I have not received my parcel, which was supposedly delivered around 1.30 PM. The tracking number is JD[redacted][redacted]. Yodel may have trouble locating my property, Blackcraig Cottage on Gowanbank Road, Avonbridge, Falkirk, West Lothian, FK1 2JY. Despite being home during the supposed delivery, the parcel is missing. Yodel mentioned leaving it behind logs but there are none in my garden, and no photographic evidence was provided. I am unable to locate my package. Best, Rosemary D. Email: [redacted]

I saw the delivery driver arrive at my house and observed him getting out of the van with a small package. Initially, I doubted it could be my van battery due to its size. Surprisingly, without making much progress down the driveway, he returned to the van, tossed some packages around, and swiftly left in the driver's seat. Later, I received an email claiming an unsuccessful delivery attempt due to nobody being home, despite my presence. Unfortunately, the phone number provided only led to an automated response each time I tried to contact them.
