failure, which means there is no proof of delivery. Is it standard practice to send claim forms that require purchasing software just for a customer to express their concerns?

Hello, my name is Malgorzata G. Whenever I order something, it never arrives. The tracking shows incomplete because they claim they tried to deliver to my address. They keep sending it back to the sender even though the sender has the correct address. It seems Yodel has some issues. I want to file a complaint about a person named Sunny Saluja, who is unhelpful and not doing the job properly. I would like to rebook the order since the address is correct. The delivery has failed three times, and they claim the phone was unreachable, which is unprofessional. Please address this matter with the sender promptly.

I received a notification from Yodel saying they have received my parcel and will let me know when I can collect it, but I never received any further updates regarding its availability at my local store. I was expecting a delivery today by 12:15 p.m. However, I received a message stating that my item was delivered and a photo was taken at 11:30 a.m. showing it was handed to someone. Yodel's having trouble locating my address, claiming they have an "issue." Other delivery services like BT, Sky, Royal Mail, DPD, and Hermes-Evri have successfully found us in the past. I placed an order for a Ninja Air Fryer expecting it Thursday, then Friday. Now, they've rescheduled for Monday. I'm eager for the delivery to be completed and willing to meet them in Barrhill, my closest village, if that's more convenient. Living on a farm in a rural area can be challenging for some couriers, but our location is searchable online. The farm sits between two other houses with the same postcode on the same road.

I contacted Yodel on webchat yesterday to inform them that I would be home all day for the delivery. However, they claimed they attempted delivery stating they couldn't access my property, even though my garden gate was open and I was present. No delivery attempts have been made today despite me being home. I am frustrated and want to know where my parcel is. I am open to collecting it myself if possible. This situation is becoming increasingly frustrating. It seems like there might be some dishonesty on Yodel's part about delivery attempts. I am very disappointed with the service and will not use it again. I will also advise others to avoid using this company. I'm upset as I needed the parcel by the weekend, and being told I can only collect it after three failed delivery attempts is unacceptable.

My delivery was supposed to be between 6-11 May, but Amazon tried to deliver on 4 May while I was out. They left a note saying they could leave the delivery in the back garden, which was fine since another delivery was coming that day. The problem is, I can't find Yodel's contact details on the Amazon order page to rearrange the delivery. The order is for a garden bench, reference number JJ D[redacted][redacted], under the name Harris at 16 Silver Birches, Denton, Not M34 7RA.

I mistakenly had my parcel sent to my old address through a retailer, and attempts to change the address were fruitless. I redirected the parcel to a selected shop through yodel tracking. However, close to the shop's closing time, I was informed by the delivery driver that the parcel would be returned to the depot. Despite my efforts to ensure its delivery to the shop due to it being a birthday present with next day delivery, it ended up being returned. I wish for the parcel to be redelivered to me instead of being returned. The situation has caused significant inconvenience, as I was counting on being able to pick it up today, and having it sent back to the depot was frustrating.

I received an email on 28/06/23 stating that my WHISTL package was out for delivery, followed by another email claiming it had been delivered. The tracking number is JD[redacted][redacted].
I am confused as I did not make any order with WHISTL and did not receive any package. I am concerned about how my email address ([redacted]) was used and where this parcel might have been delivered. Was this an error by Yodel or is someone else using my email address?
I have attempted to contact [redacted]3 multiple times, but the phone line seems to be down, preventing calls from going through.

I returned home to find my parcel marked as delivered to my porch, however, it is nowhere to be found. I have checked with my neighbors with no luck. I am disappointed as I have not received my order from Atlas for Men, even though I spent over £[redacted] on goods.
