A while back, I set up a Yahoo Mail account but haven't used it in years since I only made it for Facebook. Now, when I tried to log back in, it's asking for authentication due to my prolonged inactivity. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number linked to the account as I've changed countries and numbers. Is there any possible way for me to recover my Yahoo Mail so I can use it for account activations on games and ticket bookings on websites?

When I try to log in, I receive a message asking me to "check my ASUS P04," even though I can access the device and there is no Yahoo Mail app installed (or it was previously removed). When attempting to login with this device, the same message persists. I am unable to login to my accounts due to an error message prompting me to wait 24 hours, which has been ongoing for over 30 days. Despite reaching out to Yahoo for assistance, their suggested resolution remains unresolved. Initially, I received several notification emails from FanBox, which I occasionally noticed when logging into my email, but disregarded assuming they might be a scam. I recently got an email from what seems to be ATT Yahoo mail regarding deleting my account. I did not request this action.
The email claims my account will be deleted within 24 hours unless I cancel the request. It asks if I made the request or if it was someone else.
I want to confirm if this is a legitimate notice or a phishing attempt before taking any action.

I am experiencing significant delays of over 10 hours in receiving emails from [redacted], and sometimes, they end up in my SPAM folder. Occasionally, I do not receive emails from this address at all. The emails from [redacted] are not considered spam by me. I have no issues receiving them on my Gmail account or other direct email addresses. Yesterday, I set up a Yahoo email account. I sent and received multiple emails within 15 minutes. After that, my email account wasn't recognized, along with my recovery phone number. I felt like all my data had been erased. When I tried to recreate the email, it said the name was already taken, even though it was me. Unfortunately, my phone with the Yahoo app is malfunctioning. The screen is completely glitched out, and I can't access my email or even type in the passcode. The phone number associated with the account belongs to my mother's old number, which she doesn't use anymore. Furthermore, the email address linked to the account is unfamiliar to me.
