I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I created a new password and uploaded my ID for security verification. I also verified five friends by picking their photos correctly, but I am still unable to access my account. I have been waiting for an email from Facebook for a week now to review my additional identification, but I have not received any communication. I am unsure of what steps to take next since I have already completed all the requirements requested by Facebook. I am considering reaching out to my email provider to see if they can assist me in gaining access, as that is another option available.

My sister used to have a Yahoo account under the email [redacted] but forgot the password. After getting a new phone, she no longer remembers the Yahoo email details. She still remains logged into my iPhone, which I need to use now. I simply want access to remove my iPhone from her iCloud account and am not concerned about accessing her email or account. I do have the purchase receipt for the iPhone if it's needed for any verification purposes.

Hello, I would like to bring up the topic of ads on Yahoo Mail again. I believe that Yahoo Mail should consider removing the ads as they can be quite bothersome and seem unnecessary for a free service. I had hoped to provide this feedback directly on the site but hesitated as they requested my email address, which I prefer not to disclose even if it's required. My intention was solely to share my concern on the forums without needing a response directly from them. Thank you. Regards, Carol B.

I recently got a new phone and am struggling to access my Yahoo account because I forgot my password. Unfortunately, I no longer work at Pruitt, and the Hotmail account linked to my Yahoo was incorrectly entered as w*****[redacted] instead of [redacted] Since I never listed a phone number, I can't reset my password or receive an email for verification. I prefer not to create a new account. Please send any necessary emails to my wife at [redacted], as this is the only alternative email that I can access. I still have access to my old phone where I can view my emails but can't take any further actions.

I recently received a fraudulent email using my personal password. The sender claimed to have access to my computer and demanded €[redacted] in cryptocurrency to avoid taking it over. Although I know this is a hoax, I am concerned about how they obtained my unique password associated with my AOL account. I have since changed my password, but I am worried about the security of my new password.

In the last two weeks, emails from our daughter have mistakenly landed in the spam folder twice. Despite unmarking the emails as spam once, the issue recurred over the weekend. This is particularly distressing as I am recovering from brain surgery, and clear communication with my family is crucial. We urgently need to ensure that this error does not repeat, especially since I have upcoming surgery. Our daughter's email is [redacted]

My email lists are sending messages to deleted addresses and contacts who opted out of receiving emails are still being contacted. Even though I removed addresses from the address book and lists, they still appear when I send new emails. Recently, the address book updated to an inconvenient version where contacts are sorted by first name alphabetically, making it hard to navigate. The address book seems to be pulling in names from my inbox, which I did not add. I need to trust that only contacts I manually input are stored in the address book and that removed contacts are not contacted.

Several years ago, my important email account, [redacted], was hacked, and I have been unable to access it since. This account holds crucial school documents and information that I cannot find elsewhere. I used it for everything for over a decade until the password was suddenly changed. Initially, I managed to log in through a prepaid phone, but shortly after, I lost access entirely. The listed access phone number now has a different country code, obstructed by stars. I considered reaching out via text to regain access but have been unsuccessful in answering security questions or recovering the account through traditional methods. Despite having ample proof of ownership, such as my Texas driver's license and birth certificate, I have been advised by Yahoo to delete the account, which is impractical as I need the emails stored within. I have invested countless hours researching solutions without success. I am at a loss and seeking guidance on how to resolve this issue.

I recently received this message from Yahoo Customer Care regarding my case number [redacted]0. I sent a request on September 30th and have not received any responses from Yahoo since. I am unable to access my important email sent to my Yahoo account ([redacted]). The recovery emails linked to the account, my school and university emails, are over 10 and 7 years old and inactive. Despite contacting my university and school for assistance, they were unable to help. My mobile number is unrecognized, and I have forgotten my password. I have reached out to three helplines, but have not received a response, and the line I called is now unavailable. Your help in recovering access to my Yahoo account would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am reaching out for help with my Yahoo email address, [redacted] There is an unfamiliar number appearing on my profile, [redacted], under my email address on all the emails I send. This concerns me as this email is private, and the number shown is not my home or mobile number. My recovery number, [redacted], is registered with my account, not [redacted], which is my work number at my current job. I did not add this work number to my Yahoo account. I kindly request Yahoo Mail to rectify this issue as I prefer my personal email to not be linked to my work number or workplace. I would appreciate an explanation for this issue. Thank you, Danielle

Hi, I wanted to acknowledge your recent email regarding the resolution of the Yahoo Mail ads issue. Firstly, I appreciate your efforts to address the problem with the ads. Secondly, I understand your repeated inquiries about the status of the issue; it shows your commitment to resolving it. I find it unreasonable that email clients rely on advertising for revenue which can be bothersome. Eliminating ads from email services would greatly enhance user experience and reduce frustrations. Thank you. Best regards, Carol B.

Hello, I recently received your email and appreciate your interest in addressing my issue. Unfortunately, the problem has not been resolved yet. After visiting the Yahoo forum and reading other users' complaints about the annoying ads, it appears that the Yahoo Mail team is not taking action to remove them despite user feedback. I want to thank you for your willingness to assist, but it seems that the situation remains unchanged. Your efforts are valued, even though they may not lead to a resolution. Thank you, Carol B.
